2High-speed image reconstruction for optically sectioned,super-resolution structured illumination microscopy显示文摘Super-resolution structured illumination microscopy(SR-SIM)is an outstanding method for visualizing the subcellular dynamics in living cells.To date,by using elaborately designed systems and algorithms,SR-SIM can achieve rapid,optically sectioned,SR observation with hundreds to thousands of time points.However,real-time observation is still out of reach for most SIM setups as conventional algorithms for image reconstruction involve a heavy computing burden.To address this limitation,an accelerated reconstruction algorithm was developed by implementing a simplified workflow for SR-SIM,termed joint space and frequency reconstruction.This algorithm results in an 80-fold improvement in reconstruction speed relative to the widely used Wiener-SIM.Critically,the increased processing speed does not come at the expense of spatial resolution or sectioning capability,as demonstrated by live imaging of microtubule dynamics and mitochondrial tubulation.Zhaojun Wang Tianyu Zhao Huiwen Hao Yanan Cai Kun Feng Xue Yun Yansheng Liang Shaowei Wang Yujie Sun Piero RBianco Kwangsung Oh Ming Lei 2022Advanced Photonics2022,4,2:9
3Large-scale highly ordered periodic Au nano-discs/graphene and graphene/Au nanoholes plasmonic substrates for surface-enhanced Raman scattering显示文摘In this paper,the study of using masks to directly generate large area,highly ordered and periodical nanostructure has been exhibited.Periodic Au nano-discs(NDs)arrays have been fabricated on top of graphene by using holey SigN4 mask which is directly fixed on top of graphene and Au metal is deposited through the holes in mask by thermal evaporation method under vacuum condition.This fabrication method provides an easy,fast and cost efficiency way to generate periodical nanostructure.Also,Au nanoholes(NHs)structure has been studied by using holey SigN4 as a template.The surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)sensitvities of periodical Au NDs/graphene and graphene/Au NHs hybrid structures have been systematically studied.The internal mechanisms could be explained by chemical mechanism effect of graphene and electromagnetic mechanism effect of metallic nano-structures.The enhancement factors have been systematically investigated by varying the diameter and the thickness of Au discs and Au NHs.Raman mappings of Au NDs with 2.5 um diameter ilustrate that the larger SERS enhancements exist in the rim of NDs which has good agreement with the electric field simulation result.The SERE enhancement factors of fluorescein obtained from Au NDs/graphene substrates shows an improvement factor of 500%in comparison of graphene substrate.The calculated SERS enhancement factors of graphene/Au NHs achieve 1,200%in comparison of graphene/planar Au film substrate.Yansheng Liu Feng Luo 2019Nano Research2019,12,11:2
4Spatial Raman mapping investigation of SERS performance related to localized surface plasmons显示文摘In this research,it reported a novel three-dimensional(3D)metallic hybrid system by introducing single-layer graphene(SLG)between silver nanoparticles(NPs)and silver nano-discs(NDs)arrays(Ag NPs/SLG/Ag NDs).By combining the plasmonic metallic nanostructures and the unique physical/chemical properties of graphene,Ag NPs/SLG/Ag NDs hybrid substrate was fabricated,and it exhibited extremely high surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)performance.By tuning the diameter of Ag NDs,the SERS performance of Ag NPs/SLG/Ag NDs hybrid substrate has been systematically studied.The detection limit for rhodamine 6g(R6G)could reach the concentrations as low as 1×10^−12 mol/L,and the average enhancement factor(EF)of the Ag NPs/SLG/Ag NDs substrate could reach 5.65×10^8.These advantages indicated that the Ag NPs/SLG/Ag NDs hybrid substrate could be regarded as a candidate for organic molecules detection under extremely low concentration.Besides,spatial Raman mapping of Ag NPs/SLG/Ag NDs with 2.5μm diameter NDs showed the larger SERE signal existed around the rim of Ag NDs which was related to the localized surface plasmons.This phenomenon was contributed by a larger electromagnetic field which was tuned by Ag NPs and the edge of Ag NDs.This mechanism also has been confirmed by the electromagnetic simulation result.Yansheng Liu Feng Luo 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:2

