| 1 | Four Wheel Independent Drive Electric Vehicle Lateral Stability Control Strategy显示文摘In this paper,a kind of lateral stability control strategy is put forward about the four wheel independent drive electric vehicle.The design of control system adopts hierarchical structure.Unlike the previous control strategy,this paper introduces a method which is the combination of sliding mode control and optimal allocation algorithm.According to the driver’s operation commands(steering angle and speed),the steady state responses of the sideslip angle and yaw rate are obtained.Based on this,the reference model is built.Upper controller adopts the sliding mode control principle to obtain the desired yawing moment demand.Lower controller is designed to satisfy the desired yawing moment demand by optimal allocation of the tire longitudinal forces.Firstly,the optimization goal is built to minimize the actuator cost.Secondly,the weighted least-square method is used to design the tire longitudinal forces optimization distribution strategy under the constraint conditions of actuator and the friction oval.Beyond that,when the optimal allocation algorithm is not applied,a method of axial load ratio distribution is adopted.Finally,Car Sim associated with Simulink simulation experiments are designed under the conditions of different velocities and different pavements.The simulation results show that the control strategy designed in this paper has a good following effect comparing with the reference model and the sideslip angle is controlled within a small rang at the same time.Beyond that,based on the optimal distribution mode,the electromagnetic torque phase of each wheel can follow the trend of the vertical force of the tire,which shows the effectiveness of the optimal distribution algorithm. | Yantao Tian Xuanhao Cao Xiaoyu Wang Yanbo Zhao | 2020 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2020,7,6: | 7 |
| 2 | The Indirect Shared Steering Control Under Double Loop Structure of Driver and Automation显示文摘Due to the critical defects of techniques in fully autonomous vehicles,man-machine cooperative driving is still of great significance in today’s transportation system.Unlike the previous shared control structure,this paper introduces a double loop structure which is applied to indirect shared steering control between driver and automation.In contrast to the tandem indirect shared control,the parallel indirect shared control put the authority allocation system of steering angle into the framework to allocate the corresponding weighting coefficients reasonably and output the final desired steering angle according to the current deviation of vehicle and the accuracy of steering angles.Besides,the active disturbance rejection controller(ADRC)is also added in the frame in order to track the desired steering angle fleetly and accurately as well as restrain the internal and external disturbances effectively which including the steering friction torque,wind speed and ground interference etc.Eventually,we validated the advantages of double loop framework through three sets of double lane change and slalom experiments,respectively.Exactly as we expected,the simulation results show that the double loop structure can effectively reduce the lateral displacement error caused by the driver or the controller,significantly improve the tracking precision and keep great performance in trajectory tracking characteristics when driving errors occur in one of driver and controller. | Yantao Tian Yanbo Zhao Yiran Shi Xuanhao Cao Ding-Li Yu | 2020 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2020,7,5: | 6 |
| 3 | Dust removal efficiency of high pressure atomization in underground coal mine显示文摘To master theoretical calculation for dust removal efficiency of high pressure atomization in an underground coal mine, the corresponding atomization characteristics and dust removal efficiency were both comprehensively studied in theory by virtue of related theories of hydromechanics and aerosol.According to actual measurements of flow coefficients and atomization angles of X-type swirl nozzle,computational formula was derived for atomized particle sizes of such a nozzle in conjunction with relevant empirical equation. Moreover, a mathematical model for applying high pressure atomization to dust removal in underground coal mine was also established to deduce theoretical computation formula of fractional efficiency. Then, Matlab was adopted to portray the relation curve between fractional efficiency and influence factors. In addition, a theoretical formula was also set up for removal efficiency of respirable dust and total coal dust based on dust size and frequency distribution equations. | 5 | Underwater Terrain Image Stitching Based on Spatial Gradient Feature Block显示文摘At present,underwater terrain images are all strip-shaped small fragment images preprocessed by the side-scan sonar imaging system.However,the processed underwater terrain images have inconspicuous and few feature points.In order to better realize the stitching of underwater terrain images