1Smart Travel Based on Space-Time Behavior Study显示文摘In view of the significant demands and development trends of urbanization during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period, 'smart city' has attracted wide attention as an advanced city development concept in China. Under the circumstance of rapid urbanization, traffic congestion and accessibility defi ciency become major challenges to many Chinese cities, as transportation and travel are closely related to the effi ciency of a city's operation and the quality of people's life. As essential part of smart city planning and management, smart travel offers an effective behavior planning countermeasure to reduce the amount of urban traffi c and optimize the space-time distribution of travels and provides an effective technology to enrich the theories and methodologies of urban and transportation planning. Orienting at the practical demand of citizens and focusing on their travel behavior, this paper carries out a discussion on the smart travel framework based on space-time behavior study and analyzes smart travel planning and its policy route from multiple perspectives, including a prediction on travel demand, transportation planning, public policy-making, and urban planning. 6Impacts of Sand and Dust Storms on Regional Economy Based on Stochastic CGE Model : A Case Study in Inner Mongolia, China显示文摘[Objectives]The paper was to study the impacts of sand and dust storms(SDS)on regional economy.[Methods]In this paper,we combined the computable general equilibrium(CGE)model and the Monte Carlo method to examine the impact of SDS on the regional economy,with a focus on GDP,price index,employment rate,industrial structure and output,income and expenditure.We extended the standard CGE model,introduced the stochastic parameters into the production module,which had significant impact on economic output,and inserted the rate of change of the total labor supply and the expenditure share of early warning and protective measures into the income and expenditure module.[Results]SDS had significant impacts on regional GDP,employment rate,and industrial output from a macro perspective,and can reduce the income of residents and enterprises and increase expenditures from a micro perspective.The impact can be reduced by taking early warning and protective measures.[Conclusions]The protective measures taken for different grades of SDS have different effects.Xinjiletu YANG Yanwei YUE Weihong HAN Huiyan YIN Chunyan MAO 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,11:0
7Effect Mechanism of Low-level PFOS Isomers to A.thaliana Leaves Using High-throughput Untargeted Metabolomics显示文摘The ecotoxicity of perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)to plants has been reported,but the lack of study on the effect of PFOS isomers is of concern.In this paper,the effect mechanism of Arabidopsis thaliana(A.thaliana)against two different concentrations of L-PFOS or perfluoro-3-methylheptanesulfonate(P3MHpS)was investigated via metabolomics.The metabolism of Arabidopsis thaliana leaves was investigated via the metabolomics strategy and statistical analysis.And 41 biomarkers for L-PFOS and 32 biomarkers for P3MHpS were found and identified.There was no significant difference of saccharides between L-PFOS and P3MHpS.More amino acids were affected by P3MHpS than by L-PFOS in high-level exposure group,while the opposite phenomenon was observed in low-level exposure group.More phytohormones were affected by L-PFOS than by P3MHpS in the high-level exposure group,however,the elevated level of indole phytohormones was significantly higher by P3MHpS than by L-PFOS.The level of up-regulation of(poly)phenols in L-PFOS group was significantly higher than that in P3MHpS group.The affected aliphatic glucosinolate metabolism was firstly observed with higher up-regulation induced by L-PFOS than by P3MHpS.New insight of phytotoxicity of PFOS isomers to plants was provided.WANG Hao ZHANG Yue ZHAO Liuqing HE Zeying ZHANG Jingran LIU Bingjie LIU Xiaowei ZHANG Yanwei 2023Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2023,39,3:0
