| 1 | The histone H3 lysine-27 demethylase Jmjd3 plays a critical role in specific regulation of Th17 cell differentiation显示文摘Interleukin(IL)17-producing T helper(Th17)cells play critical roles in the clearance of extracellular bacteria and fungi as well as the pathogenesis of various autoimmune diseases,such as multiple sclerosis,psoriasis,and ulcerative colitis.Although a global transcriptional regulatory network of Th17 cell differentiation has been mapped recently,the participation of epigenetic modifications in the differentiation process has yet to be elucidated.We demonstrated here that histone H3 lysine-27(H3K27)demethylation,predominantly mediated by the H3K27 demethylase Jmjd3,crucially regulated Th17 cell differentiation.Activation of naı¨ve CD41 T cells immediately induced high expression of Jmjd3.Genetic depletion of Jmjd3 in CD41 T cells specifically impaired Th17 cell differentiation both in vitro and in vivo.Ectopic expression of Jmjd3 largely rescued the impaired differentiation of Th17 cells in vitro in Jmjd3-deficientCD41 T cells.Importantly,Jmjd3-deficient mice were resistant to the induction of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE).Furthermore,inhibition of the H3K27 demethylase activity with the specific inhibitor GSK-J4 dramatically suppressed Th17 cell differentiation in vitro.At the molecular level,Jmjd3 directly bound to and reduced the level of H3K27 trimethylation(me3)at the genomic sites ofRorc,which encodes the masterTh17 transcription factorRorgt,and Th17 cytokine genes such as Il17,Il17f,and Il22.Therefore,our studies established acritical role of Jmjd3-mediatedH3K27demethylation inTh17 cell differentiation andsuggest that Jmjd3 can be a novel therapeutic target for suppressing autoimmune responses. | Zhi Liu Wei Cao Longxia Xu Xi Chen Yu Zhan Qian Yang Sanhong Liu Pengfei Chen Yuhang Jiang Xiaohua Sun Yu Tao Yiming Hu Cuifeng Li Qi Wang Ying Wang Charlie Degui Chen Yufang Shi Xiaoren Zhang | 2015 | Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2015,7,6: | 6 |

| 3 | Temperature-sensitive splicing is an important molecular regulation mechanism of thermosensitive genic male sterility in rice显示文摘Photoperiod and temperature-sensitive genetic male sterility (PGMS and TGMS) plants have a number of desirable characteristics for hybrid production. Two-line hybrids developed using the PGMS/TGMS system now account for a large proportion of rice production in China. In this paper, we summarize recent advances on molecular regulation mechanisms and genetics of PGMS/TGMS in rice. We suggest that temperature-sensitive splicing, an important posttranscriptional regulatory mechanism in modulating gene expression and eventually development and differentiation, is also an important molecular regulation mechanism of TGMS in rice. We review those factors involved in temperature-sensitive splicing like cis splice site, snRNA, trans premRNA splicing protein and SR proteins, and delineate that splicing could be regulated by a complex cell signaling pathway. | 6 | A Comparative Study of Ionospheric Correction on SAR Interferometry—A Case Study of L’Aquila Earthquake显示文摘Synthetic Aperture Radar Interferometry(InSAR)has shown its potential on seismic deformation monitoring since it can achieve the accuracy of centimeter level or even the millimeter level.However,the irregular varieties of ionosphere can induce the additional phase delay on SAR interferometry,restricting its further application in high-precision deformation monitoring.Although several methods have been proposed to correct the ionospheric phase delay on SAR interferometry,the performances of them haven't been evaluated and compared.In this study,three commonly used methods,including polynomial fitting,azimuth offset and split-spectrum are applied to L'Aquila Earthquake to correct the ionospheric phase delay on two Phased Array type L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar(PALSAR)onboard the Advanced Land Observing Satellite-1(ALOS-1)images.The result indicates that these three methods can effectively correct the ionospheric phase delay error for SAR interferometry,where the standard deviations of the ionosphere-corrected results have decreased by almost a factor of 1.8 times for polynomial fitting method,4.2 times for azimuth offset method and 2.5 times for split-spectrum method,compared to those of the original phase.Furthermore,the result of the sliding distribution inversion of the seismic fault shows the best performance for split-spectrum method. | Yufang HE Wu ZHU Yang LEI Qin ZHANG Zhenhong LI | 2022 | Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2022,5,1: | 2 |
