1Cerebral ischemia and neuroregeneration显示文摘Cerebral ischemia is one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Although stroke(a form of cerebral ischemia)-related costs are expected to reach 240.67 billion dollars by 2030, options for treatment against cerebral ischemia/stroke are limited. All therapies except anti-thrombolytics(i.e., tissue plasminogen activator) and hypothermia have failed to reduce neuronal injury, neurological deficits, and mortality rates following cerebral ischemia, which suggests that development of novel therapies again st stroke/cerebral ischemia are urgently needed. 2Microstructural evolution in W-1%TiC alloy irradiated He ions at high temperatures显示文摘To investigate the surface damage of a material by He ions,a dispersion-strengthened W-1wt%TiC alloy was irradiated by 5-keV He ions at 773 K,973 K,and 1173 K up to an ion dose of 1.8×10^(21)He m−2,respectively.No He bubble formation was observed under transmission electron microscopy at any temperature for He doses less than 1.5×10^(20)He m^(−2).When this dose was exceeded,He bubbles grew and void swelling increased with increasing irradiation doses.Naturally,the growth of He bubbles and the void swelling became more pronounced with increasing irradiation temperatures.Compared to the published data on commercially available pure W,the formation of He bubbles was suppressed by TiC particles in the W-TiC alloy,especially at low doses.Q.Xu H.Y.Chen L.M.Luo M.Miyamoto M.Tokitani Y.C.Wu 2019Tungsten2019,1,3:1
3Characterization for Fusion Candidate Vanadium Alloys显示文摘This paper summarizes recent achievements in the characterization of candidate vanadium alloys obtained for fusion in the framework of the Japan-China Core University Program.National Institute for Fusion Science (NIFS) has a program of fabricating high-purity V-4Cr-4Ti alloys. The resulting products (NIFS-HEAT-1,2), were characterized by various research groups in the world including Chinese partners. South Western Institute of Physics (SWIP) fabricated a new V-4Cr-4Ti alloy (SWIP-Heat), and carried out a comparative evaluation of hydrogen embrittlement of NIFS-HEATs and SWIP-Heat. The tensile test of hydrogen-doped alloys showed that the NIFS-HEAT maintained the ductility to relatively high hydrogen levels.The comparison of the data with those of previous studies suggested that the reduced oxygen level in the NIFS-HEATs should be responsible for the increased resistance to hydrogen embrittlement.Based on the chemical analysis data of NIFS-HEATs and SWIP-Heats, neutron-induced activation was analyzed in Institute of Plasma Physics (IPP-CAS) as a function of cooling time after the use in the fusion first wall. The results showed that the low level of Co dominates the activity up to 50 years followed by a domination of Nb or Nb and A1 in the respective alloys. 5Enhanced pitting corrosion resistance of a Zr-based metallic glass by ultraviolet light irradiation显示文摘The influence of ultraviolet light irradiation on the pitting corrosion performance of a Zr_(2)Ni metallic glass was examined using electrochemical methods and immersion test in 0.05 mol/L NaCl solution.From the results of potentiostatic polarization,the pitting potential of the ultraviolet light-irradiated sample shifted positively with a value of~300 mV,revealing the enhanced pitting corrosion resistance of the samples.The corrosion morphology after the immersion test also demonstrated lower degree of corrosion damage and improved pitting resistance of the sample with ultraviolet light irradiation.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis revealed more zirconium enrichment in the passive film and no chloride ions adsorption for the samples with ultraviolet irradiation,accounting for the suppression of the pit generation and growth.Our findings indicate that ultraviolet light irradiation improves the pitting corrosion resistance of the Zr-based metallic glasses,which are promising structural materials to be used in corrosion environments with high ultraviolet irradiation.Z.Chen D.P.Wang S.Wang Y.X.Geng Y.X.Guo Y.C.Wu Z.G.Liu Y.Y.Zhang Y.X.Wang 2023Journal of Iron and Steel Research(International)2023,30,8:0
