| 2 | Mathematical stencil and its application in finite difference approximation to the Poisson equation显示文摘The concept of mathematical stencil and the strategy of stencil elimination for solving the finite difference equation is presented, and then a new type of the iteration algorithm is established for the Poisson equation. The new algorithm has not only the obvious property of parallelism, but also faster convergence rate than that of the classical Jacobi iteration. | 3 | Chinese patent medicine for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on principles of tonifying Qi, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, and resolving phlegm: a systematic review of randomized controlled trials显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of Chinese patent medicine(CPM) with the principle of tonifying Qi, promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis, and resolving phlegm(TQ-PBC-RP)in the management of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).METHODS: A systematic review of randomized controlled trials(RCTs) identified from electronic databases and print was conducted. RCTs testing CPMs with TQ-PBC-RP against any type of controlled intervention in patients with stable COPD and assessing clinically relevant outcomes were included. Methodological quality was evaluated with the risk of bias tool according to systematic review handbook 5.0.2. Quality of evidence was estimatedby the rating approach developed by the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development,and Evaluation Working Group.RESULTS: Thirteen eligible RCTs with 12 oral CPMs were tested. Significant differences between groups in favor of CPMs were not reported in all trials. Most trials included were deemed to be of low methodological quality with poor evidence quality.Because of large data heterogeneity, statistical pooling was not performed for all outcomes.CONCLUSION: The effectiveness of CPM in the treatment of stable COPD is not supported by evidence. Currently, evidence from RCTs is scarce and methodologically weak. | 4 | Mussel-inspired adhesive antioxidant antibacterial hemostatic composite hydrogel wound dressing via photo-polymerization for infected skin wound healing显示文摘With the increasing prevalence of drug-resistant bacterial infections and the slow healing of chronically infected wounds,the development of new antibacterial and accelerated wound healing dressings has become a serious challenge.In order to solve this problem,we developed photo-crosslinked multifunctional antibacterial adhesive anti-oxidant hemostatic hydrogel dressings based on polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether modified glycidyl methacrylate functionalized chitosan(CSG-PEG),methacrylamide dopamine(DMA)and zinc ion for disinfection of drug-resistant bacteria and promoting wound healing.The mechanical properties,rheological properties and morphology of hydrogels were characterized,and the biocompatibility of these hydrogels was studied through cell compatibility and blood compatibility tests.These hydrogels were tested for the in vitro blood-clotting ability of whole blood and showed good hemostatic ability in the mouse liver hemorrhage model and the mouse-tail amputation model.In addition,it has been confirmed that the multifunctional hydrogels have good inherent antibacterial properties against Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).In the full-thickness skin defect model infected with MRSA,the wound closure ratio,thickness of granulation tissue,number of collagen deposition,regeneration of blood vessels and hair follicles were measured.The inflammation-related cytokines(CD68)and angiogenesis-related cytokines(CD31)expressed during skin regeneration were studied.All results indicate that these multifunctional antibacterial adhesive hemostatic hydrogels have better healing effects than commercially available Tegaderm™Film,revealing that they have become promising alternative in the healing of infected wounds. | Yutong Yang Yongping Liang Jueying Chen Xianglong Duan Baolin Guo | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,2: | 3 |
