| 1 | Spatial correlation analysis of sea-bottom backscattering显示文摘The principle of the spatial correlation characteristics of sea-bottom backscattering was expounded.The Kirchhoff model is introduced to simulate sea-bottom backscattering and the spatial correlation is calculated.Some sediment characteristic parameters,such as the ratio of sediment mass density to water mass density,the ratio of sediment sound speed to water sound speed,the attenuation coefficient of sound waves,the strength and exponent of seabottom interface roughness spectrum,are considered while simulating and their influences on spatial correlation are analyzed.By establishing the expressions of the sediment characteristic parameters with the logarithmic sediment grain size,the variation tendency of the spatial correlation versus the logarithmic sediment grain size is obtained.The width of the major lobe of the spatial correlation function narrows as the logarithmic sediment grain size increases.The comparisons between simulated data and in-situ data collected in October 2007 have proven that their spatial correlation function waveforms agree well under the same sediment characteristics. | KUAI Duojie WANG Changhong FENG Lei WANG Yuling QIU Wei YI Huiqin CHEN Long | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Acoustics2012,31,3: | 9 |
| 2 | Engineering electronic structures of titanium vacancies in Ti_(1-x)O_(2)nanosheets enables enhanced Li-ion and Na-ion storage显示文摘Up to now,three kinds of ion-storage mechanisms are summarized towards anode materials in lithium/sodium-ion batteries,but they have low capacity and poor cyclic performance.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a new approach to optimize ion storage.Herein,we report an adsorption/desorption storage route through engineering electronic structure of cation-deficient Ti_(1-x)O_(2)nanosheets.Ti_(1-x)O_(2)nanosheets indeed exhibit higher capacity(332.1 mA h g^(-1)vs.137.7 mA h g^(-1)for LIBs,195.7 mA h g^(-1)vs.111 mA h g^(-1)for SIBs),and more stable cyclic performance(296 mA h g^(-1)vs.99 mA h g^(-1)for LIBs,178.1 mA h g^(-1)vs.80.2 mA h g^(-1)for SIBs after 100 cycles)at 0.1 A g^(-1)than TiO_(2)nanosheets.Kinetics analysis and density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that electronic structures of vacancy within Ti_(1-x)O_(2) nanosheets encourage a novel adsorption-desorption storage route.These results highlight the benefits of the engineered electronic structures within electrode material and implement novel ion-storage mechanism towards broad energy storage applications. | Huiqin Wang Fengchu Zhang Jing Xia Fei Lu Bo Zhou Ding Yi Xi Wang | 2022 | Green Energy & Environment2022,7,4: | 0 |
| 3 | Assessment of SENP3-interacting proteins in hepatocytes treated with diethylnitrosamine by BioID assay显示文摘SUMOylation of proteins regulates cell behaviors and is reversibly removed by small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)-specific proteases(SENPs).The SENP family member SENP3 is involved in SUMO2/3 deconjugation and has been reported to sense cell stress and accumulate in several human cancer cells and macrophages.We previously reported that Senp3-knockout heterozygous mice showed smaller liver,but the pertinent mechanisms of SENP3 and SUMOylated substrates remain unclear.Thus,in this study,we investigated the interacting proteins with SENP3 and the alteration in hepatocytes treated with the xenobiotic diethylnitrosamine(DEN),which is specifically transformed in the liver and induces DNA double-strand breaks.Our data revealed that a certain amount of SENP3 was present in normal,untreated hepatocytes;however,DEN treatment promoted rapid SENP3 accumulation.SENP3 was mainly localized in the nuclei,and its level was significantly increased in the cytoplasm after 2 h of DEN treatment.The application of the recent proximity-dependent biotinylation(BioID)method led to the identification of 310 SENP3-interacting proteins that were involved in not only gene transcription but also RNA splicing,protein folding,and metabolism.Furthermore,after DEN exposure for a short duration,ribosomal proteins as well as proteins associated with mitochondrial ATP synthesis,membrane transport,and bile acid synthesis,rather than DNA repair proteins,were identified.This study provides insights into the diverse regulatory roles of SENP3,and the BioID method seems to be efficient for identifying physiologically relevant insoluble proteins. | Fei Chen Hongyu Yan Chu Guo Huiqin Zhu Jing Yi Xuxu Sun Jie Yang | 2021 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,9: | 0 |
