| 3 | Lunar topographic model CLTM-s01 from Chang’E-1 laser altimeter显示文摘More than 3 million range measurements from the Chang’E-1 Laser Altimeter have been used to produce a global topographic model of the Moon with improved accuracy. Our topographic model, a 360th degree and order spherical harmonic expansion of the lunar radii, is designated as Chang’E-1 Lunar Topography Model s01 (CLTM-s01). This topographic field, referenced to a mean radius of 1738 km, has an absolute vertical accuracy of approximately 31 m and a spatial resolution of 0.25o (~7.5 km). This new lunar topographic model has greatly improved previous models in spatial coverage, accuracy and spatial resolution, and also shows the polar regions with the altimeter results for the first time. From CLTM-s01, the mean, equatorial, and polar radii of the Moon are 1737103, 1737646, and 1735843 m, respectively. In the lunar-fixed coordinate system, this model shows a COM/COF offset to be (-1.777, -0.730, 0.237) km along the x, y, and z directions, respectively. | 5 | Tiller Bud Formation Regulators MOC1 and MOC3 Cooperatively Promote Tiller Bud Outgrowth by Activating F0N1 Expression in Rice显示文摘Tillering in rice is one of the most important agronomic traits.Rice tiller development can be divided into two main processes: the formation of the axillary bud and its subsequent outgrowth.Several genes critical for bud formation in rice have been identified by genetic studies;however,their molecular functions and relationships are still largely unknown.Here,we report that MONOCULM 1 (MOC1) and MONOCULM 3/ TILLERS ABSENT 1/STERILE AND REDUCED TILLERING 1 (MOC3/TAB1/SRT1),two vital regulators for tiller formation in rice,physically interact to regulate tiller bud outgrowth through upregulating the expression of FLORAL ORGAN NUMBER 1 (FON1),the homolog of CLAVATA1 in rice.We found that M0C3 is able to directly bind the promoter ofFONI and subsequently activate FON1 expression.MOC1 functions as a coactivator of MOC3,whereas it could not directly bind the FON1 promoter,and further activated FON1 expression in the presence of MOC3.Accordingly,FON1 is highly expressed at axillary meristems and shows remarkably decreased expression levels in mod and moc3 mutants.Loss-of-function mutants of FON1 exhibit normal bud formation but defective bud outgrowth and reduced tiller number.Collectively,these results shed light on a joint transcriptional regulatory mechanim by MOC1 and MOC3,and establish a new framework for the control of tiller bud formation and outgrowth. | Gaoneng Shao Zefu Lu Jinsong Xiong Bing Wang Yanhui Jing Xiangbing Meng Guifu Liu Haiyan Ma Yan Liang Fan Chen Yonghong Wang Jiayang Li Hong Yu | 2019 | Molecular Plant2019,12,8: | 15 |
| 6 | Influence of catgut implantation at acupoints on leptin and insulin resistance in simple obesity rats显示文摘OBJECTIVES:To investigate the influence of catgut implantation at acupoints on leptin resistance(LR) and insulin resistance(IR) in the simple obesity rat.METHODS:Rats were made obese with high-fat diets,after which surgical catgut was implanted at Zusanli(ST 36) and Neiting(ST 44) acupoints once a week for 4 weeks(implantation group).Rats from the implantation group were compared with normal rats and unoperated obese rats(control group).Gene expression of the leptin receptor(OB-R) was evaluated using RT-PCR and northern blot.Serum and hypothalamus leptin and insulin(INS) levels were determined by radioimmunoassay.Body weight,Lee's index,body fat,serum and hypothalamus leptin and INS levels,and hypothalamic OB-R gene expression were determined before and after treatment.RESULTS:Body weights,Lee's index,body fat,and serum leptin and INS levels were significantly higher in obese than in normal rats.Hypothalamic leptin and INS levels and OB-R gene expression were significantly lower in obese rats.Catgut implantation at acupoint promoted weight loss and decreased serum leptin and INS levels.Hypothalamic leptin and INS levels and OB-R gene expression increased significantly.CONCLUSIONS:Catgut implantation at acupoint adjusts central and peripheral leptin and promotes hypothalamic OB-R gene expression.This may be an important method for regulation of LR,IR and abnormal endocrinology and metabolism. | Runhu Yan Xiaoming Liu Jie Bai Jiang Yu Jinsong Gu | 2012 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2012,32,3: | 12 |