14Synthetic process and spark plasma sintering of SrIrO_(3) composite oxide显示文摘Single phase of SrIrO_(3) powders and ceramics were obtained by solid-state chemical reaction method and spark plasma sintering(SPS)technique,respectively.Phase evolutions,characteristics,morphology and resistivity of the samples were studied by using thermogravimetric analysis-differential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),X-ray diffractometry(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and four-point probe method,respectively.The results showed that the reaction process to form SrIrO_(3) phase occurred between SrCO_(3) and IrO_(2) directly during the heating process.By using optimum fabrication conditions established from the TG-DSC results,single phase of SrIrO_(3) powders was synthesized at 800-1000℃.SrIrO_(3) ceramics were sintered by SPS technique at 1000-1100℃with a pressure of 30 MPa,showing a high relative density of 92%-96%and dense microstructure.The room-temperature resistivity of SrIrO_(3) ceramics was about 2×10^(-4)Ω×m.The present study can provide high-quality ceramic target for the preparation of SrIrO_(3) films in traditional physical vapor deposition(PVD)method.Yongshang TIAN Yansheng GONG Zhaoying LI Feng JIANG Hongyun JIN 2013Journal of Advanced Ceramics2013,2,4:0
15A study of plasmon-driven catalytic 4-NBT to DMAB in the dry film by using spatial Raman mapping spectroscopy显示文摘Plasmon-driven catalytic reaction(PDCR)as a part of photocatalysis has attracted immense attention.Due to the collective oscillation of free electrons at the surface of metallic nanostructures,the charge distributions store energy from the incident light that could transfer energy to molecules that promote photocatalysis.As an environment-friendly and green photocatalysis process,PDCR illustrates a brilliant future.In this study,the PDCR efficiency of photo-reducing 4-nitro-benzenthiol(4-NBT)dry film to p,p'-dimercaptoazobenzene(DMAB)in ambient conditions has been studied by using Ag nanodiscs(NDs)and Ag nanoparticles(NPs)as catalysts.The distribution of catalytic efficiency of 4-NBT to DMAB using an individual Ag ND catalyst has been illustrated using spatial Raman mapping.The result is direct evidence that the PDCR efficiency has a positive correlation with plasmon-induced electromagnetic field intensity.Additionally,time-dependent surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)experiments reveal that the PDCR of 4-NBT to DMAB is reciprocal.The discovery in this research will aid to improve the PDCR performance and modulate the catalysis reaction for a high reduction of 4-NBT in industrial.Yansheng Liu Junpeng Deng Zhicheng Jin Tianxing Liu Jin Zhou Feng Luo Guofu Wang 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:0

17Targeted treatment strategy for patients with severe pulmonary hypertension secondary to connective tissue diseases显示文摘Background:Pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)associated with connective tissue diseases(CTD)(CTD-PAH)remains a difficult challenge in clinical practice.We aimed to evaluate the effects of targeted vasodilators in patients with severe CTD-PAH.Methods:The data of 53 patients with severe CTD-PAH hospitalized at the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,The Affiliated Drum Tower Hospital of Nanjing University Medical School,were retrospectively reviewed.Patients were followed up for an average of 2 years to track their outcomes.The efficacy of treatment and the survival rate of patients with severe CTD-PAH were determined.Results:Among the causes of severe CTD-PAH,systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)was the most common(39.6%),and the age at onset in patients with SLE-PAH was younger than that of patients with other CTD.Bosentan was more effective than sildenafil in reducing pulmonary artery pressure,improving cardiac function,and increasing survival time.Combination therapy with targeted vasodilators significantly improved the prognosis of patients with severe CTD-PAH compared with monotherapy.Conclusions:Patients with severe CTD-PAH should be treated early with targeted vasodilators.In this study,bosentan was superior to sildenafil.Combined treatment might be an option for severe CTD-PAH.Bo Jiang Chun Wang Yansheng Jin Guanjun Guo Kangxing Zhou Xuebing Feng Genhong Yao 2023Rheumatology & Autoimmunity2023,3,3:0
