2Highly Stretchable,Elastic,and Sensitive MXene-Based Hydrogel for Flexible Strain and Pressure Sensors显示文摘Electronic skin is driving the next generation of cutting-edge wearable electronic products due to its good wearability and high accuracy of information acquisition.However,it remains a challenge to fulfill the requirements on detecting full-range human activities with existing flexible strain sensors.Herein,highly stretchable,sensitive,and multifunctional flexible strain sensors based on MXene-(Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)-)composited poly(vinyl alcohol)/polyvinyl pyrrolidone double-network hydrogels were prepared.The uniformly distributed hydrophilic MXene nanosheets formed a three-dimensional conductive network throughout the hydrogel,endowing the flexible sensor with high sensitivity.The strong interaction between the double-network hydrogel matrix and MXene greatly improved the mechanical properties of the hydrogels.The resulting nanocomposited hydrogels featured great tensile performance(2400%),toughness,and resilience.Particularly,the as-prepared flexible pressure sensor revealed ultrahigh sensitivity(10.75 kPa^(-1))with a wide response range(0-61.5 kPa),fast response(33.5 ms),and low limit of detection(0.87 Pa).Moreover,the hydrogel-based flexible sensors,with high sensitivity and durability,could be employed to monitor fullrange human motions and assembled into some aligned devices for subtle pressure detection,providing enormous potential in facial expression and phonation recognition,handwriting verification,healthy diagnosis,and wearable electronics.Yao Lu Xinyu Qu Wen Zhao Yanfang Ren Weili Si Wenjun Wang Qian Wang Wei Huang Xiaochen Dong 2020Research2020,,1:14
3Potential targets for protecting against hippocampal cell apoptosis after transient cerebral ischemiareperfusion injury in aged rats显示文摘Mitochondria play an important role in neuronal apoptosis caused by cerebral ischemia, and the role is mediated by the expression of mitochondrial proteins. This study investigated the involvement of mitochondrial proteins in hippocampal cell apoptosis after transient cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in aged rats using a comparative proteomics strategy. Our experimental results show that the aged rat brain is sensitive to ischemia-reperfusion injury and that transient ischemia led to cell apoptosis in the hippocampus and changes in memory and cognition of aged rats. Differential proteomics analysis suggested that this phenomenon may be mediated by mitochondrial proteins associated with energy metabolism and apoptosis in aged rats. 4The brain morphology of Homo Liujiang cranium fossil by three-dimensional computed tomography显示文摘The Liujiang cranium is the most complete and well-preserved late Pleistocene human fossils ever unearthed in south China. Because the endocranial cavity is filled with hard stone matrix, earlier stud- ies focused only on the exterior morphology of the specimen using the traditional methods. In order to derive more information for the phyletic evaluation of the Liujiang cranium, high-resolution industrial computed tomography (CT) was used to scan the fossil, and the three-dimensional (3D) brain image was reconstructed. Compared with the endocasts of the hominin fossils (Hexian, Zhoukoudian, KNM-WT 15000, Sm 3, Kabwe, Brunn 3, Predmost) and modern Chinese, most morphological features of the Liujiang brain are in common with modern humans, including a round brain shape, bulged and wide frontal lobes, an enlarged brain height, a full orbital margin and long parietal lobes. A few differ- ences exist between Liujiang and the modern Chinese in our sample, including a strong posterior pro- jection of the occipital lobes, and a reduced cerebellar lobe. The measurement of the virtual endocast shows that the endocranial capacity of Liujiang is 1567 cc, which is in the range of Late Homo sapiens and much beyond the mean of modern humans. 5Progress in Automotive Transmission Technology显示文摘Much progress has been made in the development of automotive transmissions over the past 20 years,e.g.,an increased speed number,expanded ratio spread and improved efficiency and shift quality.Automotive transmissions are moving toward electrification in response to stringent legislation on emissions and the pressing demand for better fuel economy.This paper reviews progress in automotive transmission technology.Assisted by computer-aided programs,new transmission schemes are constantly being developed.We therefore first introduce the synthesis of the transmission scheme and parameter optimization.We then discuss the progress in the transmission technology of a conventional internal combustion engine vehicle in terms of new layouts;improved efficiency;noise,vibration and harshness technology;and the shifting strategy and control technology.As the major development trend,transmission electrification is subsequently discussed;this discussion includes the configuration design,energy management strategy,hybrid mode shifting control,single-speed and multi-speed electric vehicle transmission and distributed electric drive.Finally,a summary and outlook are presented for conventional automotive transmissions,hybrid transmissions and electric vehicle transmissions.Xiangyang Xu Peng Dong Yanfang Liu Hui Zhang 2018Automotive Innovation2018,1,3:8

