2支撑剂在超临界二氧化碳中的跟随性计算显示文摘超临界二氧化碳作为一种新型压裂液,是目前国内外的研究热点,但其携砂机理尚不明确,成为制约该项技术的关键问题之一。将跟随性的概念引入压裂液携砂研究,以支撑剂水平速度和压裂液水平流速的比值来表征支撑剂的跟随性或压裂液的携砂性能,并以跟随性为标准,对超临界二氧化碳的水平携砂性能进行了评价。在经典BBO方程的基础上,改进了拖曳力的表达式,联立拖曳力系数辅助方程组,建立了支撑剂在超临界二氧化碳中的跟随性计算模型,为评价和优化超临界二氧化碳输送支撑剂提供了理论依据。采用自主研发的实验设备,通过跟随性实验对该模型进行了检验,并采用模型进行了支撑剂在超临界二氧化碳中跟随性的影响因素分析。研究结果表明,在常用密度范围内,支撑剂密度对跟随性的影响不大,该数值分析结论与以往学者的实验研究结果相一致。此外,对比了砂粒在超临界二氧化碳、滑溜水以及空气中的跟随性,超临界二氧化碳的高密度特性对其携砂性能的影响大于低黏度特性对其携砂性能的影响,两者综合作用导致其携砂性能远高于空气,小于并接近滑溜水的携砂性能,特别是在较高流速下,超临界二氧化碳的水平携砂性能与滑溜水相当。侯磊 孙宝江 蒋廷学 Geng Xueyu 王志远 李庆超 2016石油学报2016,37,8:9

6Determination of 4-tert-octylphenol in surface water samples of Jinan in China by solid phase extraction coupled with GC-MS显示文摘Octylphenols, considered as xenoestrogens, mainly exist as 4-tert-octylphenol (OP) in aquatic environments. The high stability and accumulation of OP in aquatic systems have caused endocrine disruption. The OP in surface water in Jinan, China was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) coupled with solid phase extraction (SPE). Water samples were extracted by SPE on a cartridge system containing C-18 as sorbent. To increase sensitivity and selectivity, OP was derivatized to 4-tert-octyl-phenoxy silane. With the use of phenanthrene-d10 as internal standard, the detection limit based on signal-to-noise ratio (S/N = 3) was 0.06 ng/mL. The average recovery was from 84.67% to 109.7%. The precision of the method given as the relative standard deviations (RSD) was within the range 6.24%-12.96%. In the target water samples, the concentrations of OP were as follows: 15.88-71.24 ng/L for Jinxiuchuan Reservoir, 3.850-26.68 ng/L for the city moat, 6.930-41.56 ng/L for Daming Lake, 66.03-474.2 ng/L for Xiaoqing River, 14.66-17.72 ng/L for the Yellow River, and 10.60-26.43 ng/L for Queshan Reservoir. The Xiaoqing River was seriously polluted due to the discharge of wastewater from Jinan. Jinxiuchuan Reservoir had a higher concentration of OP compared with the Yellow River and Queshan Reservoir, which is ascribed to the surrounding human activities. 7Controllable photonic spin Hall effect with phase function construction显示文摘Photonic spin Hall efect(SHE)provides new opportunities for achieving spin-based photonics applications.However,flexibly manipulating the spin-dependent sltting(SDS)of photonic SHE and imposing extra phase modulation on the two spin components are always a challenge.Here,a controllable SHE mechanism based on phase function construction is reported.It is conduded that the phases with specific functional structures performing a coordinate translation are equivalent to integrating a gradient phase to the original phases.Hence,the original phase can be used for independent phase modulation,and the gradient phase originating from the co-ordinate translation is capable of manipulating the SDS.A metasurface with Pancharatnam-Berry phase that can impose conjugate phases to the two spin components of light is fabricated to verify this mechanism.By shifing the light position,the SDS is continuously manipulated in the visible region,which is successfully used for detecting the polarization llipticity.The extra phase modulation is also performed with the original phase and thus enables measuring singular beams.It is anticipated that the controllable SHE manipulation method may open new avenues in the fields of spin photonics,optical sensing,optical communications,etc.YANLIANG HE ZHIQIANG XIE BO YANG XUEYU CHEN JUNMIN LIU HUAPENG YE XINXING ZHOU YING LI SHUQING CHEN DIANYUAN FAN 2020Photonics Research2020,8,6:3
8Phosphate recovery from anaerobic digester effluents using CaMg(OH)_4显示文摘Dolomite lime(DL)(CaMg(OH)_4) was used as an economical source of Mg^(2+)for the removal and recovery of phosphate from an anaerobic digester effluent of a municipal wastewater treatment plant(MWWTP) wastewater. Batch precipitation results determined that phosphate was effectively reduced from 87 to less than 4 mg-P/L when the effluent water was mixed with 0.3 g/L of DL. The competitive precipitation mechanisms of different solids in the treatment system consisting of Ca^(2+)–Mg^(2+)–NH_4^+–PO_4^(3-)CO_3^(2-)were determined by comparing model predictions with experimental results. Thermodynamic model calculations indicated that hydroxyapatite(Ca_(10)(PO_4)_6(OH)_2), Ca_4H(PO_4)_3?3H_2O, Ca_3(PO_4)_2(beta), and Ca_3(PO_4)_2(am2)were more stable than struvite(MgNH_4PO_3?6H_2O) and