1Direct adaptive neural control for stabilization of nonlinear time-delay systems显示文摘This paper is concerned with the problem of adaptive neural control for uncertain nonlinear strict-feedback time-delay systems with unknown virtual control coefficients. Radial basis function (RBF) neural networks are employed to directly approximate unknown virtual control signals, and then the adaptive neural control law is constructed by Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals and backstepping. In order to avoid encountering a large number of adaptive parameters when using RBF neural networks as function approximators, an unknown constant, instead of unknown neural weights themselves, is employed as the estimated parameter. This technique makes only one adaptive parameter tuned online, thus significantly alleviating the burdensome computation. Meanwhile, some continuous functions are introduced to overcome the design difficulty originating from the use of one adaptive parameter. The proposed adaptive control guarantees the boundedness of all the signals in the closed-loop system. 2Analytical validation of GMEX rapid point- of care CYP2C19 genotyping system for the CHANCE-2 trial显示文摘Background and purpose Rapid genotyping is useful for guiding early antiplatelet therapy in patients with high-risk nondisabling ischaemic cerebrovascular events(HR-NICE).Conventional genetic testing methods used in CYP2C19 genotype-guided antiplatelet therapy for patients with HR-NICE did not satisfy the needs of the Clopidogrel in High-Risk Patients with Acute Nondisabling Cerebrovascular Events(CHANCE)-2 trial.Therefore,we developed the rapid-genotyping GMEX(point-of care)system to meet the needs of the CHANCE-2 trial.Methods Healthy individuals and patients with history of cardiovascular diseases(n=408)were enrolled from six centres of the CHANCE-2 trial.We compared the laboratory-based genomic test results with Sanger sequencing test results for accuracy verification.Next,we demonstrated the accuracy,timeliness and clinical operability of the GMEX system compared with laboratory-based technology(YZY Kit)to verify whether the GMEX system satisfies the needs of the CHANCE-2 trial.Results Genotypes reported by the GMEX system showed 100%agreement with those determined by using the YZY Kit and Sanger sequencing for all three CYP2C19 alleles(*2,*3 and*17)tested.The average result’s turnaround times for the GMEX and YZY Kit methods were 85.0(IQR:85.0-86.0)and 1630.0(IQR:354.0-7594.0)min(p<0.001),respectively.Conclusions Our data suggest that the GMEX system is a reliable and feasible point-of care system for rapid CYP2C19 genotyping for the CHANCE-2 trial or related clinical and research applications.Xia Meng Anxin Wang Guojun Zhang Siying Niu Wei Li Sifei Han Fang Fang Xingquan Zhao Kehui Dong Zening Jin Huaguang Zheng Kelin Chen Hao Li Chengyuan Yang Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2:7
3A numerical method to simulate the coupled oscillations of flexible structures in flowing fluids显示文摘A numerical method is developed to simulate the coupled phenomena in a fluid-flexible-structure system.Specifically,a two-dimensional panel method is used to calculate the hydrodynamic forces and a modal superposition method is adopted to solve the governing equation of an Eulerian beam.The stability boundary of a single flexible beam in a uniform flow is calculated and compared with previous results to verify the validity of the code.The flow-induced flapping of a single and two flexible bodies for S=1.0,U=7.0 are investigated.For the flow-induced vibration of a single beam,the oscillation frequency is close to the secondary natural frequency of a cantilever.For two parallel flexible beams,they oscillate in phase when the non-dimensional separating distance H<0.25.When H>0.25,the out-of-phase mode occurs with a jump in frequency.When H>1,the interaction between the two beams decouples and the frequency and forces of each beam revert to behavior associated with a single beam in the same flow.Simulations of coupled-flapping of two tandem flexible structures proved that the drag acting on the upstream body is reduced while for that downstream drag is obviously increased when the structures are closely arranged.The numerical results obtained in the present work are qualitatively consistent with early experimental results.WANG SiYing YIN XieZhen 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,34:6