| 5 | Demonstration of epitaxial growth of strain-relaxed GaN films on graphene/SiC substrates for long wavelength light-emitting diodes显示文摘Strain modulation is crucial for heteroepitaxy such as GaN on foreign substrates.Here,the epitaxy of strain-relaxed GaN films on graphene/SiC substrates by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition is demonstrated.Graphene was directly prepared on SiC substrates by thermal decomposition.Its pre-treatment with nitrogen-plasma can introduce C–N dangling bonds,which provides nucleation sites for subsequent epitaxial growth.The scanning transmission electron microscopy measurements confirm that part of graphene surface was etched by nitrogen-plasma.We study the growth behavior on different areas of graphene surface after pre-treatment,and propose a growth model to explain the epitaxial growth mechanism of GaN films on graphene.Significantly,graphene is found to be effective to reduce the biaxial stress in GaN films and the strain relaxation improves indium-atom incorporation in InGaN/GaN multiple quantum wells(MQWs)active region,which results in the obvious red-shift of light-emitting wavelength of InGaN/GaN MQWs.This work opens up a new way for the fabrication of GaN-based long wavelength light-emitting diodes. | Ye Yu Tao Wang Xiufang Chen Lidong Zhang Yang Wang Yunfei Niu Jiaqi Yu Haotian Ma Xiaomeng Li Fang Liu Gaoqiang Deng Zhifeng Shi Baolin Zhang Xinqiang Wang Yuantao Zhang | 2021 | Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,7: | 2 |

| 8 | Hydrocarbon Generation, Migration, and Accumulation in the Eocene Niubao Formation in the Lunpola Basin, Tibet, China: Insights from Basin Modeling and Fluid Inclusion Analysis显示文摘The Eocene Niubao Formation is the primary research target of oil exploration in the Lunpola Basin.Crude oil was extracted from Well Z1 on the northern margin of the basin in 1993.In this study,an integrated evaluation of the source rock geothermal,and maturity histories and the fluid inclusion and fluid potential distributions was performed to aid in predicting areas of hydrocarbon accumulation.Due to the abundance of organic matter,the kerogen types,maturity,and oil-sources correlate with the geochemical data.The middle submember of the second member of the Niubao Formation(E2n^2-2)is the most favorable source rock based on the amount of oil produced from the E2n^2-3and E2n^3-1reservoirs.One-and twodimensional basin modeling,using BasinMod software,shows that the E2n^2-2source rock started to generate hydrocarbon at 35-30 Ma,reached a maturity of Ro=0.7%at 25-20 Ma,and at present,it has reached the peak oil generation stage with a thermal maturity of Ro=0.8%to less than Ro=1.0%.By using fluid inclusion petrography,fluorescence spectroscopy,and microthermometry,two major periods of oil charging have been revealed at 26.1-17.5 and 32.4-24.6 Ma.The oil accumulation modeling results,conducted by using the Trinity software,show a good fit of the oil shows in the wells and predict that the structural highs and lithologic transitions within the Jiangriaco and Paco sags are potential oil traps. | Yiming Liu Jiaren Ye Qiang Cao Baolin Yang Zhongrong Liu | 2020 | Journal of Earth Science2020,31,1: | 2 |

| 11 | Injectable Self‑Healing Adhesive pH‑Responsive Hydrogels Accelerate Gastric Hemostasis and Wound Healing显示文摘Endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR)and endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)are well-established therapeutics for gastrointestinal neoplasias,but complications after EMR/ESD,including bleeding and perforation,result in additional treatment morbidity and even threaten the lives of patients.Thus,designing biomaterials to treat gastric bleeding and wound healing after endoscopic treatment is highly desired and remains a challenge.Herein,a series of injectable pH-responsive selfhealing adhesive hydrogels based on acryloyl-6-aminocaproic acid(AA)and AA-g-N-hydroxysuccinimide(AA-NHS)were developed,and their great potential as endoscopic sprayable bioadhesive materials to efficiently stop hemorrhage and promote the wound healing process was further demonstrated in a swine gastric hemorrhage/wound model.The hydrogels showed a suitable gelation time,an autonomous and efficient self-healing capacity,hemostatic properties,and good biocompatibility.With the introduction of AA-NHS as a micro-cross-linker,the hydrogels exhibited enhanced adhesive strength.A swine gastric hemorrhage in vivo model demonstrated that the hydrogels showed good hemostatic performance by stopping acute arterial bleeding and preventing delayed bleeding.A gastric wound model indicated that the hydrogels showed excellent treatment effects with significantly enhanced wound healing with type I collagen deposition,α-SMA expression,and blood vessel formation.These injectable self-healing adhesive hydrogels exhibited great potential to treat gastric wounds after endoscopic treatment. | Jiahui He Zixi Zhang Yutong Yang Fenggang Ren Jipeng Li Shaojun Zhu Feng Ma Rongqian Wu Yi Lv Gang He Baolin Guo Dake Chu | 2021 | Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,5: | 1 |

