1Perovskite Solar Fibers:Current Status,Issues and Challenges显示文摘Perovskite-based solar cells with high power conversion efficiencies(PCEs)are currently being demonstrated in solid-state device designs.Their elevated performances can possibly be attained with different non-standard geometries,for example,the fiber-shaped perovskite solar cells,in the light of careful design and engineering.Fiber-shaped solar cells are promising in smart textiles energy harvesting towards next-generation electronic applications and devices.They can be made with facile process and at low cost.Recently,fiber-shaped perovskite solar devices have been reported,particularly with the focus on the proof-of-concept in such non-traditional architectures.In this line,there are so many technical aspects which need to be addressed,if these photovoltaic(PV)cells are to be industrialized and produced massively.Herein,a well-organized and comprehensive discussion about the reported devices in this arena is presented.The challenges that need to be addressed,the possible solutions and the probable applications of these PV cells are also discussed.More still,the perovskite fiber-shaped PV cells with other fiber PV devices reported in literature in terms of their scope,characteristic designs,performances,and other technical considerations have been summarised.Andrew Balilonda Qian Li Mike Tebyetekerwa Rogers Tusiime Hui Zhang Rajan Jose Fatemeh Zabihi Shengyuan Yang Seeram Ramakrishna Meifang Zhu 2019Advanced Fiber Materials2019,1,2:3
2Antibiotics-mediated intestinal microbiome perturbation aggravates tacrolimus-induced glucose disorders in mice显示文摘Both immunosuppressants and antibiotics (ABX) are indispensable for transplant patients. However, the former increases the risk of new-onset diabetes, whereas the latter impacts intestinal microbiota (IM). It is still unclear whether and how the interaction between immunosuppressants and ABX alters the IM and thus leads to glucose metabolism disorders. This study examined the alterations of glucose and lipid metabolism and IM in mice exposed to tacrolimus (TAC) with or without ABX. We found that ABX further aggravated TAC-induced glucose tolerance and increased insulin secretion. Combined treatment resulted in exacerbated lipid accumulation in the liver. TAC-altered microbial community was further amplified by ABX administration, as characterized by reductions in phylum Firmicutes, family Lachnospiraceae, and genus Copyococcus. Analyses based on the metagenomic profiles revealed that ABX augmented the effect of TAC on microbial metabolic function mostly related to lipid metabolism. The altered components of gut microbiome and predicted microbial functional profiles showed significant correlation with hepatic lipid accumulation and glucose disorders. In conclusion, ABX aggravated the effect of TAC on the microbiome and its metabolic capacities, which might contribute to hepatic lipid accumulation and glucose disorders. 3Phylogenetic Analysis of the Dengue Virus Strains Causing the 2019 Dengue Fever Outbreak in Hainan,China显示文摘Dengue virus is an arthropod-borne pathogen that is transmitted to humans primarily by Aedes spp.mosquitos,causing the acute infectious disease,dengue fever(DF).Until 2019,no dengue outbreak had been reported in Hainan Province for over 20 years.However,in early September of 2019,an increasing number of infected cases appeared and the DF outbreak lasted for over one month in Haikou City,Hainan Province.In our study,we collected 97 plasma samples from DF patients at three hospitals,as well as 1585 mosquito larvae samples from puddles in different areas of Haikou.There were 49(50.5%)plasma samples found to be strongly positive and 9(9.3%)plasma samples were weakly positive against the NS1 antigen.We discovered DENV both in the patient's plasma samples and mosquito larvae samples,and isolated the virus from C6/36 cells inoculated with the acute phase serum of patients.Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the new strains were the most closely related to the epidemic strain in the southern regions of China,belonging to lineageⅣ,genotypeⅠ,DENV-1.Compared to the seven closest strains from neighboring countries and provinces,a total of 18 amino acid mutations occurred in the coding sequences(CDS)of the new isolated strain,DENV1 HMU-HKU-2.Our data shows that dengue virus is re-emerged in Hainan,and pose new threats for public health.Thus regular molecular epidemiological surveillance is necessary for control and prevention of DENV transmission.Jiang Du Liyuan Zhang Xiaoyuan Hu Ruoyan Peng Gaoyu Wang Yi Huang Wenqi Wang Kunliang Wu Qiang Wang Haoxiang Su Fan Yang Yun Zhang Chuanning Tang Xiuji Cui Lina Niu Gang Lu Meifang Xiao Yongguo Du Feifei Yin 2021Virologica Sinica2021,36,4:2
4Impacts of human interventions on the seasonal and nodal dynamics of the M_(2)and K_(1)tidal constituents in Lingdingyang Bay of the Zhujiang River Delta,China显示文摘Natural and human-induced changes may exert considerable impacts on the seasonal and nodal dynamics of M2 and K1 tidal constituents.Therefore,quantifying the influences of these factors on tidal regime changes is essential for sustainable water resources management in coastal environments.In this study,the enhanced harmonic analysis was applied to extract the seasonal variability of the M2 and K1 tidal amplitudes and phases at three gauging stations along Lingdingyang Bay of the Zhujiang River Delta.The seasonal dynamics in terms of tidal wave celerity and amplification/damping rate were used to quantify the impacts of human-induced estuarine morphological alterations on M2 and K1 tidal hydrodynamics in inner and outer Lingdingyang Bay.The results show that