| 10 | A draft sequence of the rice (Oryza sativa ssp. indica) genome显示文摘The sequence of the rice genome holds fundamental information for its biology, including physiology, genetics, development, and evolution, as well as information on many beneficial phenotypes of economic significance. Using a 'whole genome shotgun' approach, we have pro-duced a draft rice genome sequence of Oryza sativa ssp. in-dica, the major crop rice subspecies in China and many other regions of Asia. The draft genome sequence is constructed from over 4.3 million successful sequencing traces with an accumulative total length of 2214.9 Mb. The initial assembly of the non-redundant sequences reached 409.76 Mb in length, based on 3.30 million successful sequencing traces with a total length of 1797.4 Mb from an indica variant cultivar 93-11, giving an estimated coverage of 95.29% of the rice genome with an average base accuracy of higher than 99%. | 12 | Efficient synthesis of lithium rare-earth tetrafluoride nanocrystals via a continuous flow method显示文摘As an important upconversion illuminant material, LiREF4 nanocrystals were efficiently synthesized in a continuous reactor with the assistant of a new precursor solution. The employed trioctylamine solvent in the solution had a strong interaction with HF, and helped to avoid the generation of unnecessary solid components as LiF and NH4REF4 during the reaction. A silicon carbide reactor was developed to carry out the synthesis reaction, where LiYF4:Yb,Er/Ho/Tm quickly nucleated in 5 min at 300℃. The reaction time to successfully prepare 15 nm sized nanocrystals was less than 30 min, and the space-time yield of the flow synthesis method was 14.8 times that of a control group batch reaction. | 14 | Three-dimensional fluorescence spectral characterization of soil dissolved organic matters in the fluctuating water-level zone of Kai County,Three Gorges Reservoir显示文摘Three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy was used to investigate the fluorescent properties of soil dissolved organic matter(DOM)in the water-levelfluctuation zone(WLFZ)of Kai County,Three Gorges Reservoir(TGR).Most of the soil DOM analyzed in this study was found to contain four fluorescence peaks.Peaks A and C represent humic-like fluorescence,whereas peaks B and D represent tryptophan-like fluorescence.Peaks E and F,which represent tyrosine-like fluorescence,only appeared in certain soils.Soil humus was the main source of DOM in soil,and higher concentration of soil DOM was found in the exposed soil than submerged soil.Compared to the peaks A and B,the fluorescence intensities of peaks C and D were strongly influenced by the fluctuating water level.Analysis of fluorescence intensities of different peaks in soil DOM showed that WLFZ soil was not contaminated significantly.Soil DOM contained at least two types of humic-like fluorescence groups and two types of protein-like fluorescence groups.The proportion of the content of peak A in soil organic matter was quite stable.The soil DOM in exposed soil had relatively high humification and aromaticity,and periodic submerging and exposure of soil had an impact on the humification of soil DOM. | Fang FANG Yan YANG Jinsong GUO Hong ZHOU Chuan FU Zhe LI | 2011 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2011,5,3: | 4 |
| 15 | The Chang’E-1 orbiter plays a distinctive role in China’s first successful selenodetic lunar mission显示文摘The first Chinese lunar orbiter Chang'E-1 is a successful mission with many fruitful results obtained in various disciplines. The scientific data acquired by the Chang'E-1 payloads can benefit studies of the lunar origin and evolution, as well as other relevant research areas, after careful validation of the data. Among the new results, the Chang'E-1 selenodetic products are continually uncovering characteristics of the lunar surface, undersurface and inner structure. Successful lunar orbiters such as the Clementine, Lunar Prospector, KAGUYA/SELENE, Chang'E-1, Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter and GRAIL have been revealing, with increasing clarity, global selenodetic characteristics with state-of-the-art fine resolution and high precision. In particular, the Chang'E-1 plays an important distinctive role in selenodetic exploration through enhancing lunar topography and gravity models. The gravity model has been successfully improved with a factor of two after applying the Chang'E-1 long-wavelength tracking data. Using the new models, some medium-scale lunar surface characteristics such as basins and volcanoes have been identified. | 20 | Foam structure to improve microwave absorption properties of silicon carbide/carbon material显示文摘Foam structure materials are well known for their lightweight,efficient,and broadband microwave absorption properties compared to bulk material.However,little has been understood about the effect of a foam structure on the absorption performance of the foam material.In this study,the role of foam structure properties of the silicon carbide/carbon(SiC/C)foam material on microwave absorption is explored using experiment and simulation.We find that the foam structure of SiC/C foam material causes diffraction,multiple reflections,improves the interfacial polarization,and compatibilization.The absorption performance of SiC/C foam material is also studied.The-10 dB effective absorption bandwidth can be adjusted from 4.0 GHz to 18 GHz by tuning SiC/C foam material thickness to 3-7 mm.Therefore,the foam structure design is an effective way to improve the absorption performance of the SiC/C foam material. | Wanchong Li Chusen Li Lihai Lin Yan Wang Jinsong Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2019,35,11: | 2 |
