2Thermal-Hydraulic Characteristics of Twisted Elliptical Tube Bundle in Staggered Arrangement显示文摘Based on experimental data,numerical simulations by turbulent air flowing across staggered tube bundle composed of twisted elliptical tube(TET)with constant tube wall temperature are conducted in present study.Parametric study on the thermal-hydraulic characteristics of air crossflow in TET bundles is investigated with physical parameters and Reynolds number(Re).The results show that spiral channels created by spiral deformation of TETs have a diversion effect on the air flow,which changes the flow direction of the air near the tube wall.The air in the near wall region is a three-dimensional flow,consisting of a flow perpendicular to the normal direction of the elliptical cross section and a spiral flow along the helicoid on the downstream side and the upstream side.And the interaction of the spiral channels makes the two flows and their mixing more complicated.The excellent heat transfer performance of staggered TET bundles is confirmed by the comparison of the comprehensive heat transfer performance with that of circular tube bundles.The average Nusselt number(Nu)increases with the increase of the aspect ratio(A/B)and with the increase of Re while decreases as the twist pitch(S)increases.The average Euler number(Eu)increases as A/B increases,while it decreases as Re increases and as S increases.Due to the fact that the suitable correlations for staggered TET bundles are not reported,correlations for Nu and Eu obtained from experimental data and numerical results are presented in the multiple forms.LI Xiuzhen WANG Lin FENG Rong WANG Zhanwei ZHU Dongsheng 2021Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,6:2

4Origins of black carbon from anthropogenic emissions and open biomass burning transported to Xishuangbanna, Southwest China显示文摘Black carbon(BC) has importance regarding aerosol composition, radiative balance, and human exposure. This study adopted a backward-trajectory approach to quantify the origins of BC from anthropogenic emissions(BCAn) and open biomass burning(BCBB) transported to Xishuangbanna in 2017. Haze months, between haze and clean months, and clean months in Xishuangbanna were defined according to daily PM_(2.5)concentrations of >75, 35–75, and<35 μg/m^(3), respectively. Results showed that the transport efficiency density(TED) of BC transported to Xishuangbanna was controlled by the prevailing winds in different seasons.The yearly contributions to the effective emission intensity of BCAnand BCBBtransported to Xishuangbanna were 52% and 48%, respectively. However, when haze occurred in Xishuangbanna, the average BCAnand BCBBcontributions were 23% and 77%, respectively. This suggests that open biomass burning(BB) becomes the dominant source in haze months. Myanmar, India, and Laos were the dominant source regions of BC transported to Xishuangbanna during haze months, accounting for 59%, 18%, and 13% of the total, respectively. Furthermore, India was identified as the most important source regions of BCAntransported to Xishuangbanna in haze months, accounting for 14%. The two countries making the greatest contributions to BCBBtransported to Xishuangbanna were Myanmar and Laos in haze months, accounting for 55% and 13%, respectively. BC emissions from Xishuangbanna had minimal effects on the results of the present study. 5Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Oenanthe benghalensis Polysaccharide by Orthogonal Test显示文摘[Objectives] The research aimed to explore extraction method of Oenanthe benghalensis polysaccharide,and determine the optimal process of its ultrasonic extraction by orthogonal test. [Methods] Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine polysaccharide's content. Based on single-factor experiment and orthogonal test,the influences of solid-liquid ratio( A),ultrasonic extraction temperature( B),ultrasonic power( C) and ultrasonic time( D) on extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide were studied,and the optimal process of ultrasonic extraction was selected. [Results] The influence order of solid-liquid ratio( A),ultrasonic extraction temperature( B),ultrasonic power( C) and ultrasonic time( D) on extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was A > D > B > C. Via the orthogonal test,it was determined that the optimal extraction condition of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was as below: solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 25( g/mL),extraction temperature 60℃,extraction power 80 W,extraction time 40 min. Under the condition,extraction rate of O. benghalensis polysaccharide was9. 