1CCA-secure unidirectional proxy re-encryption in the adaptive corruption model without random oracles显示文摘Up to now, it is still an open question of how to construct a chosen-ciphertext secure unidirectional proxy re-encryption scheme in the adaptive corruption model. To address this problem, we propose a new unidirectional proxy re-encryption scheme, and prove its chosen-ciphertext security in the adaptive corruption model without random oracles. 2Comprehensive Management of Daily Living Activities,behavioral and Psychological Symptoms,and Cognitive Function in Patients with Alzheimer's Disease:A Chinese Consensus on Alzheimer's Disease显示文摘Alzheimer's disease(AD)is the most common cognitive disorder in the elderly.Its main clinical manifestations are cognitive decline(C),behavioral and psychological symptoms(B),and a decline in the activities of daily living(A),also known as ABC symptoms.Early identification and evaluation of ABC symptoms are helpful for establishing the accurate diagnosis,comprehensive treatment,and prognosis of AD.To guide Chinese clinical practice for optimization of the comprehensive management of AD,in 2018,The Academy of Cognitive Disorder of China gathered 22 neurologists and gerontologists in China to build a consensus on the comprehensive management of AD.Based on a review of the evidence,the consensus summarizes the pathogenesis,pathological changes,clinical manifestations,evaluation,diagnosis,drug and non-drug treatment,and patient care for AD.Focus group discussion was used to establish a flowchart of comprehensive ABC management for AD patients.The new consensus provides a feasible AD management process for clinicians.Jianjun Jia Jun Xu Jun Liu Yongjun Wang Yanjiang Wang Yunpeng Cao Qihao Guo Qiuming Qu Cuibai Wei Wenshi Wei Junjian Zhang Enyan Yu 2021Neuroscience Bulletin2021,37,7:10

5Color spaces of safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) for quality assessment显示文摘Objective:In this study,safflower(Carthamus tinctorius L.)was taken as a representative example to examine the application of color characteristics to evaluate quality.Methods:A computer vision system was established for the objective and nondestructive assessment of color using image processing algorithms.Color parameters were investigated based on the RGB,L*a*b and HSV color spaces.The content of hydroxysafflor yellow A(HSYA),a major bioactive constituent of safflower,was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.The relationship between HSYA content and color values was investigated by Pearson correlation analysis.A multiple linear regression model was established to predict the HSYA content from color values.Results:The red color and lightness of safflower were found to be significantly related to HSYA content.The prediction equation obtained by multiple regression was reliable with an R2 value of 0.805(P<.01).Conclusion:The results suggest that the computer vision technique could be used as a promising and non-destructive technology for color measurement and quality evaluation of CHM.Manfei Xu Chenzhao Du Na Zhang Xinyuan Shi Zhisheng Wu Yanjiang Qiao 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2016,3,3:5
6Efficient lung cancer-targeted drug delivery via a nanoparticle/MSC system显示文摘Low targeting efficiency limits the applications of nanoparticles in cancer therapy. The fact that mesenchymal stem cells(MSC) trapped in the lung after systemic infusion is a disadvantage for cell therapy purposes. Here, we utilized MSC as lung cancer-targeted drug delivery vehicles by loading nanoparticles(NP)with anti-cancer drug. MSC showed a higher drug intake capacity than fibroblasts. In addition, MSC showed predominant lung trapping in both rabbit and monkey. IR-780 dye, a fluorescent probe used to represent docetaxel(DTX) in NP, delivered via MSC accumulated in the lung. Both in vitro MSC/A549 cell experiments and in vivo MSC/lung cancer experiments validated the intercellular transportation of NP between MSC and cancer cells. In vivo assays showed that the MSC/NP/DTX drug delivery system exerted primary tumor inhibition efficiency similar to that of a NP/DTX drug system. 7Preclinical evaluation and pilot clinical study of [^(18)F]AlF-labeled FAPI-tracer for PET imaging of cancer associated fibroblasts显示文摘In recent years,fibroblast activation protein(FAP)has emerged as an attractive target for the diagnosis and radiotherapy of cancers using FAP-specific radioligands.Herein,we aimed to design a novel^(18)Flabeled FAP tracer([^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI)for FAP imaging and evaluated its potential for clinical application.The[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI novel tracer was prepared in an automated manner within 42 min with a non-decay corrected radiochemical yield of 32±6%(n=8).Among A549-FAP cells,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI demonstrated specific uptake,rapid internalization,and low cellular efflux.Compared to the patent tracer[^(18)F]FAPI-42,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI exhibited lower levels of cellular efflux in the A549-FAP cells and higher stability in vivo.Micro-PET imaging in the A549-FAP tumor model indicated higher specific tumor uptake of[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI(7.0±1.0%ID/g)compared to patent tracers[^(18)F]FAPI-42(3.2±0.6%ID/g)and[68 Ga]Ga-FAPI-04(2.7±0.5%ID/g).Furthermore,in an initial diagnostic application in a patient with nasopharyngeal cancer,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI and[^(18)F]FDG PET/CT showed comparable results for both primary tumors and lymph node metastases.These results suggest that[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI can be conveniently prepared,with promising characteristics in the preclinical evaluation.The feasibility of FAP imaging was demonstrated using PET studies.Kongzhen Hu Junqi Li Lijuan Wang Yong Huang Li Li Shimin Ye Yanjiang Han Shun Huang Hubing Wu Jin Su Ganghua Tang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:4
8Rapid analysis of dyed safflowers by color objectification and pattern recognition methods显示文摘Objective:Rapid discrimination of three classes of safflowers,dyed safflower,adulterated safflower,and pure safflower using computer vision and image processing algorithms.Methods:A low cost computer vision system(CVS)was designed to measure the color of safflowers in the RGB(red,green,blue),L^*a^*b^*,and HSV(hue,saturation,vale)color spaces.The color moments in these three color spaces were extracted from the acquired images as color features of safflower.In addition,five kinds of pigments that are commonly used to dye safflowers were identified by high-performance liquid chromatography as a reference.Pattern recognition methods were investigated for rapid discrimination,including an unsupervised principal component analysis(PCA)algorithm and a supervised partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)algorithm.Results:The mean error(e)between color values measured with the colorimeter and calculated with the CVS was 2.4%,with a high correlation coefficient(r)of 0.9905.This result indicated that the established CVS was reliable for color estimation of safflowers.The PLS-DA model,which had a total accuracy of 91.89%,outperformed the PCA model in classifying pure,adulterated,and dyed safflowers.Conclusion:The color objectification is a promising tool for rapid identification of dyed and adulterated safflowers.Manfei Xu Shengyun Dai Zhisheng Wu Xinyuan Shi Yanjiang Qiao 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2016,3,4:2