and solve the problems of slow traditional image stitching speed,we proposed an improved algorithm for underwater terrain image stitching based on spatial gradient feature block.First,the spatial gradient fuzzy C-Means algorithm is used to divide the underwater terrain image into feature blocks with the fusion of spatial gradient information.The accelerated-KAZE(AKAZE)algorithm is used to combine the feature block information to match the reference image and the target image.Then,the random sample consensus(RANSAC)is applied to optimize the matching results.Finally,image fusion is performed with the global homography and the optimal seam-line method to improve the accuracy of image overlay fusion.The experimental results show that the proposed method in this paper effectively divides images into feature blocks by combining spatial information and gradient information,which not only solves the problem of stitching failure of underwater terrain images due to unobvious features,and further reduces the sensitivity to noise,but also effectively reduces the iterative calculation in the feature point matching process of the traditional method,and improves the stitching speed.Ghosting and shape warping are significantly eliminated by re-optimizing the overlap of the image. | Zhenzhou Wang Jiashuo Li Xiang Wang Xuanhao Niu | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,8: | 1 |

| 17 | Comparison of the Minimum Bounding Rectangle and Minimum Circumscribed Ellipse of Rain Cells from TRMM显示文摘Based on the TRMM dataset, this paper compares the applicability of the improved MCE(minimum circumscribed ellipse), MBR(minimum bounding rectangle), and DIA(direct indexing area) methods for rain cell fitting. These three methods can reflect the geometric characteristics of clouds and apply geometric parameters to estimate the real dimensions of rain cells. The MCE method shows a major advantage in identifying the circumference of rain cells. The circumference of rain cells identified by MCE in most samples is smaller than that identified by DIA and MBR, and more similar to the observed rain cells. The area of rain cells identified by MBR is relatively robust. For rain cells composed of many pixels(N> 20), the overall performance is better than that of MCE, but the contribution of MBR to the best identification results,which have the shortest circumference and the smallest area, is less than that of MCE. The DIA method is best suited to small rain cells with a circumference of less than 100 km and an area of less than 120 km^(2), but the overall performance is mediocre. The MCE method tends to achieve the highest success at any angle, whereas there are fewer “best identification”results from DIA or MBR and more of the worst ones in the along-track direction and cross-track direction. | 19 | AIFM1 variants associated with auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder cause apoptosis due to impaired apoptosis-inducing factor dimerization显示文摘Auditory neuropathy spectrum disorder(ANSD)represents a variety of sensorineural deafness conditions characterized by abnormal inner hair cells and/or auditory nerve function,but with the preservation of outer hair cell function.ANSD represents up to 15%of individuals with hearing impairments.Through mutation screening,bioinformatic analysis and expression studies,we have previously identified several apoptosis-inducing factor(AIF)mitochondria-associated 1(AIFM1)variants in ANSD families and in some other sporadic cases.Here,to elucidate the pathogenic mechanisms underlying each AIFM1 variant,we generated AIF-null cells using the clustered regularly interspersed short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9(Cas9)system and constructed AIF-wild type(WT)and AIF-mutant(mut)(p.T260A,p.R422W,and p.R451Q)stable transfection cell lines.We then analyzed AIF structure,coenzyme-binding affinity,apoptosis,and other aspects.Results revealed that these variants resulted in impaired dimerization,compromising AIF function.The reduction reaction of AIF variants had proceeded slower than that of AIF-WT.The average levels of AIF dimerization in AIF variant cells were only 34.5%-49.7%of that of AIF-WT cells,resulting in caspase-independent apoptosis.The average percentage of apoptotic cells in the variants was 12.3%-17.9%,which was significantly higher than that(6.9%-7.4%)in controls.However,nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)treatment promoted the reduction of apoptosis by rescuing AIF dimerization in AIF variant cells.Our findings show that the impairment of AIF dimerization by AIFM1 variants causes apoptosis contributing to ANSD,and introduce NADH as a potential drug for ANSD treatment.Our results help elucidate the mechanisms of ANSD and may lead to the provision of novel therapies. | YUE QIU HONGYANG WANG HUAYE PAN JING GUAN LEI YAN MINGJIE FAN HUI ZHOU XUANHAO ZHOU KAIWEN WU ZEXIAO JIA QIANQIAN ZHUANG ZHAOYING LEI MENGYAO LI XUE DING AIFU LIN YONG FU DONG ZHANG QIUJU WANG QINGFENG YAN | 2023 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2023,24,2: | 0 |
