1A Method to Implement Full Anonymous Attestation for Trusted Computing Platform显示文摘Trusted computing (TC) technology is brought out by trusted computing group (TCG) to make computing as safe and reliable as people expect. Attestation is one main function speci- fied by TCG, which is the means by which a trusted computer assures a remote computer whose platform is not tampered with. There are two protocols that implement attestation without dis- closing the platform’s real identity, which are Privacy CA-based protocol and direct anonymous attestation (DAA) protocol. However, in the first protocol the privacy CA is the bottleneck and the platform’s identity will be disclosed if the privacy CA is com- promise, while DAA protocol can do profiling when dealing with rogue hardware device. 3Video Shot Boundary Detection in MPEG Compressed Sequences Using SVM Learning显示文摘A number of automated video shot boundary detection methods for indexing a videosequence to facilitate browsing and retrieval have been proposed in recent years.Among these methods,the dissolve shot boundary isn’t accurately detected because it involves the camera operation and objectmovement.In this paper,a method based on support vector machine (SVM) is proposed to detect thedissolve shot boundary in MPEG compressed sequence.The problem of detection between the dissolveshot boundary and other boundaries is considered as two-class classification in our method.Featuresfrom the compressed sequences are directly extracted without decoding them,and the optimal classboundary between two classes are learned from training data by using SVM.Experiments,whichcompare various classification methods,show that using proposed method encourages performance ofvideo shot boundary detection.GUO Lihua YANG Shutang LIJianhua TONGZhipeng(School of Electronic and Information Technology,Shanghai JiaoTong University Shanghai 200030 China) 2003Journal of Electronic Science and Technology of China2003,1,1:1

9Chemical inhibition of Arabidopsis PIN-FORMED auxin transporters by the anti-inflammatory drug naproxen显示文摘The phytohormone auxin plays central roles in many growth and developmental processes in plants.Development of chemical tools targeting the auxin pathway is useful for both plant biology and agriculture.Here we reveal that naproxen,a synthetic compound with anti-inflammatory activity in humans,acts as an auxin transport inhibitor targeting PIN-FORMED(PIN)transporters in plants.Physiological experiments indicate that exogenous naproxen treatment affects pleiotropic auxin-regulated developmental processes.Additional cellular and biochemical evidence indicates that naproxen suppresses auxin transport,specifically PIN-mediated auxin efflux.Moreover,biochemical and structural analyses confirm that naproxen binds directly to PIN1 protein via the same binding cavity as the indole-3-acetic acid substrate.Thus,by combining cellular,biochemical,and structural approaches,this study clearly establishes that naproxen is a PIN inhibitor and elucidates the underlying mechanisms.Further use of this compound may advance our understanding of the molecular mechanisms of PIN-mediated auxin transport and expand our toolkit in auxin biology and agriculture.Jing Xia Mengjuan Kong Zhisen Yang Lianghanxiao Sun Yakun Peng Yanbo Mao Hong Wei Wei Ying Yongxiang Gao Jiri Friml Jianping Weng Xin Liu Linfeng Sun Shutang Tan 2023Plant Communications2023,4,6:0
