1纸质绘本和电子绘本对特殊儿童阅读理解影响效果的比较研究显示文摘随着数字阅读在儿童的学习和生活中越来越普及,电子绘本对儿童阅读能力的影响也逐渐成为争议的焦点。目前,不同绘本载体对特殊儿童阅读影响的实证研究仍然缺乏,因而本研究主要探讨纸质绘本和电子绘本对特殊儿童阅读理解的影响效果。研究发现,纸质绘本和电子绘本两种载体的差异不会影响特殊儿童阅读理解的效果;不同性别、年段和障碍类型的特殊儿童使用纸质绘本和电子绘本的阅读理解成绩存在一定的差异,但是均未达到统计学上的显著水平。由此提出教学和研究建议:发掘电子绘本的潜在优势,丰富儿童的阅读教学资源;增加高质量的阅读陪伴和支持,帮助儿童获得优质的阅读体验;优化实验研究设计,多维度考察绘本载体对儿童阅读的影响。Yanlin Long 程林婧雅 张懂沅 陆昕 2023中国特殊教育2023,,1:3
2The molecular conformation of silk fibroin regulates osteogenic cell behavior by modulating the stability of the adsorbed protein-material interface显示文摘Silk fibroin(SF)can be used to construct various stiff material interfaces to support bone formation.An essential preparatory step is to partially transform SF molecules from random coils toβ-sheets to render the material water insoluble.However,the influence of the SF conformation on osteogenic cell behavior at the material interface remains unknown.Herein,three stiff SF substrates were prepared by varying theβ-sheet content(high,medium,and low).The substrates had a comparable chemical composition,surface topography,and wettability.When adsorbed fibronectin was used as a model cellular adhesive protein,the stability of the adsorbed protein-material interface,in terms of the surface stability of the SF substrates and the accompanying fibronectin detachment resistance,increased with the increasingβ-sheet content of the SF substrates.Furthermore,(i)larger areas of cytoskeleton-associated focal adhesions,(ii)higher orders of cytoskeletal organization and(iii)more elongated cell spreading were observed for bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stromal cells(BMSCs)cultured on SF substrates with high vs.lowβ-sheet contents,along with enhanced nuclear translocation and activation of YAP/TAZ and RUNX2.Consequently,osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs was stimulated on highβ-sheet substrates.These results indicated that theβ-sheet content influences osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs on SF materials in vitro by modulating the stability of the adsorbed protein-material interface,which proceeds via protein-focal adhesion-cytoskeleton links and subsequent intracellular mechanotransduction.Our findings emphasize the role of the stability of the adsorbed protein-material interface in cellular mechanotransduction and the perception of stiff SF substrates with differentβ-sheet contents,which should not be overlooked when engineering stiff biomaterials.Yanlin Long Xian Cheng John A.Jansen Sander G.C.Leeuwenburgh Jing Mao Fang Yang Lili Chen 2021Bone Research2021,9,2:1
3Stressors and Coping Strategies of Medical Staff in the COVID-19 Pandemic in Wuhan显示文摘Exploring whether medical staff perceive stress on the assigned medical tasks,what are the specific sources of stress,what are the tangible sources of support they expected to be helpful,and individual coping with stress to provide more accurate,personal support for psychological crisis.This study uses a cross-sectional descriptive survey adopting convenience sampling among the medical staff who worked for over seven days in the infected areas of one Grade 2A and three Grade 3A hospitals during the COVID-19 pandemic.The assessment includes attitude when receiving tasks,major stressors,factors relieving stress,and personal management of stress.A total of 104(76.8%)valid questionnaires are received.A majority(94.3%)of the medical staff held a positive attitude taking duty for granted but feeling nervous and afraid(81.1%).Contacting the infected(90.6%)and compensation(92.5%)are the main concerns.The major pressure sources are regarding safety for oneself(98.1%),colleagues(92.5%),and family(94.3%),as well as lack of effective treatment(92.5%),inadequate protective equipment(94.3%)and incomplete disinfection(94.3%).The main positive pressure adjustments include strict infection controlling measures(98.4%),maintaining a positive attitude(95.2%),actively attain more information 95.2%,and engage in recreational activities(93.6%),but more than 40%takes negative adjustments to vent their emotions and relieve anxiety,suggesting the importance of early psychological intervention.During the COVID-19 pandemic,the main stressors among medical staff are safety,uncertainty and shortage of resources.Positive coping includes taking effective protective measures and achieving thorough understanding of the virus.Long Liu Yanlin Shi Xiyan Fei Zhenzhen Wang Zhi Wang Li Li Lin Ding Qiaoyuan Yan 2021International Journal of Mental Health Promotion2021,23,3:1
4Analysis on Agrometeorological Conditions of Production of Winter Wheat and Rape Crops in Western Guizhou in 2019显示文摘Whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was from October of 2019 to early May of 2020.Using daily temperature,rainfall and sunshine hours of three national meteorological observatories(Shuicheng,Panzhou and Liuzhi)of western Guizhou,the impact of meteorological conditions on growth and development of winter wheat and rape crops was analyzed.The results showed that average temperature in whole growth period of winter wheat and rape crops in western Guizhou in 2019 was between 11.1 and 13.0℃,which was 0.4-1.6℃higher than that in the same period of common year.Rainfall was between 276.0 and 309.0 mm.When compared with that in the same period of common year,rainfall was 7%-22%less in other regions except in Panzhou(1%more).Sunshine hours was between 689.2 and 1091.2 h.When compared with that in the same period of common year,sunshine hours was 14%-26%more in other regions except in Shuicheng(equal).In growth period of winter wheat and rape crops,there was good heat condition and sufficient sunshine,and rainfall was normal and slightly less,but it was mostly sunny and rainy alternating,which was favorable for the growth of crop root.During growth period of crops,there was lighter meteorological disaster.It was clear that meteorological conditions were conducive to the growth and development of winter wheat and rape crops in 2019.Lijuan LIU Zaixiang CHI Yan PENG Zijiang YANG Yanlin XIAO Ruyong LONG 2020Meteorological and Environmental Research2020,11,4:0