4Effects of Comprehensive Eccentricity of Involute Cam on Gear Profile Deviations显示文摘The manufacturing accuracy of ultra-precision master gears signifies the technological capability of the ultra-precision gear.Currently,there is little report about the manufacturing technologies of ultra-precision master gears at home and aboard.In order to meet the requirement of grinding ultra precision master gear,the gear grinder with flat-faced wheel Y7125 is chosen as the object machine tool and the geometric model of its precision generating part,the involute cam,is established.According to the structure of the involute cam,the effective working section and its adjustable range of the cam are determined,and the mathematical expressions of the effects of comprehensive eccentricity of the involute cam on gear profile deviations are derived.According to the primary harmonic trends of the deviation curve,it is shown that gear profile form and slope deviations in different work generating sections of the involute cam are different which the latter changes with the cam eccentricity obviously.Then,the issues of extreme values and methods of error compensation are studied and the conclusion that large adjustable range is benefit to search the optimal involute-cam section which is responding to the minimum gear profile deviations is obtained.A group of examples are calculated by choosing master gears with d=120 mm and m=2-6 mm and an involute cam with base diameter djcam =117 mm.And it is found that the maximum gear profile deviation counts for no more than 5% of the cam eccentricity after error compensation.A gear-grinding experiment on the master gear with m=2 mm is conducted by choosing different sections of the involute cam and the differences of gear profile deviations then the existence of the cam eccentricity are verified.The research discloses the rule of gear profile deviations caused by the comprehensive eccentricity of the involute cam and provides the theoretical guidance and the processing methods for grinding profile of the ultra precision master gear.WANG Liding LING Siying MAYong WANG Xiaodong LOU Zhifeng 2011Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,3:5
5Kinematics and forces of a flexible body in Karman vortex street显示文摘Experiments of a flexible filament in the wake of a cylinder and in free stream were conducted in a vertical soap film tunnel. The experiments distinctly visualized the movement of the filament. Based on the experimental kinematic results, a 2-d panel method was used to calculate the forces acting on the filament. The experiment and numerical results revealed that different from that in free stream, the filament in Karman vortex street flapped at the same frequency as the vortex street, and with smaller amplitude and larger curvature. The filament suffered an evident thrust in Karman vortex street, while a drag appeared in the case of free stream. 6T cell-depleting nanoparticles ameliorate bone loss by reducing activated T cells and regulating the Treg/Th17 balance显示文摘Estrogen deficiency is one of the most frequent causes of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.Under chronic inflammatory conditions caused by estrogen deficiency,activated T cells contribute to elevated levels of proinflammatory cytokines,impaired osteogenic differentiation capabilities of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMMSCs),and disturbed regulatory T cell(Treg)/Th17 cell balance.However,therapeutic strategies that re-establish immune homeostasis in this disorder have not been well developed.Here,we produced T cell-depleting nanoparticles(TDNs)that ameliorated the osteopenia phenotype and rescued the osteogenic deficiency of BMMSCs in ovariectomized(OVX)mice.TDNs consist of monocyte chemotactic protein-1(MCP-1)-encapsulated mesoporous silica nanoparticles as the core and Fas-ligand(FasL)as the corona.We showed that the delicate design of the TDNs enables rapid release of MCP-1 to recruit activated T cells and then induces their apoptosis through the conjugated FasL both in vitro and in vivo.Apoptotic signals recognized by macrophages help skew the Treg/Th17 cell balance and create an immune tolerant state,further attenuating the osteogenic deficiency of BMMSCs and the osteopenia phenotype.Mechanistically,we found that the therapeutic effects of TDNs were partially mediated by apoptotic T cell-derived extracellular vesicles(ApoEVs),which promoted macrophage transformation towards the M2 phenotype.These findings demonstrate that TDNs may represent a promising strategy for treating osteoporosis and other immune disorders.Xiaoshan Yang Fuxing Zhou Pingyun Yuan Geng Dou Xuemei Liu Siying Liu Xiangdong Wang Ronghua Jin Yan Dong Jun Zhou Yajie Lv Zhihong Deng Shiyu Liu Xin Chen Ying Han Yan Jin 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,10:4

8Thermoresponsive Lignin-Reinforced Poly(Ionic Liquid)Hydrogel Wireless Strain Sensor显示文摘To meet critical requirements on flexible electronic devices,multifunctionalized flexible sensors with excellent electromechanical performance and temperature perception are required.Herein,lignin-reinforced thermoresponsive poly(ionic liquid)hydrogel is prepared through an ultrasound-assisted synthesized method.Benefitting from the electrostatic interaction between lignin and ionic liquid,the hydrogel displays high stretchability(over 1425%),excellent toughness(over 132 kPa),and impressive stress loading-unloading cyclic stability.The hydrogel strain sensor presents excellent electromechanical performance with a high gauge factor(1.37)and rapid response rate(198 ms),which lays the foundation for human body movement detection and smart input.Moreover,owing to the thermal-sensitive feature of poly(ionic liquid),the as-prepared hydrogel displays remarkable thermal response sensitivity(0.217℃^(-1))in body temperature range and low limit of detection,which can be applied as a body shell temperature indicator.Particularly,the hydrogel can detect dual stimuli of strain and temperature and identify each signal individually,showing the specific application in human-machine interaction and artificial intelligence.By integrating the hydrogel strain sensor into a wireless sensation system,remote motion capture and gesture identification is realized in real-time.Xinyu Qu Ye Zhao Zi’ang Chen Siying Wang Yanfang Ren Qian Wang Jinjun Shao Wenjun Wang Xiaochen Dong 2021Research2021,,1:3
