1A review of topology optimization for additive manufacturing:Status and challenges显示文摘Topology optimization was developed as an advanced structural design methodology to generate innovative lightweight and high-performance configurations that are difficult to obtain with conventional ideas.Additive manufacturing is an advanced manufacturing technique building asdesigned structures via layer-by-layer joining material,providing an alternative pattern for complex components.The integration of topology optimization and additive manufacturing can make the most of their advantages and potentials,and has wide application prospects in modern manufacturing.This article reviews the main content and applications of the research on the integration of topology optimization and additive manufacturing in recent years,including multi-scale or hierarchical structural optimization design and topology optimization considering additive manufacturing constraints.Meanwhile,some challenges of structural design approaches for additive manufacturing are discussed,such as the performance characterization and scale effects of additively manufactured lattice structures,the anisotropy and fatigue performance of additively manufactured material,and additively manufactured functionally graded material issues,etc.It is shown that in the research of topology optimization for additive manufacturing,the integration of material,structure,process and performance is important to pursue high-performance,multi-functional and lightweight production.This article provides a reference for further related research and aerospace applications.Jihong ZHU Han ZHOU Chuang WANG Lu ZHOU Shangqin YUAN Weihong ZHANG 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,1:33
2Secondary organic carbon quantification and source apportionment of PM_(10) in Kaifeng, China显示文摘During 2005, the filter samples of ambient PM10 from five sites and the source samples of particulate matter were collected in Kaifeng, Henan Province of China. Nineteen elements, water-soluble ions, total carbon (TC) and organic carbon (OC) contained in samples were analyzed. Seven contributive source types were identified and their contributions to ambient PM10 were estimated by chemical mass balance (CMB) receptor model. Weak associations between the concentrations of organic carbon and element carbon (EC) were observed during the sampling periods, indicating that there was secondary organic aerosol pollution in the urban atmosphere. An indirect method of 'OC/EC minimum ratio' was applied to estimate the concentration of secondary organic carbon (SOC). The results showed that SOC contributed 26.2%, 32.4% and 18.0% of TC in spring, summer-fall and winter, respectively, and the annual average SOC concentration was 7.07 μg/m3, accounting for 5.73% of the total mass in ambient PM10. 3Mining User Interest in Microblogs with a User-Topic Model显示文摘Microblogs have become an important platform for people to publish,transform information and acquire knowledge.This paper focuses on the problem of discovering user interest in microblogs.In this paper,we propose a topic mining model based on Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) named user-topic model.For each user,the interests are divided into two parts by different ways to generate the microblogs:original interest and retweet interest.We represent a Gibbs sampling implementation for inference the parameters of our model,and discover not only user's original interest,but also retweet interest.Then we combine original interest and retweet interest to compute interest words for users.Experiments on a dataset of Sina microblogs demonstrate that our model is able to discover user interest effectively and outperforms existing topic models in this task.And we find that original interest and retweet interest are similar and the topics of interest contain user labels.The interest words discovered by our model reflect user labels,but range is much broader.HE Li JIA Yan HAN Weihong DING Zhaoyun 2014China Communications2014,11,8:17
4Multi-scale design and optimization for solid-lattice hybrid structures and their application to aerospace vehicle components显示文摘By integrating topology optimization and lattice-based optimization,a novel multi-scale design method is proposed to create solid-lattice hybrid structures and thus to improve the mechanical performance as well as reduce the structural weight.To achieve this purpose,a two-step procedure is developed to design and optimize the innovative structures.Initially,the classical topology optimization is utilized to find the optimal material layout and primary load carrying paths.Afterwards,the solid-lattice hybrid structures are reconstructed using the finite element mesh based modeling method.And lattice-based optimization is performed to obtain the optimal crosssection area of the lattice structures.Finally,two typical aerospace structures are optimized to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed optimization framework.The numerical results are quite encouraging since the solid-lattice hybrid structures obtained by the presented approach show remarkably improved performance when compared with traditional designs.Chuang WANG Jihong ZHU Manqiao WU Jie HOU Han ZHOU Lu MENG Chenyang LI Weihong ZHANG 2021Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2021,34,5:14