calcite(CaCO_3). However, X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis determined the formation of struvite and calcite minerals in the treated effluent. Kinetic experimental results showed that most of the phosphate was removed from synthetic effluent containing NH_4^+within 2 hr, while only 20% of the PO_4^(3-)was removed in the absence of NH_4^+after 24 hr of treatment. The formation of struvite in the DL-treated effluent was due to the rapid precipitation rate of the mineral. The final pH of the DL-treated effluent significantly influenced the mass ratio of struvite to calcite in the precipitates. Because more calcite was formed when the p H increased from 8.4 to 9.6, a p H range of 8.0–8.5 should be used to produce solid with high PO_4^(3-)content. 10Primary cilia mediate Klf2-dependant Notch activation in regenerating heart显示文摘Unlike adult mammalian heart,zebrafish heart has a remarkable capacity to regenerate after injury.Previous study has shown Notch signaling activation in the endocardium is essential for regeneration of the myocardium and this activation is mediated by hemodynamic alteration after injury,however,the molecular mechanism has not been fully explored.In this study we demonstrated that blood flow change could be perceived and transmitted in a primary cilia dependent manner to control the hemodynamic responsive klf2 gene expression and subsequent activation of Notch signaling in the endocardium.First we showed that both homologues of human gene KLF2 in zebrafish,klf2a and klf2b,could respond to hemodynamic alteration and both were required for Notch signaling activation and heart regeneration.Further experiments indicated that the upregulation of klf2 gene expression was mediated by endocardial primary cilia.Overall,our findings reveal a novel aspect of mechanical shear stress signal in activating Notch pathway and regulating cardiac regeneration.Xueyu Li Qiang Lu Yuanyuan Peng Fang Geng Xuelian Shao Huili Zhou Ying Cao Ruilin Zhang 2020Protein & Cell2020,11,6:3

12Computer Simulation of Thermal-Mechanical Processing显示文摘Supported by the high-speed SGI engineering workstation and the general MARCTM software, a system is developed to simulate the hot deformation process and the cooling process after deformation in the forging of Cr12 steel on the basis of elastic-plastic FEM techniques with coupled thermal-mechanical-microstructural alteration. In this system, a mathematical model, obtained by plentiful physical simulation experiments on Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical simulator, is introduced to describe the changes in microstructure and properties of steels. This system is proved to be reliable to simulate the thermal field and stress field as well as the microstructure of Cr12 steel during the forging process. 14Facile fabrication of a biocompatible composite gel with sustained release of aspirin for bone regeneration显示文摘Hydrogels are extracellular-matrix-like biomimetic materials that have wide biomedical applications in tissue engineering and drug delivery.However,most hydrogels cannot simultaneously fulfill the mechanical and cell compatibility requirements.In the present study,we prepared a semi-interpenetrating network composite gel(CG)by incorporating short chain chitosan(CS)into a covalent tetra-armed poly(ethylene glycol)network.In addition to satisfying physicochemical,mechanics,biocompatibility,and cell affinity requirements,this CG easily encapsulated acetylsalicylic acid(ASA)via electrostatic interactions and chain entanglement,achieving sustained release for over 14 days and thus promoting periodontal ligament stem cell(PDLSC)proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.In vivo studies corroborated the capacity of PDLSCs and ASA-laden CG to enhance new bone regeneration in situ using a mouse calvarial bone defect model.This might be attributed to PDLSCs and host mesenchymal stem cells expressing monocyte chemoattractant protein-1,which upregulated M2 macrophage recruitment and polarization in situ,indicating its appealing potential in bone tissue engineering.Yunfan Zhang Xueyu Dou Lingyun Zhang Hufei Wang Ting Zhang Rushui Bai Qiannan Sun Xing Wang Tingting Yu Decheng Wu Bing Han Xuliang Deng 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,5:2
