1Impact of feeding flaxseed and microalgal residue on omega-3 fatty acids enrichment in hen eggs显示文摘To investigate the impact of dietary supplementation of different omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) resources on PUFAs enrichment in hen eggs, two supplemental materials, flaxseed and oil-extracted microalgal residue of heterotrophic Schizochytrium, were added to the diet of laying hens in 3 groups. Results showed that supplementation with flaxseed and Schizochytrium residue gave rise to the increased, but different n-3 PUFAs levels in egg yolk, mainly α-linolenic acid (ALA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). The ratio of n-6/n-3 PUFAs was reduced in all groups. After 14 days feeding of supplied PUFAs resources, n-3 PUFAs contents reached a plateau, and then remained constant during further supplementation in 3 experimental groups. Both the highest ALA level and DHA level were achieved in flaxseed group and microalgae group, reaching up to 353.69 (±68.15) mg/egg and 301.41 (± 26.76) mg/egg respectively. Moreover, the n-3 PUFAs enrichment efficiency was relatively low in flaxseed group when compared to other 2 groups. Laying rates of hens before entering peak production period could be improved by adding flaxseed but was not obviously affected by Schizochytrium residue. The egg weight, on the other hand, had no relationship with dietary supplementation. 2Origins of black carbon from anthropogenic emissions and open biomass burning transported to Xishuangbanna, Southwest China显示文摘Black carbon(BC) has importance regarding aerosol composition, radiative balance, and human exposure. This study adopted a backward-trajectory approach to quantify the origins of BC from anthropogenic emissions(BCAn) and open biomass burning(BCBB) transported to Xishuangbanna in 2017. Haze months, between haze and clean months, and clean months in Xishuangbanna were defined according to daily PM_(2.5)concentrations of >75, 35–75, and<35 μg/m^(3), respectively. Results showed that the transport efficiency density(TED) of BC transported to Xishuangbanna was controlled by the prevailing winds in different seasons.The yearly contributions to the effective emission intensity of BCAnand BCBBtransported to Xishuangbanna were 52% and 48%, respectively. However, when haze occurred in Xishuangbanna, the average BCAnand BCBBcontributions were 23% and 77%, respectively. This suggests that open biomass burning(BB) becomes the dominant source in haze months. Myanmar, India, and Laos were the dominant source regions of BC transported to Xishuangbanna during haze months, accounting for 59%, 18%, and 13% of the total, respectively. Furthermore, India was identified as the most important source regions of BCAntransported to Xishuangbanna in haze months, accounting for 14%. The two countries making the greatest contributions to BCBBtransported to Xishuangbanna were Myanmar and Laos in haze months, accounting for 55% and 13%, respectively. BC emissions from Xishuangbanna had minimal effects on the results of the present study. 3Xiaoaiping injection combined with cisplatin and gemcitabine for non-small cell lung cancer:a meta-analysis显示文摘目的:评价消癌平注射液辅助吉西他滨加顺铂(GP)化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(Nonsmall Cell Lung Cancer,NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Cochrane Library,Pubmed,Embase,中国期刊全文数据库,中国生物医学文献数据库,中国科技期刊全文数据库和万方数据库中关于消癌平注射液辅助GP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),检索时间限定为建库至2018年12月。Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具进行偏倚风险评估。Revman5.3.0进行数据分析。结果:最终纳入7个研究,共534例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与单纯GP化疗方案相比,消癌平注射液辅助GP化疗方案组的总有效率[OR=1.39,95%CI(0.97,1.98),P=0.07]和胃肠道反应发生率[OR=0.44,95%C I(0.16,1.23),P=0.12],差异无统计学意义;消癌平注射液辅助GP化疗方案组的血红蛋白的下降率[OR=0.49,95%CI(0.26,0.92),P=0.03]、白细胞的下降率[OR=0.40,95%CI(0.21,0.74),P=0.004]及血小板的下降率[OR=0.43,95%CI(0.22,0.87),P=0.02]均低于单纯GP化疗方案组,同时功能状态[OR=3.78,95%CI(2.24,6.38),P<0.0001]优于单纯GP化疗方案组。结论:消癌平注射液辅助GP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌有一定疗效,鉴于文献质量,仍需高质量随机对照试验的进行验证。Yue Ji Lin Wang Changying Chen Yihua Fan Xuyan Wang Hongtao Yang 2019TMR Clinical Research2019,2,1:1

6Enzyme-free photothermally amplified fluorescent immunosorbent assay(PAFISA)for sensitive cytokine quantification显示文摘Cytokine monitoring has attracted great attention due to its significance in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases,such as tumors,microbial infections,and immunological diseases.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)is one of the most popular methods in cytokine detection,ascribing to the lavish signal amplification methods in the ELISA platform.In addition to classical enzymes,other signal amplifiers such as fluorescent probes,artificial nano-enzymes,and photothermal reagents have been applied to reduce the detection limit and produce more sensitive ELISA kits.Due to the accumulative effect of heat,photothermal reagents are promising materials in the signal amplification of ELISA.However,the lack of efficient photothermal generation material at an aggregate scale may delay the further development of this area.In this contribution,based on an efficient organic photothermal aggregate material,an enzyme-free photothermally amplified fluorescent immunosorbent assay system consisting of an assay microfluidic chip and detecting platform was developed.The photothermal nanoparticles with highly efficient photothermal conversion by harvesting energy via excited-state intramolecular motions and enlarging molar absorptivity were successfully prepared.The detection concentration at 50 pg/mL of interleukin-2 was achieved,realizing a signal improvement of detection limits by 20-fold compared to that of previously reported photothermal ELISA.The microscopic imaging integrated with plane sweeping technology provided high spatial resolution and precision,indicating the potential of achieving high throughput profiling at the microscale.Moreover,as an alternative excitation source,light-emitting diode not only provided a more affordable and miniaturized detection system but also revealed the great feasibility of intramolecular motion-induced photothermy nanoparticles for biological analyses.Dian Li Wei He Xuyan Lin Xiaodong Cui Stefan Nagl Angela Ruohao Wu Ryan T.K.Kwok Renhua Wu Ben Zhong Tang 2023Aggregate2023,4,6:0