9A bifunctional and recyclable catalyst:Amine and ionic liquid grafting on MOFs for the one-pot synthesis of N-aryl oxazolidin-2-ones显示文摘A bifunctional heterogeneous catalyst was designed and synthesized,denoted DMEDA/IL–NH2-MIL-101.The structure and physical-chemical characterization of DMEDA/IL–NH2-MIL-101 and its precursors were characterized by SEM,N2 adsorption-desorption,XPS,FT-IR,PXRD,elemental analysis,and TGA techniques.The date showed that the two catalytic components of N,N-dimethylethylenediamine(DMEDA)and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide(BmimBr)were chemically immobilized in NH2-MIL-101 nanocages.The amine of DMEDA was grafted onto carrier NH2-MIL-101 by N–Cr coordinate covalent bonds and the ionic liquid of BmimBr(IL(Br-))was anchored in the NH2-MIL-101 nanocages by'ship-in-a-bottle'method,in which the amidogen of NH2-MIL-101 condensed with N,N-carbonyldiimidazole(CDI)firstly,and then alkylated with 1-bromo butane.This novel heterogeneous catalyst with two different active sites can efficiently catalyze the synthesis of N-aryl oxazolidin-2-ones from carbon dioxide(CO2),epoxides,and anilines in one-pot under mild solvent-free conditions.It not only showed good stability and recoverability after five cycles but also exhibited shape selectivity for the substrate due to the synergic catalysis of amine,ionic liquid,and NH2-MIL-101.This novel bifunctional material is a promising solid catalyst for the green synthesis of N-aryl oxazolidin-2-ones.Siying Chong Tongtong Wang Haijun Zhong Lingfei Xu Hailong Xu Zhongwu Lv Min Ji 2020Green Energy & Environment2020,5,2:3
10Rapid induction of mRNAs for PC3 by partial hepatec-tomy and epidermal growth factor显示文摘The expression of immediate early gene plays a pivotal role in rat hepatocyte proliferation from G0 to G1 phases and the progression through G1 phase of the cell cycle within several hours after 2/3 hepatectomy. We investigated the different gene expressions within 1 h after 2/3 hepatectomy by representational difference analysis. Sequence analysis indicated that PC3 induced by NGF was a kind of immediate early gene and might be correlated with liver regeneration. Moreover, we found that 2/3 hepatectomy could induce the expressing of PC3 mRN A by Northern blot with a peak 1-2 h after surgery. In primary cultures of rat hepatocytes, addition of EGF resulted in rapid and transient induction of PC3 mRNA. 11Clinical characteristics of 19 neonates born to mothers with COVID-19显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical characteristics of neonates born to SARS-CoV-2 infected mothers and increase the current knowledge on the perinatal consequences of COVID-19.Nineteen neonates were admitted to Tongji Hospital from January 31 to February 29,2020.Their mothers were clinically diagnosed or laboratory-confirmed with COVID-19.We prospectively collected and analyzed data of mothers and infants.There are 19 neonates included in the research.Among them,10 mothers were confirmed COVID-19 by positive SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR in throat swab,and 9 mothers were clinically diagnosed with COVID-19.Delivery occurred in an isolation room and neonates were immediately separated from the mothers and isolated for at least 14 days.No fetal distress was found.Gestational age of the neonates was 38.61.5 weeks,and average birth weight was 3293425 g.SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR in throat swab,urine,and feces of all neonates were negative.SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR in breast milk and amniotic fluid was negative too.None of the neonates developed clinical,radiologic,hematologic,or biochemical evidence of COVID-19.No vertical transmission of SARS-CoV-2 and no perinatal complications in the third trimester were found in our study.The delivery should occur in isolation and neonates should be separated from the infected mothers and care givers.Wei Liu Jing Wang Wenbin Li Zhaoxian Zhou Siying Liu Zhihui Rong 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,2:3