7Thermoresponsive Lignin-Reinforced Poly(Ionic Liquid)Hydrogel Wireless Strain Sensor显示文摘To meet critical requirements on flexible electronic devices,multifunctionalized flexible sensors with excellent electromechanical performance and temperature perception are required.Herein,lignin-reinforced thermoresponsive poly(ionic liquid)hydrogel is prepared through an ultrasound-assisted synthesized method.Benefitting from the electrostatic interaction between lignin and ionic liquid,the hydrogel displays high stretchability(over 1425%),excellent toughness(over 132 kPa),and impressive stress loading-unloading cyclic stability.The hydrogel strain sensor presents excellent electromechanical performance with a high gauge factor(1.37)and rapid response rate(198 ms),which lays the foundation for human body movement detection and smart input.Moreover,owing to the thermal-sensitive feature of poly(ionic liquid),the as-prepared hydrogel displays remarkable thermal response sensitivity(0.217℃^(-1))in body temperature range and low limit of detection,which can be applied as a body shell temperature indicator.Particularly,the hydrogel can detect dual stimuli of strain and temperature and identify each signal individually,showing the specific application in human-machine interaction and artificial intelligence.By integrating the hydrogel strain sensor into a wireless sensation system,remote motion capture and gesture identification is realized in real-time.Xinyu Qu Ye Zhao Zi’ang Chen Siying Wang Yanfang Ren Qian Wang Jinjun Shao Wenjun Wang Xiaochen Dong 2021Research2021,,1:3
8MXene-composited highly stretchable,sensitive and durable hydrogel for flexible strain sensors显示文摘The flourishing development in flexible electronics has provoked intensive research in flexible strain sensors to realize accurate perception acquisition under different external stimuli.However,building hydrogel-based strain sensors with high stretchability and sensitivity remains a great challenge.Herein,MXene nanosheets were composited into polyacrylamide-sodium alginate matrix to construct mechanical robust and sensitive double networked hydrogel strain sensor.The hydrophilic MXene nanosheets formed strong interactions with the polymer matrix and endowed the hydrogel with excellent tensile properties(3150%),compliant mechanical strength(2.03 kPa^(-1)in Young’s Module)and long-lasting stability and fatigue resistance(1000 dynamic cycles under 1,600%strain).Due to the highly oriented MXene-based three dimensional conductive networks,the hydrogel sensor achieved extremely high tensile sensitivity(18.15 in gauge factor)and compression sensitivity(0.38 kPa^(-1)below 3 kPa).MXene hydrogel-based strain sensors also displayed negligible hysteresis in electromechanical performance,typical frequent-independent feature and rapid response time to external stimuli.Moreover,the sensor exhibited accurate response to different scales of human movements,providing potential application in speech recognition,expression recognition and handwriting verification.Wei Yuan Xinyu Qu Yao Lu Wen Zhao Yanfang Ren Qian Wang Wenjun Wang Xiaochen Dong 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,6:3
9Ultradurable,freeze-resistant,and healable MXene-based ionic gels for multi-functional electronic skin显示文摘Hydrogel is a potential matrix material of electronic-skins(E-skins)because of its excellent ductility,tunability,and biocompatibility.However,hydrogel-based E-Skins will inevitably lose their sensing performance in practical applications for water loss,physical damage,and ambient interferences.It remains a challenge to manufacture highly durable gel-based E-skins.Herein,an E-Skin is fabricated by introducing ionic liquids(ILs)into MXene-composited binary polymer network.The obtained ionic gel shows excellent mechanical properties,strong adhesion,and superior tolerance to harsh environments.The E-skin exhibits high sensitivity to both strain and pressure in a wide range of deformations,which enables a monitoring function for various human motions and physiological activities.Importantly,the E-skin shows consistent electrical response after being stored in the open air for 30 days and can be quickly healed by irradiation with 808 nm near-infrared light,originating from the photo-thermal effect induced self-healing acceleration.It is noteworthy that the E-skin also reveals a highly sensitive perception of temperature and near-infrared light,displaying the promising potential applications in the multifunctional flexible sensor.Yao Lu Xinyu Qu Siying Wang Ye Zhao Yanfang Ren Wenli Zhao Qian Wang Chencheng Sun Wenjun Wang Xiaochen Dong 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:2