| 15 | Suppression of PFKFB3-driven glycolysis restrains endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition and fibrotic response显示文摘Endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EndoMT),the process wherein endothelial cells lose endothelial identity and adopt mesenchymal-like phenotypes,constitutes a critical contributor to cardiac fibrosis.The phenotypic plasticity of endothelial cells can be intricately shaped by alteration of metabolic pathways,but how endothelial cells adjust cellular metabolism to drive EndoMT is incompletely understood.Here,we identified 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2,6-biphosphatase 3(PFKFB3)as a critical driver of EndoMT via triggering abnormal glycolysis and compromising mitochondrial respiration.Pharmacological suppression of PFKFB3 with salvianolic acid C(SAC),a phenolic compound derived from Salvia miltiorrhiza,attenuates EndoMT and fibrotic response.PFKFB3-haplodeficiency recapitulates the anti-EndoMT effect of SAC while PFKFB3-overexpression augments the magnitude of EndoMT and exacerbates cardiac fibrosis.Mechanistically,PFKFB3-driven glycolysis compromises cytoplasmic nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(reduced form,NADPH)production via hijacking glucose flux from pentose phosphate pathway.Efflux of mitochondrial NADPH through isocitrate/α-ketoglutarate shuttle replenishes cytoplasmic NADPH pool but meanwhile impairs mitochondrial respiration by hampering mitochondrial iron-sulfur cluster biosynthesis.SAC disrupts PFKFB3 stability by accelerating its degradation and thus maintains metabolic homeostasis in endothelial cells,underlying its anti-EndoMT effects.These findings for the first time identify the critical role of PFKFB3 in triggering EndoMT by driving abnormal glycolysis in endothelial cells,and also highlight the therapeutic potential for pharmacological intervention of PFKFB3(with SAC or other PFKFB3 inhibitors)to combat EndoMT-associated fibrotic responses via metabolic regulation. | Hao Zeng Ting Pan Meiling Zhan Renaguli Hailiwu Baolin Liu Hua Yang Ping Li | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,10: | 1 |

| 19 | Clinical Research on Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer显示文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy and toxic effect of the 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3DCRT)for non- small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). METHODS Fifty-two patients with the Stage-I and IV NSCLC were treated with 3DCRT.Cross analysis of the clinical data was conducted in the comparison between the 52 cases with 3DCRT and the other 50 cases with the conventional radiation therapy (CRT).In the 3DCRT group,only the primary tumor and positive lymph-node draining area were included in the clinical target area,setting 4 to 6 coplanar or non-coplanar irradiation fields,with 2 Gy or 3 Gy/fraction,1 fraction a day and 5 fractions per week. The total dose ranged from a test dose(DT)of 66 Gy to 72 Gy.In the CRT group,the field area contained the primary tumor plus the homolateral hilum of the lung,the mediastinum superior or hol-mediastinum,and opposed anteroposterior irradiation.When the dosage reached DT 36~40 Gy,an oblique portal administered radiation was conducted in order to avoid injuring the spinal cord. The DT was 1.8~2.0 Gy/fraction,1 fraction a day,5 fractions per week,with a total dose of 60 Gy to 70 Gy. RESULTS The therapeutic effect(CR+PR)was 90.4% in the 3DCRT group,and was 72% in the CRT group.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups,P<0.01. There was a clinical symptom improvement attained by 96.5% and 86.4% respectively in the two groups,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups,P<0.01.The 6-month, 1 and 2-year overall survival rates were 92.3%,75.0% and 42.3% in the 3DCRT group,and 76%,60% and 30% in the CRT group, respectively.There was a significant difference in the 6-month overall survival rate between the groups,P<0.05.There was no obvious significant difference in the 1 and 2-year overall survival rates between the two groups,P>0.05.The toxic reaction was 12.5% and 23.7% respectively in the 3DCRT and CRT groups. Acute radioactive esophagitis and leucopenia were markedly lower in the 3DCRT group than in the CRT group.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups,P<0.05.No toxic reaction of Stage-Ⅲand over was found in the 3DCRT group during radiation therapy. CONCLUSION The 3DCRT method has a satisfactory short- term efficacy and improvement of clinical symptoms in treating NSCLC,with a mild toxic reaction and good tolerance in patients.