15Restoring the dampened expression of the core clock molecule BMAL1 protects against compression-induced intervertebral disc degeneration显示文摘The circadian clock participates in maintaining homeostasis in peripheral tissues,including intervertebral discs(IVDs).Abnormal mechanical loading is a known risk factor for intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD).Based on the rhythmic daily loading pattern of rest and activity,we hypothesized that abnormal mechanical loading could dampen the IVD clock,contributing to IDD.Here,we investigated the effects of abnormal loading on the IVD clock and aimed to inhibit compression-induced IDD by targeting the core clock molecule brain and muscle Arnt-like protein-1(BMAL1).In this study,we showed that BMAL1 KO mice exhibit radiographic features similar to those of human IDD and that BMAL1 expression was negatively correlated with IDD severity by systematic analysis based on 149 human IVD samples.The intrinsic circadian clock in the IVD was dampened by excessive loading,and BMAL1 overexpression by lentivirus attenuated compression-induced IDD.Inhibition of the RhoA/ROCK pathway by Y-27632 or melatonin attenuated the compression-induced decrease in BMAL1 expression.Finally,the two drugs partially restored BMAL1 expression and alleviated IDD in a diurnal compression model.Our results first show that excessive loading dampens the circadian clock of nucleus pulposus tissues via the RhoA/ROCK pathway,the inhibition of which potentially protects against compression-induced IDD by preserving BMAL1 expression.These findings underline the importance of the circadian clock for IVD homeostasis and provide a potentially effective therapeutic strategy for IDD.Dong Wang Pandi Peng Michal Dudek Xueyu Hu Xiaolong Xu Qiliang Shang Di Wang Haoruo Jia Han Wang Bo Gao Chao Zheng Jianxin Mao Chu Gao Xin He Pengzhen Cheng Huanbo Wang Jianmin Zheng Judith A.Hoyland Qing-Jun Meng Zhuojing Luo Liu Yang 2022Bone Research2022,10,2:2

17The roles and activation of endocardial Notch signaling in heart regeneration显示文摘As a highly conserved signaling pathway in metazoans,the Notch pathway plays important roles in embryonic development and tissue regeneration.Recently,cardiac injury and regeneration have become an increasingly popular topic for biomedical research,and Notch signaling has been shown to exert crucial functions during heart regeneration as well.In this review,we briefly summarize the molecular functions of the endocardial Notch pathway in several cardiac injury and stress models.Although there is an increase in appreciating the importance of endocardial Notch signaling in heart regeneration,the mechanism of its activation is not fully understood.This review highlights recent findings on the activation of the endocardial Notch pathway by hemodynamic blood flow change in larval zebrafish ventricle after partial ablation,a process involving primary cilia,mechanosensitive ion channel Trpv4 and mechanosensitive transcription factor Klf2.Huicong Li Cheng Chang Xueyu Li Ruilin Zhang 2021Cell Regeneration2021,10,1:2
18Effect of graphitic carbon nitride powders on adsorption removal of antibiotic resistance genes from water显示文摘There is a growing need to eliminate antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)in the environment and mitigate widespread antibiotic resistance.Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))was successfully synthesized via facile thermal polymerization approach and its pote ntial for adsorption treatment of ARGs in water was examined.Batch adsorption experimental results revealed that g-C_(3)N_(4) powders had robust adsorption activity for the gene ampC and ermB.Adsorption kinetics and isotherms were syste matically investigated to explain the adsorption mechanism.The apparent adsorption equilibrium could be reached within180 min.The adsorption process effectively re moved ARGs(ampC and ermB)from water with 3.2 log and4.2 log reductions,respectively.In addition,experimental data were analyzed by several models and simulated well with Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-second-order model.It indicated that adsorption process might be dominated by the chemical rate-limiting step.Moreover,the effects of temperature and pH on the re moval of ARGs were conducted and the isoelectric point(IEP)was obtained.Finally,we have demonstrated that the g-C_(3)N_(4) is a novel adsorbent and can be used as column packing to remove ARGs by filtration.Haiyin Zhan Yutong Wang Xueyue Mi Zhiruo Zhou Pengfei Wang Qixing Zhou 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,10:2