10Performance Analysis of Intelligent CR-NOMA Model for Industrial IoT Communications显示文摘Aiming for ultra-reliable low-latency wireless communications required in industrial internet of things(IIoT)applications,this paper studies a simple cognitive radio non-orthogonal multiple access(CR-NOMA)downlink system.This system consists of two secondary users(SUs)dynamically interfered by the primary user(PU),and its performance is characterized by the outage probability of the SU communications.This outage probability is calculated under two conditions where,a)the transmission of PU starts after the channel state information(CSI)is acquired,so the base station(BS)is oblivious of the interference,and b)when the BS is aware of the PU interference,and the NOMA transmission is adapted to the more comprehensive knowledge of the signal to interference plus noise ratio(SINR).These results are verified by simulations,and their good agreement suggests our calculations can be used to reduce the complexity of future analysis.We find the outage probability is reduced when the SUs move further away from the primary transmitter or when the signal from PU is less powerful,and the BS always has better performance when it is aware of the interference.The findings thus emphasize the importance of monitoring the channel quality and realtime feedback to optimize the performance of CR-NOMA system.Yinghua Zhang Jian Liu Yunfeng Peng Yanfang Dong Changming Zhao 2020Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2020,,10:2
11A Novel Electric Dual Motor Transmission for Heavy Commercial Vehicles显示文摘As a vital vehicle part,the powertrain system is undergoing a fast transition towards electrification.The new integrated electric drive system has been widely used,especially for passenger cars.In this work,a novel electric dual motor transmission is proposed for heavy commercial vehicles.The transmission scheme is firstly introduced,which can achieve 9 different operating modes including 5 single motor modes and 4 dual motor modes.Then,the mode shift map with minimum energy consumption is designed based on the motor efficiency map and the proposed energy management strategy.The driving power is appropriately distributed between the two motors in dual motor modes under the condition of minimum power consumption.In addition,a coordinated control strategy is developed for mode shift control without power interruption.The results show that the electric dual motor transmission has advantages in power consumption and power shift ability compared with the conventional single motor automated manual transmission.Xiangyang Xu Jiajia Liang Qingjun Hao Peng Dong Shuhan Wang Wei Guo Yanfang Liu Zhonghua Lu Jiantao Geng Bin Yan 2021Automotive Innovation2021,4,1:2
12Stretchable supercapacitor based on a hierarchical PPy/CNT electrode and hybrid hydrogel electrolyte with a wide operating temperature显示文摘Hydrogel is frequently used as a solid electrolyte for all solid-state supercapacitors(SCs)because of its liquid-like ion-transport property and high conformability.However,due to the higher water content,the hydrogel electrolyte undergoes inevitable freezing and/or dehydration with climate change.Herein,polypyrrole/carbon all-solid-state SCs(PCSCs)were developed based on a hierarchical polypyrrole/carbon nanotube electrode and a highly stretchable double-network polymer hydrogel electrolyte with LiCl/ethylene glycol as a mixed solvent.The PCSCs showed excellent electrochemical performance and cycle stability with a wide operating temperature.The specific capacitances could reach 202.2 and 112.3 mF cm^(−2) at current densities of 0.5 and 3.0 mA cm^(−2),respectively.Meanwhile,the PCSCs showed outstanding mechanical properties in maintaining a high areal capacitance under deformations of bending and tension.The excellent water retention of the device also ensured the stable electrochemical performance of PCSCs in a wide temperature range(30–80℃),which could potentially represent a reliable application in various harsh environments.Yanfang Ren Yunlong Liu Siying Wang Qian Wang Shuhong Li Wenjun Wang Xiaochen Dong 2022Carbon Energy2022,4,4:2

15Post-earthquake building damage assessment in Yushu using airborne SAR imagery显示文摘The synthetic aperture radar(SAR) plays an important role in earthquake emergency response because of its all-time and all-weather imaging capabilities.On April 14,2010,an M_S7.1 earthquake occurred in Yushu county,Qinghai province of China,causing a lot of buildings collapsed.In this paper,the building damage in Yushu city due to the earthquake was assessed quantitatively using high-resolution X-band airborne SAR image. The features of the buildings with different damage levels(collapsed,partial collapsed,non-collapsed) in the SAR image were analyzed first.Based on these building features,we interpreted the individual building damage in Yushu city block by block and got the numbers of the collapsed,partial collapsed and non-collapsed buildings separately for each block,referring to pre-earthquake QuickBird image when necessary.Let the damage index of individual collapsed,partial collapsed,non-collapsed building be 1,0.5,0 respectively,the remote sensing damage index of each block was then calculated through remote sensing damage index equation.Finally,the preliminary quantitative relationship between the remote sensing damage index interpreted from the SAR image and that interpreted from the optical image was built up.It can be concluded that a desirable damage assessment result can be derived from high-resolution airborne SAR imagery.Dingjian Jin Xiaoqing Wang Aixia Dou Yanfang Dong 2011Earthquake Science2011,24,5:1
