1An enzyme-responsive and transformable PD-L1 blocking peptide-photosensitizer conjugate enables efficient photothermal显示文摘Mild photothermal therapy combined with immune checkpoint blockade has received increasing attention for the treatment of advanced or metastatic cancers due to its good therapeutic efficacy.However,it remains a challenge to facilely integrate the two therapies and make it potential for clinical translation.This work designed a peptide-photosensitizer conjugate(PPC),which consisted of a PD-L1 antagonist peptide(CVRARTR),an MMP-2 specific cleavable sequence,a self-assembling motif,and the photosensitizer Purpurin 18.The single-component PPC can self-assemble into nanospheres which is suitable for intravenous injection.The PPC nanosphere is cleaved by MMP-2 when it accumulates in tumor sites,thereby initiating the cancer-specific release of the antagonist peptide.Simultaneously,the nanospheres gradually transform into co-assembled nanofibers,which promotes the retention of the remaining parts within the tumor.In vivo studies demonstrated that PPC nanospheres under laser irradiation promote the infiltration of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and maturation of DCs,which sensitize 4T1 tumor cells to immune checkpoint blockade therapy.Therefore,PPC nanospheres inhibit tumor growth efficiently both in situ and distally and blocked the formation of lung metastases.The present study provides a simple and efficient integrated strategy for breast cancer photoimmunotherapy.Yanan Sun Bochen Lyu Chang Yang Bing He Hua Zhang Xueqing Wang Qiang Zhang Wenbing Dai 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,4:4
2The Comparison of Genetic Variation in the Envelope Protein Between Various Immunodeficiency Viruses and Equine Infectious Anemia Virus显示文摘The envelope protein(Env) of lentiviruses such as HIV,SIV,FIV and EIAV is larger than that of other retroviruses.The Chinese EIAV attenuated vaccine is based on Env and has helped to successfully control this virus,demonstrating that envelope is crucial for vaccine.We compared Env variation of the four kinds of lentiviruses.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the evolutionary relationship of Env between HIV and SIV was the closest and they appeared to descend from a common ancestor,and the relationship of HIV and EIAV was the furthest.EIAV had the shortest Env length and the least number of potential N-linked glycosylation sites(PNGS) as well as glycosylation density compared to various immunodeficiency viruses.However,HIV had the longest Env length and the most PNGS.Moreover,the alignment of HIV and SIV showed that PNGS were primarily distributed within extracellular membrane protein gp120 rather than transmembrane gp41.It implies that the size difference among these viruses is associated with a lentivirus specific function and also the diversity of env.There are low levels of modification of glycosylation sites of Env and selection of optimal protective epitopes might be useful for development of an effective vaccine against HIV/AIDS.Qing Yuan Chang Liu Zhipin Liang Xueqing Chen Danhong Diao Xiaohong Kong 2012Virologica Sinica2012,27,4:3
3Chemical Linkage and Passivation at Buried Interface for Thermally Stable Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells with Efficiency over 22%显示文摘Poly[bis(4-phenyl)-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)amine](PTAA)has been developed as one of the most popular hole transport layer(HTL)materials in inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs).However,the efficiency,thermal stability,and reproducibility of PTAA-based devices are still largely limited by underoptimized chemical interaction,energy level alignment,and contact affinity at the PTAA/perovskite interface.To this end,we introduced a bilateral chemical linker to simultaneously achieve favorable chemical interaction with the PTAA underlayer and form robust coordination bonding with the buried perovskite bottom layer,which beneficially improved the contact affinity,facilitated the hole extraction,well-passivated the interfacial defects,and relieved the nonradiative charge recombination at the HTL/perovskite buried interface.The inverted PSCs modified with interfacial chemical linker exhibited consistently higher power conversion efficiencies and performance reproducibility than that of the PTAA-only devices.Combined with the blade-coated FA0.4MA0.6PbI3 perovskite layer,a champion efficiency of 22.23%has been achieved,which is one of the highest reported values for the inverted PSCs based on the bilayer HTL.The targeted device showed enhanced thermal stability under continuous heating at 85℃ owing to suppressed composition segregation with robust interfacial linkage and consolidation.This work offers a new insight towards making efficient,thermally stable,and reproducible perovskite photovoltaics.Ying Tan Xueqing Chang Jun-Xing Zhong Wenhuai Feng Meifang Yang Tian Tian Li Gong Wu-Qiang Wu 2023CCS Chemistry2023,5,8:0