both tidal amplification/damping rate and wave celerity were considerably increased from the pre-anthropogenic activity period(Pre-AAP)to the post-anthropogenic activity period(Post-AAP)excepting the tidal amplification/damping rate in outer Lingdingyang Bay,and the variations in outer Lingdingyang Bay was larger than those in inner Lingdingyang Bay.The alterations in these two parameters were more significant in flood season than in dry season in both inner and outer Lingdingyang Bay.The seasonal variability of M2 and K1 tidal amplitudes were further quantified using a regression model accounting for the 18.61-year lunar nodal modulation,where this study observes a considerable alteration in M2 constituent owing to human interventions.During the Post-AAP,the M2 amplitudes at the downstream station were larger than those that would have occurred in the absence of strong human interventions,whereas the opposite was true for the upstream station,leading to a substantial decrease in tidal amplification in outer Lingdingyang Bay.However,it is opposite in inner Lingdingyang Bay.The underlying mechanism can be primarily attributed to channel deepening and narrowing caused by human interventions,that resulted in substantial enlargement of the bay volume and reduced the effective bottom friction,leading to faster wave celerity and stronger amplified waves.Ping Zhang Qingshu Yang Haidong Pan Heng Wang Meifang Xie Huayang Cai Nanyang Chu Liangwen Jia 2021Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,10:2
5CO flux of soil respiration in natural recovering karst abandoned farmland in Southwest China显示文摘To estimate carbon sequestration potential in the karst area,soil respiration in a natural recovering karst abandoned farmland in Shawan,Puding,Guizhou,southwest China was continuously and automatically monitored for more than two years.The results show that the CO2flux of soil respiration(2.63±1.89 lmol m^-2s-^1)is higher in the karst area than in non-karst areas under similar conditions but that regional value(1.32 lmol m-2s-1)is lower because of larger rock fragment coverage(~50%).A the same time,the temperature sensitivity of soil respiration(Q10)in this study area is significantly higher than that of non-karst areas under similar conditions.Soil respiration has an obvious temporal variation,which is reflected in a significant exponential relationship between soil respiration and soil temperature,but the relationship between soil respiration and soil moisture is very complex.Especially soil respiration has an obvious spatial variation,which is likely affected by different diffusion or water-rock reaction processes.Yanwei Wang Weijun Luo Guangneng Zeng Hanling Yang Meifang Wang Yina Lyu Anyun Cheng Lin Zhang Xianli Cai Jia Chen Shijie Wang 2020Acta Geochimica2020,39,4:2

19Full-scale chemical and field-effect passivation:21.52% efficiency of stable MAPbI_(3) solar cells via benzenamine modification显示文摘Organic-inorganic metal halide perovskite solar cells have achieved high efficiency of 25.5%.Finding an effective means to suppress the formation of traps and correlate stability losses are thought to be a promising route for further increasing the photovoltaic performance and commercialization potential of perovskite photovoltaic devices.Herein,we report a facile passivation model,which uses a multi-functional organic molecule to simultaneously realize the chemical passivation and field-effect passivation for the perovskite film by an upgraded anti-solvent coating method,which reduces the trap states density of the perovskite,improves interface charge transfer,and thus promotes device performance.In addition,the hydrophobic groups of the molecules can form a moisture-repelling barrier on the perovskite grains,which apparently promotes the humidity stability of the solar cells.Therefore,the optimal power conversion efficiency(PCE)of perovskite solar cells after synergistic passivation reaches 21.52%,and it can still retain 95%of the original PCE when stored in-40%humidity for 30 days.Our findings extend the scope for traps passivation to further promote both the photovoltaic performance and the stability of the perovskite solar cells.Fengyou Wang Meifang Yang Yuhong Zhang Jinyue Du Shuo Yang Lili Yang Lin Fan Yingrui Sui Yunfei Sun Jinghai Yang 2021Nano Research2021,14,8:1
20A baicalin-loaded coaxial nanofiber scaffold regulated inflammation and osteoclast differentiation for vascularized bone regeneration显示文摘We demonstrate a simple,effective and feasible method to address the shrinkage of Poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA)through a core-shell structure fiber strategy.The results revealed that introducing size-stable poly-caprolactone(PCL)as the core fiber significantly improved the PLGA-based fibrous scaffold’s dimensional maintenance.We further utilized fish collagen to modify the PLGA shell layer(PFC)of coaxial fibers and loaded baicalin(BA)into the PCL core layer(PCL-BA)to endow fibrous scaffold with more functional biological cues.The PFC/PCL-BA fibrous scaffold promoted the osteogenic differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells and stimulated the RAW264.7 cells to polarize into a pro-reparative phenotype.Importantly,the in vivo study demonstrated that the PFC/PCL-BA scaffold could regulate inflammation and osteoclast differentiation,favor neovascularization and bone formation.This work tactfully combined PLGA and PCL to establish a drug release platform based on the core-shell fibrous scaffold for vascularized bone regeneration.Shue Jin Jing Gao Renli Yang Chen Yuan Ruili Wang Qin Zou Yi Zuo Meifang Zhu Yubao Li Yi Man Jidong Li 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,2:1