80%. 7Highly Prevalent SARS-CoV-2 Antigenemia in COVID-19 Patients显示文摘Background:Many issues,such as severity assessment and antibody responses,remain to be answered eagerly for evaluation and understanding of COVID-19.Immune lesion is one of key pathogenesis of the disease.It would be helpful to understand the disease if an investigation on antigenemia and association was conducted in the patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection.Methods:A total of 156 patients admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Hefei or Anhui Provincial Hospital on January to February 2020 were involved in this study.SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid(NP)antigen,specific IgM/IgG antibodies,and RNA were detected in sequential sera from three COVID-19 patients,and additional 153 COVID-19 patients by means of NP-antigen capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,colloidal gold quick diagnosis,and real-time RT-PCR,respectively.The clinical types of COVID-19 patients were classified into asymptomatic,mild,moderate,severe,and critical,following on the Chinese guideline of COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment.The demographic and clinical data of patients were obtained for comparable analysis.Results:NP antigen was detected in 5 of 20 sequential sera collected from three COVID-19 patients with typically clinical symptoms,and 60.13%(92/153)expanded samples collected within 17days after illness onset.No SARS-CoV-2 RNA segment was detected in these sera.The NP positive proportion reached a peak(84.85%,28/33)on 6 to 8days after illness onset.Both NP concentration and positive proportion were increased with the increase of clinical severity of COVID-19.Compared to NP negativepatients,NP positive patients had older age[years,medians(interquartileranges(IQR)),49(6)vs.31(11)],lowerpositive proportion of NP specific IgM[27.17%(25/92)vs.59.02%(36/61)],and IgG[21.74%(20/92)vs.59.02%(36/61)]antibodies,and longer duration[days,medians(IQR),24(10)vs.21(13)]from illness to recovery.Conclusions:SARS-CoV-2 NP antigenemia occurred in COVID-19,and presented highly prevalent at early stage of the disease.The antigenemia was related to clinical severity of the disease,and may beresponsible for the delay of detectable SARS-Cov-2IgM.Wenyan Zhang Wei Liu Jiawang Lin Jing Jin Kefu Zhao Liwei Zhu Xiuzhen Wang Lijie Wang Renshu Tang Yindi Zhu Wei Zhou Enqing You Lei Zhang Xuxiang Liu Jinju Wu Lili Chen Wenjing Wang Qiang Zhang Rongbao Gao 2022Infectious Diseases & Immunity2022,2,3:0

9Energy and Exergy Analysis of a Cooling/Power Cogeneration Ejector Refrigeration System显示文摘The organic Rankine cycle is introduced into the conventional ejector refrigeration(CER)system to establish the low-grade heat-driven cooling/power cogeneration ejector refrigeration(CPC-ER)system using the isobutane as the refrigerant.In comparison with the CER system where external power is consumed by the circulating pump,the power output from the CPC-ER system is more than the power consumption of its circulating pump so that a portion of net power is derived from the CPC-ER system.Based on the mathematical model of thermodynamics,energy and exergy analysis of the CPC-ER system is carried out and compared with the CER system.The results reveal that the equivalent coefficient of performance(COP)of the CPC-ER system is 41.14%to 71.30%higher than that of the CER system,and the exergy efficiency of the CPC-ER system is 1.32 to 1.49 times higher than that of the CER system.Both the power produced by the turbine and the total exergy output from the CPC-ER system approach the maximum,as the generating temperature in the generator is up to 80°C.The CPC-ER system has the higher energy utilization efficiency than the CER system,and it is suitable for the cooling and power-required places with low-grade thermal sources.YANG Mengke LI Xiuzhen WANG Lin YUAN Junfei WANG Zhanwei LIANG Kunfeng 2022Journal of Thermal Science2022,31,2:0