12Dental remineralization via poly(amido amine) and restorative materials containing calcium phosphate nanoparticles显示文摘Tooth decay is prevalent,and secondary caries causes restoration failures,both of which are related to demineralization.There is an urgent need to develop new therapeutic materials with remineralization functions.This article represents the first review on the cutting edge research of poly(amido amine)(PAMAM) in combination with nanoparticles of amorphous calcium phosphate (NACP).PAMAM was excellent nucleation template,and could absorb calcium (Ca) and phosphate (P) ions via its functional groups to activate remineralization.NACP composite and adhesive showed acid-neutralization and Ca and P ion release capabilities.PAMAM +NACP together showed synergistic effects and produced triple benefits: excellent nucleation templates,superior acidneutralization,and ions release.Therefore,the PAMAM+NACP strategy possessed much greater remineralization capacity than using PAMAM or NACP alone.PAMAM+NACP achieved dentin remineralization even in an acidic solution without any initial Ca and P ions.Besides,the long-term remineralization capability of PAMAM+NACP was established.After prolonged fluid challenge,the immersed PAMAM with the recharged NACP still induced effective dentin mineral regeneration.Furthermore,the hardness of predemineralized dentin was increased back to that of healthy dentin,indicating a complete remineralization.Therefore,the novel PAMAM+NACP approach is promising to provide long-term therapeutic effects including tooth remineralization,hardness increase,and caries-inhibition capabilities.Kunneng Liang Suping Wang Siying Tao Shimeng Xiao Han Zhou Ping Wang Lei Cheng Xuedong Zhou Michael D.Weir Thomas W.Oates Jiyao Li Hockin H.K.Xu 2019International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,3:3
13Ultradurable,freeze-resistant,and healable MXene-based ionic gels for multi-functional electronic skin显示文摘Hydrogel is a potential matrix material of electronic-skins(E-skins)because of its excellent ductility,tunability,and biocompatibility.However,hydrogel-based E-Skins will inevitably lose their sensing performance in practical applications for water loss,physical damage,and ambient interferences.It remains a challenge to manufacture highly durable gel-based E-skins.Herein,an E-Skin is fabricated by introducing ionic liquids(ILs)into MXene-composited binary polymer network.The obtained ionic gel shows excellent mechanical properties,strong adhesion,and superior tolerance to harsh environments.The E-skin exhibits high sensitivity to both strain and pressure in a wide range of deformations,which enables a monitoring function for various human motions and physiological activities.Importantly,the E-skin shows consistent electrical response after being stored in the open air for 30 days and can be quickly healed by irradiation with 808 nm near-infrared light,originating from the photo-thermal effect induced self-healing acceleration.It is noteworthy that the E-skin also reveals a highly sensitive perception of temperature and near-infrared light,displaying the promising potential applications in the multifunctional flexible sensor.Yao Lu Xinyu Qu Siying Wang Ye Zhao Yanfang Ren Wenli Zhao Qian Wang Chencheng Sun Wenjun Wang Xiaochen Dong 2022Nano Research2022,15,5:2

15Stretchable supercapacitor based on a hierarchical PPy/CNT electrode and hybrid hydrogel electrolyte with a wide operating temperature显示文摘Hydrogel is frequently used as a solid electrolyte for all solid-state supercapacitors(SCs)because of its liquid-like ion-transport property and high conformability.However,due to the higher water content,the hydrogel electrolyte undergoes inevitable freezing and/or dehydration with climate change.Herein,polypyrrole/carbon all-solid-state SCs(PCSCs)were developed based on a hierarchical polypyrrole/carbon nanotube electrode and a highly stretchable double-network polymer hydrogel electrolyte with LiCl/ethylene glycol as a mixed solvent.The PCSCs showed excellent electrochemical performance and cycle stability with a wide operating temperature.The specific capacitances could reach 202.2 and 112.3 mF cm^(−2) at current densities of 0.5 and 3.0 mA cm^(−2),respectively.Meanwhile,the PCSCs showed outstanding mechanical properties in maintaining a high areal capacitance under deformations of bending and tension.The excellent water retention of the device also ensured the stable electrochemical performance of PCSCs in a wide temperature range(30–80℃),which could potentially represent a reliable application in various harsh environments.Yanfang Ren Yunlong Liu Siying Wang Qian Wang Shuhong Li Wenjun Wang Xiaochen Dong 2022Carbon Energy2022,4,4:2

17Immobilization of heparin on decellularized kidney scaffold to construct microenvironment for antithrombosis and inducing reendothelialization显示文摘In recent years, rapid development of tissue engineering technology provides possibilities for the construction of artificial tissues or organs. In construction of engineered kidneys, researchers used native decellularized extracellular matrix(ECM) as the scaffolds to recellularization. However, thrombosis has been a great issue that hinders the progress of transplantation in vivo. In this study, heparin was immobilized to the collagen part of decellularized scaffold with collagen-binding peptide(CBP). Through the anticoagulant and endothelial cell reperfusion experiments, it can be demonstrated that the heparinized scaffolds absorbed less platelets and red blood cells which can effectively reduce the formation of thrombosis. Moreover, it is conducive to longterm adhesion of endothelial cells which is important for the formation of subsequent vascularization.
