| 2 | EEG processing and its application in brain-computer interface显示文摘Electroencephalogram (EEG) is an efficient tool in exploring human brains. It plays a very important role in diagnosis of disorders related to epilepsy and development of new interaction techniques between machines and human beings,namely,brain-computer interface (BCI). The purpose of this review is to illustrate the recent researches in EEG processing and EEG-based BCI. First,we outline several methods in removing artifacts from EEGs,and classical algorithms for fatigue detection are discussed. Then,two BCI paradigms including motor imagery and steady-state motion visual evoked potentials (SSMVEP) produced by oscillating Newton's rings are introduced. Finally,BCI systems including wheelchair controlling and electronic car navigation are elaborated. | 3 | Computer Simulation of Mechanical Properties of Nano-scale Cu/FeS Composite显示文摘The mechanical properties of nano-scale Cu/FeS composite were simulated by molecular dynamics (MD) simulation in this paper. Through the analysis on the stress-strain curves, the results of MD simulation were in good agreement with mechanisms of macroscopic deformation. When the size of particles was smaller than a certain value, the relationship between yield strength and size, which was different from the large size crystals abided by the contrary Hall-Petch relationship. Based on the discussion of nano-scale Cu/FeS composite, some interesting conclusions were obtained. For example, the 'S' type curves were discovered in stress-strain curves and the anisotropy of FeS was very evident when the exposures of reinforcing phase (FeS) were different and so on. The basic theories and calculations of the composite that contains nano-scale particles were discussed. | 4 | Estimation of Terrestrial Net Primary Productivity in China from Fengyun-3D Satellite Data显示文摘Currently,the satellite data used to estimate terrestrial net primary productivity(NPP)in China are predominantly from foreign satellites,and very few studies have based their estimates on data from China’s Fengyun satellites.Moreover,despite their importance,the influence of land cover types and the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)on NPP estimation has not been clarified.This study employs the Carnegie–Ames–Stanford approach(CASA)model to compute the fraction of absorbed photosynthetically active radiation and the maximum light use efficiency suitable for the main vegetation types in China in accordance with the finer resolution observation and monitoring-global land cover(FROM-GLC)classification product.Then,the NPP is estimated from the Fengyun-3D(FY-3D)data and compared with the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer(MODIS)NPP product.The FY-3D NPP is also validated with existing research results and historical field-measured NPP data.In addition,the effects of land cover types and the NDVI on NPP estimation are analyzed.The results show that the CASA model and the FY-3D satellite data estimate an average NPP of 441.2 g C m^(−2) yr^(−1) in 2019 for China’s terrestrial vegetation,while the total NPP is 3.19 Pg C yr^(−1).Compared with the MODIS NPP,the FY-3D NPP is overestimated in areas of low vegetation productivity and is underestimated in high-productivity areas.These discrepancies are largely due to the differences between the FY-3D NDVI and MODIS NDVI.Compared with historical field-measured data,the FY-3D NPP estimation results outperformed the MODIS NPP results,although the deviation between the FY-3D NPP estimate and the in-situ measurement was large and may exceed 20%at the pixel scale.The land cover types and the NDVI significantly affected the spatial distribution of NPP and accounted for NPP deviations of 17.0%and 18.1%,respectively.Additionally,the total deviation resulting from the two factors reached 29.5%.These results show that accurate NDVI products and land cover types are important prerequisites for NPP estimation. | Yonghong LIU Xiuzhen HAN Fuzhong WENG Yongming XU Yeping ZHANG Shihao TANG | 2022 | Journal of Meteorological Research2022,36,3: | 2 |

| 13 | 转染AP-2α基因对结肠癌SW620细胞增殖及凋亡的影响(英文)显示文摘Objective:We investigated the effects of exogenous AP-2α gene on SW620 cell cycle, apoptosis and proliferation. Methods:The Plasmid pcDNA3.1(+)-AP-2α was transfected into colorectal carcinoma SW620 cells line by liposome mediation for transient expression. After AP-2α transfected SW620 cells, the exogenous AP-2α mRNA and protein express were determined by the method of Real-time PCR and Western blot. In order to elucidate the effect of expression of exogenous AP-2α gene on the colorectal cancer cell SW620, the proliferation rates were analyzed by growth curves for cells including SW620, pcDNA3.1(+)/SW620 and pcDNA3.1(+)-AP-2α/SW620. At same time, the apoptotic rate of cells and the cell cycle analysis were also tested by flow cytometry. Results: The mRNA and protein expressions of AP-2α gene could be enhanced by transfecting of pcDNA3.1(+)-AP-2α recombinant plasmid into SW620 cell. The cell growth rates of SW620 cells transfected with pcDNA3.1(+)/AP-2α were slower than those transfected with pcDNA3.1(+) or untransfected. The apoptotic rates were increased compared with pcDNA3.1(+)/SW620 and SW620 (P<0.05), which indicated that over-expression of AP-2α gene could efficiently inhibit the growth of SW620 cells and induce apoptosis. FCM analyses indicated that the cells being arrested in G1 phase. Conclusion: AP-2α gene can be efficiently transfected into SW620 cells and over-expression AP-2α protein in the transfected cells.
