22024-T3铝合金在硫酸-硼酸-磷酸中的阳极氧化和腐蚀行为(英文)显示文摘在含有10%硫酸、5%硼酸和2%磷酸的混合电解液中,对2024-T3铝合金进行阳极氧化处理,以提高其耐腐蚀性能。使用电化学阻抗频谱分析研究阳极氧化处理后合金的腐蚀行为。利用塔菲尔图和盐水喷雾技术进行对比发现,与只用磷酸或硫酸和硼酸的电解液相比,使用含有10%硫酸、5%硼酸和2%磷酸的混合电解液阳极氧化处理后的2024-T3铝合金,具有更好的耐腐蚀性和持久性。该电解液可以替代普遍用于阳极氧化铝合金的铬酸盐浴。M. 3口腔护理对危重症患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎预防的影响显示文摘目的:本研究的目的是明确口腔护理措施对重症监护室患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的影响。方法:本临床实验纳入2015-2016年间的100名患者,随机分为对照组(接受护士的口腔护理)和干预组(接受研究人员的系统口腔护理)。根据干预组患者的口腔健康状况,按照Beck口腔护理频次评价表(BOAS)确定需要接受口腔护理的频次。每次护理均包括调整气管内套管压力、用牙膏刷牙、使用抗菌药和嘴唇保湿。口腔检查采用BOAS和口腔黏膜菌斑量表评分,肺炎监测采用临床肺部感染评分。结果:第1~5天,两组患者的BOAS评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3~5天,两组患者的口腔黏膜菌斑评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3天和第5天,对照组肺炎发生率分别为10%(5例)和14%(7例),干预组肺炎发生率分别为4%(2例)和10%(5例),Fisher检验无统计学差异(P=0.538),但与对照组相比,干预组肺炎的发生率降低。结论:与传统的口腔护理措施比较,系统口腔护理虽然没有显著降低危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,但显著改善了其口腔健康状况和口腔黏膜菌斑评分。Abdullah Haghighi Vida Shafipour Masoumeh Bagheri-Nesami Afshin Gholipour Baradari Jamshid Yazdani Charati 2017中国护理管理2017,17,3:14
4Micro RNAs in colorectal cancer:Role in metastasis and clinical perspectives显示文摘Colorectal cancer(CRC)is the third most common malignancy and the third leading cause of cancer related deaths in the United States.Almost 90%of the patients diagnosed with CRC die due to metastases.Micro RNAs(mi RNAs)are evolutionarily conserved molecules that modulate the expression of their target genes post-transcriptionally,and they may participate in various physiological and pathological processes including CRC metastasis by influencing various factors in the human body.Recently,the role mi RNAs play throughout the CRC metastatic cascade has gain attention.Many studies have been published to link them with CRC metastasis.In this review,we will briefly discuss metastatic steps in the light of mi RNAs,along with their target genes.We will discuss how the aberration in the expression of mi RNAs leads to the formation of CRC by effecting the regulation of their target genes.As mi RNAs are being exploited for diagnosis,prognosis,and monitoring of cancer and other diseases,their high tissue specificity and critical role in oncogenesis make them new biomarkers for the diagnosis and classification of cancer as well as for predicting patients’outcome.Mi RNA signatures have been identified for many human tumors including CRC,and mi RNA-based therapies to treat cancer have been emphasized lately.These will also be discussed in this review.Shan Muhammad Kavanjit Kaur Rui Huang Qian Zhang Paviter Kaur Hamza Obaid Yazdani Muhammad Umar Bilal Jiang Zheng Liu Zheng Xi-Shan Wang 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,45:13

9Differential reactivity of mouse monoclonal anti-HBs antibodies with recombinant mutant HBs antigens显示文摘AIM: To investigate the reactivity of a panel of 8 mouse anti-hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) using a collection of 9 recombinant HBsAg mutants with a variety of amino acid substitutions mostly located within the “a” region.METHODS: The entire HBs genes previously cloned into a mammalian expression vector were transiently transfected into COS7 cells. Two standard unmutated sequences of the ayw and adw subtypes served as controls. Secreted mutant proteins were collected and measured by three commercial diagnostic immunoassays to assess transfection efficiency. Reactivity of anti-HBs mAbs with mutated HBsAgs was determined by sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).RESULTS: Reactivity of anti-HBs mAbs with mutated HBsAgs revealed different patterns. While three mutants reacted strongly with all mAbs, two mutants reacted weakly with only two mAbs and the remaining proteins displayed variable degrees of reactivity towards different mAbs. Accordingly, four groups of mAbs with different but overlapping reactivity patterns could be envisaged. One group consisting of two mAbs (37C5-S7 and 35C6-S11) was found to recognize stable linear epitopes conserved in all mutants. 