1X-ray and Magnetoresistance Measurements of Electrodeposited Cu-Co Granular Films显示文摘Granular CoxCu1-x alloy films were prepared by electrodeposition at room temperature directly onto semiconducting Si substrate. X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed that the as-deposited films formed single phase metastable fcc alloy structure. The fcc lattice parameter α was found to decrease linearly with increasing Co concentration x in the studied range. The giant magnetoresistance (GMR) of the films was improved after annealing. Pure Co fcc diffraction peaks were observed in the diffractogram of the annealed sample, indicating phase separation occurred upon annealing.The optimal annealing temperature was 450℃. The maximum of magnetoresistance (MR) ratio 8.21% was obtained for the Co20Cu80 thin film after annealing at 450℃ for 1 h. 9Synthesis and characterization of silver nanoparticles by sonoelectrodeposition显示文摘Shaped silver nanoparticles with sphere, wire and dendrite were prepared by sonoelectrochemical deposition from an aqueous solution of AgNO3 in the presence of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA) and polyvi- nylpyrrolidone (PVP). The diameter of spherical silver particles was about 30 nm. The diameter of the silver nanowires was also about 30 nm and the length was 200-900 nm. The dendrites were synthesized with the concentration of silver solution increasing. Silver nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning probe microscope (SPM) and UV-vis absorption spectrum. XRD patterns revealed that silver particles were of face-centered cubic structure. 10Oxalic acid functionalization of BaTiO_(3) nanobelts for promoting their piezo-degradation organic contaminants显示文摘Surface functionalization of piezoelectric greatly determines its piezo-catalytic activity and selectivity in that functional group affect specific reactants’surface adsorption and activation abilities.Herein,we propose chemical functionalization on the surface of nano-scaled BaTiO_(3) piezoelectric via a one-pot hydrothermal process using polyethylene glycol as surfactant,and evaluate its piezo-catalytic activity and selectivity by degrading model antibiotic and dye reactants under ultrasonic vibrations.Acetate or/and oxalic unidentate ligands on the surface of BaTiO_(3) nanobelts can be formed by controlling precursor and hydrothermal parameters.Particularly,oxalic acid functionalized BaTiO_(3) nanobelts presented a high piezo-catalytic rate constant of 0.068 min^(-1) for Rhodamine B solution and maintained>87%degradation efficiency within 30 min under the condition of ultrasonic bath with 40 kHz and 100 W,which was mainly ascribed to piezo-sensitization effect.This work provides references for the preparation of chemical functionalized catalysts and also contributes to the development of novel catalysts for special applications.Shitao Gao Hongjie Xing Jingji Zhang Yapi Liu Huiwei Du Zejie Zhu Jiangying Wang Xu Li Suwei Zhang Yaxuan Yao Lingling Ren 2021Journal of Materiomics2021,7,6:1

13Layer-Contacted Graphene-Like BN/Ultrathin Bi_(3)O_(4)Br Stacking for Boosting Photocatalytic Molecular Oxygen Activation显示文摘Novel graphene-like boron nitride(BN)/Bi_(3)O_(4)Br photocatalysts have been controllably synthesized through a facile solvothermal method for the first time. Layer contact stacking between graphene-like BN and ultrathin Bi_(3)O_(4)Br was achieved with strong interaction. Dehalogenation is designed to harvest more visible light, and the ultrathin structure of Bi_(3)O_(4)Br is designed to accelerate charge transfer from inside to the surface. After graphene-like BN was engineered, photocatalytic performance greatly improved under visible light irradiation. Graphene-like BN can act as a surface electron-withdrawing center and adsorption center, facilitating molecular oxygen activation. 16Preparation of nanocrystalline palladium on p-Si by electroless deposition and its photo-electrochemical hydrogen evolution property显示文摘The Pd-modified p-Si electrode was prepared by means of electroless deposition. The average diameter of Pd nanoparticles was about 80 nm from SEM observations. XRD results showed that the structure of Pd coatings was nanocrystalline. The catalyzing properties of the Pd-modified p-Si electrode for hydrogen evolution under illumination and in dark were studied with the constant current polarization method. The polarization potential for hydrogen evolution reac-tion (HER) of the Pd/p-Si electrode under illumination was 250 mV lower than that in dark, and was 450 mV lower than that of p-Si in dark at the current density of 2.5 mA·cm?2.
