| 2 | Covalently integrated core-shell MOF@COF hybrids as efficient visible-light-driven photocatalysts for selective oxidation of alcohols显示文摘Building a covalently connected structure with accelerated photo-induced electrons and charge-carrier separation between semiconductors could enhance the photocatalytic performance.In this work,we report a facile and novel seed growth method to coat NH2-MIL-125 MOFs with crystalline and porous covalent organic frameworks(COFs)materials and form a range of NH2-MIL-125@TAPB-PDA nanocomposites with different thicknesses of COF shell.The introduction of appropriate content of COF could not only modify the intrinsic electronic and optical properties,but also enhance the photocatalytic activity distinctly.Especially,NH2-MIL-125@TAPB-PDA-3 with COF shell thickness of around 20nm exhibited the highest yield(94.7%)of benzaldehyde which is approximately 2.5 and 15.5 times as that of parental NH2-MIL-125 and COF,respectively.The promoted photocatalytic performance of hybrid materials was mainly owing to the enhanced photo-induced charge carriers transfer between the MOF and COF through the covalent bond.In addition,a possible mechanism to elucidate the process of photocatalysis was explored.Therefore,this kind of MOF-based photocatalysts possesses great potentials in future green organic synthesis. | Guilong Lu Xiubing Huang Yang Li Guixia Zhao Guangsheng Pang Ge Wang | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,4: | 5 |
| 3 | Preparation of Al-based Amorphous/Nanocrystalline Composite Coating on Mg-based Alloys Precipitated by Arc Spraying Process显示文摘The Al-based amorphous and nanocrystalline composite coatings with the composition of Al-Ni-Y-Co and Al-Ni-Mm-Fe were prepared on AZ91 Mg-based alloys by high velocity arc spraying technique(HVAS).The structure character of the coatings indicates that coatings contain the mixture of amorphous phases and crystalline and there are both less than 2%porosity.The electrochemical tests of the coatings and the substrate were studied.The coatings show the passivation ability during polarization,but AZ91 Mg-based alloys show little passivation.The corrosion current density of the coatings is lower than that of AZ91 Mg-based alloys.The results show that the coatings have an excellent corrosion resistance for AZ91 Mg-based alloys in 5 wt%NaCl solution. | Zhang Zhibin Liang Xiubing Xu Binshi | 2012 | 稀有金属材料与工程2012,41,S1: | 4 |
| 4 | High Velocity Electric Arc Sprayed Fe-Al-Nb-B Composite Coating and Its Wear Behavior显示文摘A type of Fe-Al-Nb-B cored wire was designed and the coating was prepared using a robot-based electric wire arc spraying process. The Fe-Al binary cored wire and coating were also prepared as comparison. The phase composition and structure of the coatings were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The coating tribological properties were evaluated with the micromotion wear tester under different conditions. The results show that, although typical lamellar structure was performed for both the arc sprayed Fe-Al-Nb-B coating and Fe-Al coating, the structure composition, mechanical and wear properties of the former are quite different from those of latter. The Fe-Al-Nb-B coating is a typical composite coating, which is distributed inhomogeneously with α-Fe crystalline, FeAl and Fe 3 Al intermetallics, amorphous and nanocrystallines as well as locally existed oxide phases. As a result, the mircrohardness and wear resistance of the Fe-Al-Nb-B composite coating increased significantly. | 5 | Effect of electromagnetic stirring on the microstructure and wear behavior of iron-based composite coatings显示文摘The effect of electromagnetic stirring on the microstructure and wear behavior of coatings has been investigated. A series of iron-based coatings were fabricated by the plasma-transferred arc cladding process by applying different magnetic field currents. The microstructure and wear resistance of the composite coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDAX), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and wet sand rubber wheel abrasion tester. The experimental re- sults showed that the microstructure of the coatings was mainly the γ-Fe matrix and (Cr, Fe)7C3 carbide reinforced phase. The coatings were metallurgically bonded to the substrate. With increasing magnetic field current, the amount of the block-like (Cr, Fe)7C3 carbide reinforced phase increased at first, reached a local maximum, and then decreased sharply. | 8 | Highly dispersed Pt clusters encapsulated in MIL-125-NH_(2) via in situ auto-reduction method for photocatalytic H_(2) production under visible light显示文摘Efficient hydrogen production via photocatalysis with high utilization efficiency of Pt cocatalyst is of great importance for sustainable development. In this work, we report an in situ auto-reduction strategy to encapsulate highly dispersed Pt clusters inside the cages of MIL-125-NH_(2). The amino groups in MIL-125-NH_(2) first react with formaldehyde to form reducing groups (i.e.,–NH-CH_(2)OH), which can in situ auto-reduce the confined Pt^(2+) ions to ultrasmall Pt clusters within the cavities. With optimized Pt content, photocatalytic H_(2) production over the obtained Pt(1.5)/MIL-125-NH-CH_(2)OH catalyst with 1.43 wt.% Pt loading achieved as high as 4,496.4 µmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1) under visible light (λ > 420 nm) due to the facilitated transfer and separation of the photo-induced charger carriers arising from the synergetic effects between highly dispersed Pt clusters and MIL-125-NH-CH_(2)OH framework.
