1Statistic characteristics of severe convective storm during Warm-Season in the Beijing-Tianjin region and its vicinity显示文摘This study analyzed the climatological characteristics of severe convective storms in the Beijing and Tianjin region and its vicinity based on the Doppler radar data of Tanggu during May―August of 2003― 2007. The climatological characteristics, e.g. storm area, volume, top height, max reflectivity, life time and motion, are analyzed. The results include: 75% of all storms in the Beijing-Tianjin region last no more than 30 minutes, and most storms have a volume less than 400 km3; most storms move from southwest to northeast while the speed is between 10―30 km/h; the mean storm top height is about 6 km, but some strong convective storms can have a top height larger than 15 km; finally, storm area and volume have a similar geographical distribution character showing increasing trends from west to east. Compared with the statistic results based on the conventional surface meteorological observations, the results based on the radar data can present not only 3D spatial statistic results of convective storms (e.g., volume and top height), but also the quantitative climatological characteristics, such as the life-time and speed distributions. 2E3 ligase FBXW7 aggravates TMPD-induced systemic lupus erythematosus by promoting cell apoptosis显示文摘Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is a systemic autoimmune disease,and the pathogenesis of SLE has not been fully elucidated.The E3 ubiquitin ligase FBXW7 has been well characterized in cancer as a tumor suppressor that can promote the ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of various oncoproteins;however,the potential role of FBXW7 in autoimmune diseases is unclear.In the present study,we identified that FBXW7 is a crucial exacerbating factor for SLE development and progression in a mouse model induced by 2,6,10,14-tetramethylpentadecane(TMPD).Myeloid cell-specific FBXW7-deficient(Lysm+FBXW7f/f)C57BL/6 mice showed decreased immune complex accumulation,glomerulonephritis,glomerular mesangial cell proliferation,and basemembrane thickness in the kidney.Lysm+FBXW7f/f mice produced fewer anti-Sm/RNP and anti-ANA autoantibodies and showed a decreased MHC II expression in B cells.In Lysm+FBXW7f/f mice,we observed that cell apoptosis was reduced and that fewer CD11b+Ly6Chi inflammatory monocytes were recruited to the peritoneal cavity.Consistently,diffuse pulmonary hemorrhage(DPH)was also decreased in Lysm+FBXW7f/f mice.Mechanistically,we clarified that FBXW7 promoted TMPD-induced cell apoptosis by catalyzing MCL1 degradation through K48-linked ubiquitination.Our work revealed that FBXW7 expression in myeloid cells played a crucial role in TMPD-induced SLE progression in mice,which may provide novel ideas and theoretical support for understanding the pathogenesis of SLE.Zhenlu Chong Chunjing Bao Jia He Tianxiao Chen Lijia Zhong Gaopeng Li Huanle Li Lutong Fang Yinjing Song Guoxiang Fu Xuyan Yang Lihua Lai Yang Liu Qingqing Wang 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,12:2
3Preliminary investigations into surface molecularly imprinted nanoparticles for Helicobacter pylori eradication显示文摘This paper reports investigations into the preparation and characterization of surface molecularly imprinted nanoparticles(SMINs) designed to adhere to Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori).Imprinted nanoparticles were prepared by the inverse microemulsion polymerization method.A fraction of Lpp20,an outer membrane protein of H.pylori known as NQA,was chosen as template and modified with myristic acid to facilitate its localization on the surface of the nanoparticles.The interaction between these SMINs with the template NQA were evaluated using surface plasmon resonance(SPR),change in zeta potential and fluorescence polarization(FP).The results were highly consistent in demonstrating a preferential recognition of the template NQA for SMINs compared with the control nanoparticles.In vitro experiments also indicate that such SMINs are able to adhere to H.pylori and may be useful for H.pylori eradication.Jiaying Han Yinjing Sun Jiapeng Hou Yuyan Wang Yu Liu Cao Xie Weiyue Lu Jun Pan 2015Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2015,5,6:2