| 7 | Methodological exploration on the construction of a traditional Chinese medicine nursing expert consensus based on evidence--taking stroke as an example显示文摘Objective: To explore the methodology of the evidence-based expert consensus formulation process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) nursing taking stroke as an example.Methods: First, preliminary and comprehensive presentation of all stroke-related symptoms and corresponding TCM nursing techniques involved were revealed through bibliometric analysis. Then, selection of stroke symptoms and TCM nursing techniques for inclusion in the consensus was performed using an expert consultation method. Next, we determined the search strategy for a precise evidence search;conducted an evaluation of evidence quality and the grade of the evidence;and completed evidence extraction, evidence analysis, and evidence synthesis based on the included symptoms and TCM nursing techniques. The Delphi method was then applied to determine the strength of each recommendation and the choice of nursing care points by referring to the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluations grid. Finally, we conducted an external expert validation of the Delphi results to form an expert consensus guideline.Results: Through the bibliometric analysis, 22 stroke symptoms and 18 TCM nursing techniques were identified in the literature. Then, after expert consultation, 22 symptoms and 111 pairs of symptoms combined with TCM nursing techniques were selected for the evidence search. Evidence integration yielded 10 stroke symptoms corresponding to 29 bodies of evidence;these 10 symptoms were retained through the Delphi consultation, and recommendation strength results for 26 recommendations were obtained. A total of 9 symptoms were further retained for expert external validation to form 24 recommendations, with a recommendation process score range of 7.64-9.99 points and a more scientific and standardized recommendation-formation process.Conclusion: Owing to the current limited conditions of evidence-based resources for TCM nursing, the present consensus-building process represents only a preliminary exploration of an evidence-based expert consensus for TCM nursing to provide a reference for a more scientific and standardized methodology. | Xuejing Li Ke Peng Meiqi Meng Liu Han Dan Yang Junqiang Zhao Yufang Hao | 2022 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2022,9,2: | 2 |
| 8 | Regional Structure and Spatial Morphology Characteristics of Oasis Urban Agglomeration in Arid Area——A Case of Urban Agglomeration in Northern Slope of Tianshan Mountains,Northwest China显示文摘It is great important to the health development of urban agglomeration to correctly understand the formation and development law of regional structure of urban agglomeration.Employing the analysis methods like fractal theory and quantitative statistics,coupling with the use of remote sensing images and other spatial data,this article discusses the urban agglomeration of oasis on the northern slope of the Tianshan Mountains in an arid area,and conducts the researches on its city scale,spatial distribution and individual form from 1990 to 2005.The result shows that it has loose hierarchical scale structure and polarization trend of population distribution while its hierarchical scale structure tends to mature.Under the influence of natural conditions,the spatial layout of urban agglomeration of oasis has macro characteristics that suggest cities distributed along oasis edges(dense or sparse),spatially expand along rivers,and cluster around traffic branches.The connectivity among the cities is high and shows an internal organization form of a banding distribution.The whole spatial shape of the internal structure of cities presents a 'dumbbell' form,with mononuclear phenomenon receding and multi-nuclear appearing gradually.Individual cities spatially expand along rivers,portraying a long strip appearance.It indicates that the urban agglomeration of oasis shows regular and close structure but with a tendency to be complicated form and the loose structure.In the development of urban agglomeration,the authors recommend that the development of the city with good economic development conditions should be strengthened,and more attention be put into regional planning. | ZHANG Yufang YANG Degang ZHANG Xinhuan DONG Wen ZHANG Xiaolei | 2009 | Chinese Geographical Science2009,19,4: | 2 |