16Coseismic deformation of the 2021 M_(W)7.4 Maduo earthquake from joint inversion of InSAR, GPS, and teleseismic data显示文摘The M_(W)7.4 Maduo earthquake occurred on 22 May 2021 at 02:04 CST with a large-expansion surface rupture.This earthquake was located in the Bayan Har block at the eastern Tibetan Plateau,where eight earthquakes of M_(S)>7.0 have occurred in the past 25 years.Here,we combined interferometric synthetic aperture radar,GPS,and teleseismic data to study the coseismic slip distribution,fault geometry,and dynamic source rupture process of the Maduo earthquake.We found that the overall coseismic deformation field of the Maduo earthquake is distributed in the NWW-SEE direction along 285°.There was slight bending at the western end and two branches at the eastern end.The maximum slip is located near the eastern bending area on the northern branch of the fault system.The rupture nucleated on the Jiangcuo fault and propagated approximately 160 km along-strike in both the NWW and SEE directions.The characteristic source rupture process of the Maduo earthquake is similar to that of the 2010 M_(W)6.8 Yushu earthquake,indicating that similar earthquakes with large-expansion surface ruptures and small shallow slip deficits can occur on both the internal fault and boundary fault of the Bayan Har block.Chaoya Liu Ling Bai Shunying Hong Yanfang Dong Yong Jiang Hongru Li Huili Zhan Zhiwen Chen 2021Earthquake Science2021,34,5:1
17Performance Analysis of Relay Based NOMA Cooperative Transmission under Cognitive Radio Network显示文摘This paper proposes a hybrid spectrum accessing mechanism by using NOMA-based cooperative transmission and beam-forming technology.In this mechanism,the secondary user employs spectrum-sensing technology to detect the existence of the primary user.If the primary user does not exist,the secondary source user directly transmits data to the destination user.If the primary user exists,the secondary source user finds the optimal relay according to certain selection principle before transmitting data to the destination user through the chosen relay node.For the signal receiving stage,the secondary user takes use of beam-forming technology to receive the signal from both the secondary source and the secondary relay node.Meanwhile the interference from the primary user is cancelled out in the stage.Furthermore,the outage probability for secondary user in the proposed mechanism is theoretically derived.Finally,the simulation results show that compared with the traditional mechanism,the proposed system model can not only guarantee the continuity of secondary transmission,but also significantly reduce the outage probability of secondary transmission.Yinghua Zhang Jian Liu Yunfeng Peng Yanfang Dong Guozhong Sun Hao Huang Changming Zhao 2020Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,4:1
18Primary Quantitative Study on Earthquake Damage Extracted from Remote Sensing Imagery——A Case Study of Seismic Damage in the Urban Area of Dujiangyan due to the M_S8.0 Wenchuan Earthquake显示文摘The fast developing remote sensing techniques play an increasingly important role in earthquake emergency response, disaster survey and loss estimation. As there is a lack of quantitative studies on seismic damage based on remote sensing, its practicality in seismic disaster management has usually been questioned. The paper introduces the essential quantitative study idea, the concept of the remote sensing seismic damage index (DRS_I RS) and analysis models, demonstrates the seismic damage indices (DG_IC) of buildings obtained from ground surveying and its quantitative relation to DRS_I RS in Dujiangyan city, Sichuan Province, which was destroyed by the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake with M_S8.0. 20Catalytic action of rare earth oxide(La_(2)O_(3),CeO_(2),Pr_(6)O_(11))on electrochemical oxidation of activated carbon in molten KOH-NaOH显示文摘The oxidation of anode carbon fuel directly affects the electrochemical performance of molten hydroxide direct carbon fuel cell(MHDCFC).In general,the anode carbon fuel can be oxidized at high temperature,thus the direct carbon fuel cell(DCFC)can show great electrochemical performance.In this study,rare earth oxides(La_(2)O_(3),CeO_(2),Pr_(6)O_(11))were prepared by the method of precipitation.Activated carbon was prepared by pretreatment of lignite.Rare earth oxides and activated carbon were mixed as anode carbon fuel,and rare earth oxides were used to catalyze the electrochemical oxidation of anode carbon fuel.The results show that CeO_(2)has better electrocatalytic activity compared with La_(2)O_(3)and Pr_(6)O_(11) in the MHDCFC.The electrochemical test results show that the current density(at 0.4 V)increases from 81.02 to 112.90 mA/cm^(2)and the maximum power density increases from 34.78 to 47.05 mW/cm^(2)at 450℃,when the mass fraction of CeO_(2)is increased from 0 to 40%.When the mass fraction of CeO_(2)is 30%,the current density(82.55 mA/cm^(2)at 0.4 V)at 400℃is higher than that(81.02 mA/cm^(2)at 0.4 V)without CeO_(2)at 450℃.The electrochemical oxidation mechanism of CeO_(2)catalyzed anode carbon fuel is discussed.Xiaofeng Li Yuanxing Dong Xiaohui Liu Lijun Li Yanfang Gao Zhenzhu Cao Jinrong Liu 2022Journal of Rare Earths2022,40,7:1
