| 4 | Estimation of Ecological Water Requirements Based on Habitat Response to Water Level in Huanghe River Delta,China显示文摘In recent years,wetland ecological water requirements (EWRs) have been estimated by using hydrological and functional approaches,but those approaches have not yet been integrated for a whole ecosystem.This paper presents a new method for calculating wetland EWRs,which is based on the response of habitats to water level,and determines water level threshold through the functional integrity of habitats.Results show that in the Huanghe (Yellow) River Delta water levels between 5.0 m and 5.5 m are required to maintain the functional integrity of the wetland at a value higher than 0.7.One of the dominant plants in the delta,Phragmites australis,tolerates water level fluctuation of about ± 0.25 m without the change in wetland functional integrity.The minimum,optimum and maximum EWRs for the Huanghe River Delta are 9.42×106 m3,15.56×106 m3 and 24.12×106 m3 with water levels of 5.0 m,5.2 m and 5.5 m,corresponding to functional integrity indices of 0.70,0.84 and 0.72,respectively.A wetland restoration program has been performed,which aims to meet these EWRs in attempt to recover from losses of up to 98% in the delta's former wetland area. | CUI Baoshan HUA Yanyan WANG Chongfang LIAO Xiaolin TAN Xuejie TAO Wendong | 2010 | Chinese Geographical Science2010,20,4: | 7 |
| 5 | Efficacy and safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for generalised anxiety disorder: A metaanalysis显示文摘Background Pharmacological and conventional nonpharmacological treatments are only moderately effective in treatingeneralised anxiety disorder(GAD).Recently,repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)has attracted interest because of its potential therapeutic value.Aim To investigate the efficacy and safety of rTMS treatment for GAD.Methods Literature studies published in English or Chinese were screened in 10 electronic databases up to 5 December 2018.The included studies'bias risk was assessed using Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool.Meta-analysis was performed to compute the standardised mean difference(SMD)and risk ratio(RR)along with its 95%Cis through using RevMan V.5.3.Heterogeneity was inspected by I2 and the χ2 test.We performed subgroup analysis and meta-regression to investigate heterogeneity.We used funnel plot to assess publication bias.We used the GRADE approach to assess the whole quality of evidence.Results Twenty-one studies,with a total sample size of 1481,were analysed.The risk of bias in most studies included is moderate,the majority of which are lacking of blinding methods of treatment allocation.The treatment had beneficial effects in the rTMS group compared with the control group in mean anxiety score(SMD=-0.68;95%Cl-0.89 to-0.46).None of the 21 studies included here reported severe adverse events.As for dropout rates,there are no statistically significant differences between the two groups(RR 1.14,95%Cl 0.72 to 1.82)or adverse events(RR 0.95,95%Cl 0.77 to 1.18).No particular influence on the heterogeneity of any variable was observed.The risk of publication bias was low.According to the GRADE approach,the evidence levels of primary outcome(treatment effects)and secondary outcomes(acceptability and safety)were rated as‘medium’.Conclusion The use of rTMS combined with medication treatment may have a significant positive anti-anxiety effect on patients with GAD.However,we should interpret the results cautiously due to the relatively high heterogeneity of the meta-analysis.Future high-quality clinical trials are needed to confirm our results. | Huiru Cui Lijuan Jiang Yanyan Wei Wei Li Hui Li Junjuan Zhu Jiaoyan Pang Jijun Wang Chunbo Li | 2019 | General Psychiatry2019,32,5: | 5 |

| 7 | Epitope variation in the Newcastle disease virus HN gene under antibody immune selective pressure in cell culture显示文摘The influence of antibody immune selective pressure on Newcastle disease virus (NDV) HN and F gene mutations was studied in cell cultures.NDV field strain TZ060107 was inoculated into chicken embryo fibroblast cells and continuously passaged with (group A) or without (group B) anti-NDV monospecific serum.Each group contained three independent passage series.HN and F genes were amplified and sequenced for the 10th,20th,30th,40th and 50th generations of each serial passage,and compared with the original strain.The results demonstrated that increased HN gene mutations were observed in group A with the antibody than in group B without the antibody.The nonsynonymous (NS) to synonymous (S) mutations ratio was 6 for group A,significantly higher than 3.4 in group B.In group A with the antibody,there were five stable NS mutations in HN gene,three of which (related to aa#353,521 and 568) were related to known epitopes.There were two stable NS mutations in F gene in group A,but no stable NS mutations in group B.The NS/S ratios of F gene were less than 2.5 for both groups A and B.Our results suggested that the antibody strongly influenced HN gene mutations,while the F gene was less influenced by the same antibody. | GONG YanYan CUI ZhiZhong | 2011 | Science China(Life Sciences)2011,54,5: | 2 |

| 9 | High entropy fluorides as conversion cathodes with tailorable electrochemical performance显示文摘With the recent development of high entropy materials, an alternative approach to develop advanced functional materials with distinctive properties that show improved values compared to conventional materials has been provided. The high entropy concept was later successfully transferred to metal fluorides and high entropy fluorides(HEFs) were successfully synthesized. Owing to their high theoretical specific capacities in energy storage applications, HEFs were utilized as cathode materials for lithiumion batteries(LIBs) and their underlying storage mechanisms were investigated. Instead of a step-bystep reduction of each individual metal cation, the HEFs seem to exhibit a single-step reduction process,indicating a solid solution compound instead of merely a mixture of different metal fluorides. It was also observed that the electrochemical behavior of the HEFs depends on each individual incorporated element. Therefore, by altering the elemental composition, new materials that exhibit improved electrochemical properties can be designed. | 10 | Inhibition of Breast Cancer Resistance Protein(BCRP) by Ko143 Can Affect Pharmacokinetics of Enrofloxacin in Exopalaemon carinicauda显示文摘Adenosine triphosphate-binding cassette transporter breast cancer resistance protein(BCRP) exists highly in the apical membranes of epithelia, and is involved in drug availability. Ko143 is a typical inhibitor of BCRP in rodents. The synthetic antibacterial agent enrofloxacin(ENRO) is a fluoroquinolone employed as veterinary and aquatic medicine, and also a substrate for BCRP. BCRP gene highly expressed in the hepatopancreas and intestine of Exopalaemon carinicauda as was determined with real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-q PCR) method. The effects of Ko143 on the abundance of BCRP m RNA and ENRO pharmacokinetics in E. carinicauda were studied. The m RNA abundance of BCRP decreased significantly in hepatopancreas and intestine(P < 0.05) after Ko143 treatment. Co-administration of Ko143 significantly changed the pharmacokinetics of orally administered enrofloxacin, which was supported by higher distribution half-life(t_(1/2α)), elimination half-life(t_(1/2β)), area under the curve up to the last measurable concentration(AUC_(0-t)), peak concentration(C_(max)) and lower clearance(CL/F). These findings revealed that Ko143 downregulates BCRP expression in hepatopancreas and intestine, thus affects the pharmacokinetics of orally administered enrofloxacin in E. carinicauda.