10A physical layer security scheme for full-duplex communication systems with residual self-interference and non-eavesdropping CSI显示文摘We discuss the physical layer security scheme in the Full-Duplex(FD)MIMO point-to-point two-way communication system with residual self-interference,in which legitimate nodes send confidential information and null space Artificial Noise(AN)while receiving information.Because the Channel State Information(CSI)of the eavesdropper is unavailable,we optimize the covariance matrices of the information signal as well as the allocation of the antenna for transmitting and receiving to minimize the signal power consumption under the target rate constraint.As a result,the power of AN is maximized within the limit of total power,so the interception capability of the eavesdropper is suppressed as much as possible.Since self-interference cannot be completely eliminated,the optimization process of one legitimate node depends on the optimization result of the other.By substituting self-interference power in the secrecy rate formula with its average value,the joint optimization process at the two nodes is transformed into two separate and solvable optimization processes.Then,the Water-Filling Algorithm(WFA)and bisection algorithm are used to get the optimal covariance matrices of the signal.Furthermore,we derive the theoretical lower bound of ergodic achievable secrecy rate under rayleigh channels to evaluate the performance of the scheme.The simulation results show that the theoretical derivation is correct,and the actual achievable rate is very close to the target rate,which means that the approximation in the optimization is feasible.The results also show that secrecy transmission can be realized because a considerable secrecy rate can be achieved.Weijia Lei Yang Zhou Xiuzhen Lin 2021Digital Communications and Networks2021,7,3:0
11Analysis of the Frequency Domain Water-level Deconvolution Method Based on Reservoir Airgun Source Data显示文摘Based on the 2016 airgun experimental data of the Fujian Nanyi reservoir,we adopted the frequency domain water-level deconvolution method and cross-correlation time delay detection technique to study the influence of level scaling factor and the background noise level of the station on deconvolution calculation results, and analyze the effect of deconvolution on eliminating the influence of the source caused by different air-gun pressures. The results show that:( 1) When the level scaling factor is smaller,the signal to noise ratio of the waveform after the deconvolution is smaller,and when the level scaling factor is over smaller,the identification error of travel time is greater.( 2) When the SNR of the station record is higher,the recognition accuracy of travel time is higher,the influence of SNR on the reference station record is far greater than the far station,when the SNR of the far station record is more than 10,the error of travel time is within6 ms,but when the SNR of the reference station record is 30,the travel time error may reach to 20 ms.( 3) When the airgun source difference is big,the frequency domain waterlevel deconvolution method has better effect on eliminating the source influence,but the method error may be introduced when the source difference is small.You Xiuzhen Li Jun Lin Binhua Huang Yandan Wu Lihua Guo Yang 2018Earthquake Research in China2018,32,3:0
12Actively separated microneedle patch for sustained-release of growth hormone to treat growth hormone deficiency显示文摘Growth hormone deficiency(GHD)has become a serious healthcare burden,and presents a huge impact on the physical and mental health of patients.Here,we developed an actively separated microneedle patch(PAA/NaHCO_(3)^(-)Silk MN)based on silk protein for sustained release of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH).Silk protein,as a friendly carrier material for proteins,could be constructed in mild full-water conditions and ensure the activity of rhGH.After manually pressing PAA/NaHCO_(3)^(-)Silk MN patch to skin for 1 min,active separation is achieved by absorbing the interstitial fluid(ISF)to trigger HCO_(3)^(-)in the active backing layer to produce carbon dioxide gas(CO_(2)).In rats,the MN patch could maintain the sustained release of rhGH for more than 7 days,and produce similar effects as daily subcutaneous(S.C.)injections of rhGH in promoting height and weight with well tolerated.Moreover,the PAA/NaHCO_(3)^(-)Silk MN patch with the potential of painless self-administration,does not require cold chain transportation and storage possess great economic benefits.Overall,the PAA/NaHCO_(3)^(-)Silk MN patch can significantly improve patient compliance and increase the availability of drugs,meet current unmet clinical needs,improve clinical treatment effects of GHD patients.Li Yang Qingyun Liu Xinhui Wang Nansha Gao Xiuzhen Li Hongzhong Chen Lin Mei Xiaowei Zeng 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,1:0