5Negative pressure catheter drainage and jejunal feeding for descending necrotizing mediastinitis by interventional techniques:a retrospective study显示文摘Purpose: Descending necrotizing mediastinitis(DNM) is a lethal and acute suppurative disease. This report aimed to summarize our experience in the treatment of DNM with continuous negative pressure catheter drainage and transnasal jejunal feeding by interventional techniques. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed relevant clinical data of patients with DNM who underwent continuous negative pressure catheter drainage and transnasal jejunal feeding. All drainage catheters and jejunal feeding tubes were inserte d by interventional techniques. Results: In total, 21 patients were diagnosed with DNM by esophagography and computed tomography(CT). Catheters for the drainage of mediastinal abscesses as well as transnasal jejunal feeding tubes were successfully placed in all patients, indicating a 100% success rate. Of all patients, 13 underwent insertion of abscess drainage catheters through percutaneous puncture under DynaCT guidance, while eight had drainage catheter insertion through fistula orifices in the posterior nasopharyngeal wall or esophagus under fluoroscopic guidance. In total, 26 drainage tubes were inserted. One patient with diabetes died of sepsis and diabetic ketoacidosis 5 days postoperatively, while the remaining 20 patients showed good recovery with successful removal of the drainage catheters. Durations of catheterization were 45.2±50.44 days. The overall clinical success rate was 95.2%. 7Ferritin as a diagnostic, differential diagnostic, and prognostic marker for immune-related adverse events显示文摘Objective:Distinguishing immune-related adverse events(irAEs)caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)from the AEs caused by chemotherapy,targeted therapy,or infection is highly difficult.This study offers new insights into evaluating the diagnosis,differential diagnostic,and prognostic value of ferritin for irAEs induced by ICIs.Methods:From December 1,2018,to April 1,2019,we examined 318 patients with malignant tumors who received serum ferritin monitoring.The cohort comprised 231 patients treated with PD-1 inhibitor or combination with chemotherapy,and 87 patients treated with chemotherapy.Of the 231 patients,90 had irAEs(irAE group),70 had non-irAEs(non-irAE group),67 had no AEs(no irAE-non irAE group),and 4 had unclassified AEs.In the 87 patients,60 had AEs(AE group),and 27 had no AEs(no AE group).Statistical analyses were conducted with nonparametric Mann-Whitney tests.Results:At the onset of AEs in the irAE group,ferritin(normal range,35–150μg/L)rose to a median of 927μg/L(range,117–17,825μg/L)from 86μg/L at baseline(range,29–421μg/L)(P<0.001).Ferritin levels at the onset of AEs in the irAE group were significantly higher than those in the non-irAE group(median,81μg/L;range,32–478μg/L)(P<0.001)and the AE group(median,103μg/L;range,23–712μg/L)(P<0.001).After treatment in the irAE group,ferritin continuously decreased to a normal range in recovered patients,showed no significant changes in stable patients,and continued to rise in patients who died.Conclusions:Ferritin can be used as a diagnostic,differential diagnostic,and prognostic marker for irAEs in patients treated with ICIs.Weihong Zhang Yuan Meng Lin Yang Meng Shen Li Zhou Runmei Li Yang Wang Weijiao Du Yanjuan Xiong Ying Han Xinwei Zhang Liang Liu Xiubao Ren 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,4:4
8A bifunctional MnO_x@PTFE catalytic membrane for efficient low temperature NO_x-SCR and dust removal显示文摘Low-temperature selective catalytic reduction of NOx combined with dust removal technique due to its energy conservation characteristic has been attracted much attention for fume purification.In this work,the MnOx wrapped PTFE membrane with efficient dust removal and low-temperature NH3-SCR has been prepared with a facile route.MnOxwith different crystal structures was uniformly grown around the PTFE fibrils through water bath.The flower-sphere-like MnOx@PTFE(O-MnOx@PTFE)and lamellar-interlaced ripple-like MnOx@PTFE(W-MnOx@PTFE)have large specific surface area which is favorable for enhancing catalytic performance.Also,the uniformly wrapped W-MnOxaround the PTFE fibrils optimized the pore structure for ultrafine dust capture.The membrane can almost 100%reject particles that are smaller than 1.0μm with a low filtration resistance.Meanwhile,W-MnOx@PTFE with more surface chemisorbed oxygen has the best NO conversion efficiency of 100%at a comparatively low and wide activity temperature window of 160–210°C,which is far to the thermal limitation of the PTFE.Therefore,this efficient and energy conserving membrane has a bright application prospects for tail gas treatment compared to the original treatment process.Shasha Feng Mengdi Zhou Feng Han Zhaoxiang Zhong Weihong Xing 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,5:4
9Catalytic performance of hybrid Pt@ZnO NRs on carbon fibers for methanol electro-oxidation显示文摘A novel Pt@ZnO nanorod/carbon fiber(NR/CF) with hierarchical structure was prepared by atomic layer deposition combined with hydrothermal synthesis and magnetron sputtering(MS). The morphology of Pt changes from nanoparticle to nanorod bundle with controlled thickness of Pt between 10 and 50 nm.Significantly, with the increase of voltage from 0 to 0.6 V(vs. standard calomel electrode), the prompt photocurrent generated on Zn O NR/CF increases from 0.235 to 0.725 m A. Besides, the Pt@Zn O NR/CF exhibited higher electrochemical active surface area(ECSA) value, better methanol oxidation ability and CO tolerance than Pt@CF, which demonstrated the importance of the multifunctional Zn O support. As the thickness of Pt increasing from 10 to 50 nm, the ECSA values were improved proportionally, leading to the improvement of methanol oxidation ability. 10Network Security Incidents Frequency Prediction Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm and LSSVM显示文摘Since the frequency of network security incidents is nonlinear,traditional prediction methods such as ARMA,Gray systems are difficult to deal with the problem.When the size of sample is small,methods based on artificial neural network may not reach a high degree of preciseness.Least Squares Support Vector Machines (LSSVM) is a kind of machine learning methods based on the statistics learning theory,it can be applied to solve small sample and non-linear problems very well.This paper applied LSSVM to predict the occur frequency of network security incidents.To improve the accuracy,it used an improved genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters of LSSVM.Verified by real data sets,the improved genetic algorithm (IGA) converges faster than the simple genetic algorithm (SGA),and has a higher efficiency in the optimization procedure.Specially,the optimized LSSVM model worked very well on the prediction of frequency of network security incidents.ZHAO Guangyao ZOU Peng HAN Weihong 2010China Communications2010,7,4:2