10Wear Resistance of Two Nanostructural Bainitic Steels with Different Amounts of Mn and Ni显示文摘Extremely valuable mechanical properties in combination with acceptable wear resistance can make nanostructural bainitic steels to be used extensively in different engineering and tribological applications. However, it is critical to characterize the contributed factors to investigate the wear response of these high-strength materials. This work aims to study the wear behavior of two nanostructural bainitic steels with different amount of austenite stabilizer elements Mn and Ni. For this purpose, wear resistances of the materials were evaluated using the pin-on-disk method. The results indicated that the hardness of the sample is a critical factor affecting the tribological behavior, and the volume fraction and morphology of high-carbon retained austenite are also of considerable importance. 11Manufacturing of cast A356 matrix composite reinforced with nano- to micrometer-sized SiC particles显示文摘In this study, large micron-sized Si C particles were fragmented via ball-milling process in the presence of iron and nickel powders, separately, to fabricate composite powders of Fe–Si C and Ni–Si C. Continuous fracturing of brittle Si C powders leads to the formation of multi-modalsized Si C powders with size of from 50 nm to slightly higher than 10 lm after 36-h ball milling. The milled powders were then incorporated into the semisolid melt of A356 aluminum alloy to ease the incorporation of fine Si C particles by using iron and nickel as their carrier agents.The final as-cast composites were then extruded at 500 °C with a reduction ratio of 9:1. Lower-sized composite powders with slight agglomeration are obtained for the36-h milled Ni–Si C mixture compared to that of Fe–Si C powders, leading to incorporation of Si C particles into the melt with a lower size and suitable distribution for the Ni–Si C mixture. It is found that lower-sized composite particles could release the fine Si C particles into the melt more easily, while large agglomerated composite particles almost remain in its initial form, resulting in sites of stress concentration and low-strength aluminum matrix composites. 13Characterization of NbSi_2–Al_2O_3 nanocomposite coatings prepared with plasma spraying mechanically alloyed powders显示文摘The present study characterized NbS i2–Al2O3 nanocomposite powders plasma-sprayed on Ti–6Al–4Vsubstrates. The powders were agglomerated to obtain suitable particle sizes for spraying. The agglomerated powders were then plasma-sprayed using atmospheric plasma spraying. The structural transformations of the powders along with the morphological and mechanical changes of the coatings were examined by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and hardness testing. The results showed that after plasma spraying, the grain size increased, and the lattice strain decreased. However, the grain size of this compound after spraying was still in the nanometer range. The coating was uniform and exhibited good adhesion to the substrate. 16Effect of sub-zero cooling on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low alloyed austempered ductile iron显示文摘The effect of sub-zero cooling on microstructure and mechanical properties of a low alloyed austempered ductile iron has been investigated. Austempering of samples was performed at 325℃and 400℃after austenitizing at 875℃and 950℃. The sub-zero treatments were carried out by cooling down the samples to -30℃, -70℃and -196℃. The changes in volume fraction of austenite and mechanical properties were determined after cooling to each temperature. The austenite volume fraction of samples which were austenitized at 875℃and austempered at 325℃remained unchanged, whilst it reduced in samples austenitized at 950℃and 875℃for austempering temperature of 400℃. In these specimens, some austenite transformed to martensite after subzero cooling. Mechanical property measurements showed a slight increase in strength and hardness and decrease in elongation and toughness due to this transformation behavior.S. Yazdani M. 19Effect of shot peening process on fatigue behavior of an alloyed austempered ductile iron显示文摘Shot peening is one of the most common surface treatments to improve the fatigue behavior of metallic parts. In this study the effect of shot peening process on the fatigue behavior of an alloyed austempered ductile iron (ADI) has been studied. Austempering heat treatment consisted of austenitizing at 875℃ for 90 min followed by austempering at three different temperatures of 320, 365 and 400℃. Rotating-bending fatigue test was carried out on samples after shot peening by 0.4-0.6 mm shots. XRD and SEM analysis, micro hardness and roughness tests were carried out to study the fatigue behavior of the samples.