10Response of soil CO_2 efflux to precipitation manipulation in a semiarid grassland显示文摘Soil CO_2efflux(SCE) is an important component of ecosystem CO_2 exchange and is largely temperature and moisture dependent, providing feedback between C cycling and the climate system. We used a precipitation manipulation experiment to examine the effects of precipitation treatment on SCE and its dependences on soil temperature and moisture in a semiarid grassland. Precipitation manipulation included ambient precipitation, decreased precipitation(- 43%), or increased precipitation(+ 17%). The SCE was measured from July2013 to December 2014, and CO_2 emission during the experimental period was assessed.The response curves of SCE to soil temperature and moisture were analyzed to determine whether the dependence of SCE on soil temperature or moisture varied with precipitation manipulation. The SCE significantly varied seasonally but was not affected by precipitation treatments regardless of season. Increasing precipitation resulted in an upward shift of SCE–temperature response curves and rightward shift of SCE–moisture response curves,while decreasing precipitation resulted in opposite shifts of such response curves. These shifts in the SCE response curves suggested that increasing precipitation strengthened the dependence of SCE on temperature or moisture, and decreasing precipitation weakened such dependences. Such shifts affected the predictions in soil CO_2 emissions for different precipitation treatments. When considering such shifts, decreasing or increasing precipitation resulted in 43 or 75% less change, respectively, in CO_2 emission compared with changes in emissions predicted without considering such shifts. 12Identification of berbamine dihydrochloride from barberry as an anti-adipogenic agent by high-content imaging assay显示文摘Objective:Lipid droplet(LD)deposition in adipose tissue is a critical factor leading to metabolic dysfunction.Various herbal medicines in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)are used to treat hyperlipidemia,type 2 diabetes,obesity,and other diseases.The objective of this study was to identify potential anti-adipogenic agents from TCM herbal compounds.Methods:One hundred and twenty compounds were evaluated in terms of their effect on adipocyte differentiation through image-based high content screening.Anti-adipogenic effects of identified hits were further confirmed at various concentrations.In addition,drug-induced liver injury assay was performed with HepG2 cells to test the hepatotoxicity of hit compounds.Results:Berbamine(BBM),a chemical isolated from barberry,and a derivative of BBM,berbamine dihydrochloride(BBMD),reduced LDs formation by more than 50%.Dose-dependent effects were observed and the IC50 values of the two hits,BBM and BBMD,were determined as 1.88 mM and 0.95 mM,respectively.Moreover,BBM induced mild HepG2 cell injury,while its dihydrochloridedBBMD did not exhibit hepatotoxicity within 40 mM.Conclusion:This study demonstrates that BBMD may be a potential therapeutic candidate for disorders associated with elevated LDs accumulation.Shifeng Wang Qiao Zhang Yuxin Zhang Yanling Zhang Qinghua Wu Shiyou Li Yanjiang Qiao 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2016,3,2:2

14The Fate of Mitochondria in Ibex-hirus Reconstructed Early Embryos显示文摘Inter-species nuclear transfer could be used to preserve North Goat (Capra ibex), an endan- gered species. We established the culture conditions for ibex-hirus reconstructed embryos and optimized the method for DNA extractions of a single cell and early cloned embryo.
