2Plastid KEA-type cation/H+ antiporters are required for vacuolar protein trafficking in Arabidopsis显示文摘Arabidopsis plastid antiporters KEA1 and KEA2are critical for plastid development, photosynthetic efficiency, and plant development.Here, we show that KEA1 and KEA2 are involved in vacuolar protein trafficking. Genetic analyses found that the kea1 kea2 mutants had short siliques, small seeds, and short seedlings. Molecular and biochemical assays showed that seed storage proteins were missorted out of the cell and the precursor proteins were accumulated in kea1 kea2. Protein storage vacuoles(PSVs) were smaller in kea1 kea2. Further analyses showed that endosomal trafficking in kea1 kea2 was compromised. Vacuolar sorting receptor 1(VSR1) subcellular localizations, VSR–cargo interactions, and p24 distribution on the endoplasmic reticulum(ER) and Golgi apparatus were affected in kea1 kea2. Moreover, plastid stromule growth was reduced and plastid association with the endomembrane compartments was disrupted in kea1 kea2. Stromule growth was regulated by the cellular pH and K+homeostasis maintained by KEA1 and KEA2. The organellar pH along the trafficking pathway was altered in kea1 kea2. 3Comprehensive Research on Focal Mechanism Solutions in the Capital Circle Area of China显示文摘Comprehensive statistical analysis was performed on the basic features of focal mechanisms of 619 ML≥2. 0 earthquakes which occurred in the capital circle area from January 2002 to June 2010. By dividing the capital area into three studying regions based on regional tectonic characteristics,cluster analysis was conducted on the focal mechanisms of all subregions using the longest distance method in the statistical cluster analysis to study the characteristics of tectonic stress tensors. The result shows that dominant P-axis azimuth distribution is NNE-NEE and that of T-axis is NNW-NWW,most of the focal areas are controlled by a horizontal stress field and rupture is mainly of horizontal strike-slip. The maximum principal compression stress orientation is NE75° in the west,NE62° in the middle,and near EW in the east of the capital area. 4Analysis of Effluent Outfall Problems and Their Classification and Regulation Countermeasures显示文摘Effluent outfalls are an important exit for pollutants discharged from the source flowing into environmental water bodies,as well as an important guarantee for the ecological environment of natural water bodies.In response to main problems of large and diverse effluent outfalls,as well as their monitoring analysis,tracing and regulation in China,classification and regulation countermeasures were proposed based on the characteristics of effluent outfalls.It is suggested that a comprehensive management and control system should be built by improving the management and control system,upgrading monitoring techniques and strengthening social supervision and public education,so as to provide a scientific basis for the supervision and management of effluent outfalls in China and help promote the improvement of water quality and the sustainable development and utilization of water resources.Xuexia JIANG Xiange WU 2024Agricultural Biotechnology2024,13,1:0
567例胃腺瘤临床病理特征及免疫表型分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the clinicopathologic features of gastric adenoma.Methods:Sixty-seven cases of adenoma diagnosis of gastric biopsy specimens using light microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and follow-up methods were studied.Results:Histopathology of gastric adenoma characteristics:nuclear anaplasia, showing increase of nuclear volume and irregular, and the emergence of one or more nucleoli, mitotic ≤ 2/10 high power field (HPF).Structural changes in the gland:adenoma of the duct much more consistent, sometimes the size of the gland and irregular contour, might be associated with intestinal metaplasia.Increased significantly when the nuclear volume, mitotic > 2/10 HPF, irregular gland distortion, branched structures, suggesting the development of adenomas.Immunophenotype:tumor-associated carbohydrate antigens had a higher expression; adenomatous polyposis coli gene (APC) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) expression of closely related with the formation of adenoma.Mucin muc-2 high expression was negatively correlated with muc-1 low expression, the combination of both can help to determine the development and changes in gastric adenoma.Survivin, Bcl-2, p21 and p53 protein expression rare cases, four were combined with the malignant transformation of gastric adenoma was important discriminant.Ki-67 positive cells 20%-40%, and could be used as degree of cell proliferation, a reference indicator of prognosis.Thirty-six to 49 months of follow-up results showed that cured 44.8% (30/67), there adenomatous hyperplasia 35.8% (24/67), with the development of dysplasia showed 14.4% (11/67), the development of intramucosal carcinoma were 3.0% (2/67).Conclusion:Gastric adenomas occur significantly increased nuclear volume, mitotic > 2/10 HPF, irregular gland distortion, branch-like structure; immunohistochemical staining showed positive expression of muc-2 decreased, muc-1 positive expression; cell proliferation index Ki-67>40%; p21, p53 protein expression occurred, suggesting a tendency to cancer, endoscopic mucosal resection should be as soon as possible.Xiuli Wang Yangkun Wang Yingchao Wu Xuexia Lv Nianlong Meng Jian Yin Xutao Yuan 2010The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2010,9,9:0
6A double‐mode planar argon plume produced by varying the distance from an atmospheric pressure plasma jet显示文摘Atmospheric pressure planar plumes are desirable for the applications of low temperature plasmas,such as rapid modification of large‐scale surfaces.Up to now,only single‐mode planar plumes with either a streamer mode or a filamentary mode have been reported in the literature.Distinctive from the single‐mode planar plumes,a double‐mode argon planar plume has been generated in this article,which operates in the streamer mode with a larger distance away from a plasma jet and transits to the filamentary mode with decreasing the distance.Discharge characteristics and plasma parameters are compared for the two modes.Results indicate that the streamer mode and the filamentary mode correspond to pulsed and humped discharges respectively.Fast photography reveals that the streamer‐mode plume is composed of stochastically branching streamers,while the filamentary‐mode plume results from a series of moving filaments similar to those in barrier discharge.In contrast to the streamer mode,the filamentary mode has lower excited electron temperature and vibrational temperature,whereas higher electron density and gas temperature.In addition,better hydrophilicity of polyethylene terephthalate surface is achieved in the filamentary mode.Kaiyue Wu Jingnan Liu Jiacun Wu Mo Chen Junxia Ran Xuexia Pang Pengying Jia Xuechen Li Chenhua Ren 2023High Voltage2023,8,6:0
