| 2 | A 400MHz Single-Chip CMOS Transceiver for Long Range High Definition Video Transmission in UAV Application显示文摘A fully-integrated 400MHz transceiver for high definition video transmission in Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)is presented.The transceiver integrates a Receiver(RX),a Transmitter(TX),a tunable multi-mode complex filter,two sigma-delta fractional-N PLL frequency synthesizers and some baseband calibration circuits,which is applicable for both Time division duplex(TDD)and Frequency division duplex(FDD)systems.In order to meet different data rate and sensitivity requirements for control signal and video signal transmission,the transceiver supports BPSK/QPSK/QAM modulation.The receiver sensitivity is–75dBm and the transmitter provides emission power up to 12dBm.Besides,the Error vector magnitude(EVM)of–35dB is measured under 64QAM modulation with 54Mbps data rate.Fabricated in a standard 130nm CMOS process and operated at 1.2V supply for most circuits excluding PA,3.3V supply for PA,the receiver and the transmitter consume 68.2mW and 164.3mW,including the frequency synthesizer,respectively.The total chip area with pads is 6.25 mm^2. | HUANG Shuigen LIN Min WANG Ruoyu CHEN Zhuojun DONG Yemin | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2020,29,3: | 1 |
| 3 | Reservoir inflow predicting model based on machine learning algorithm via multi-model fusion:A case study of Jinshuitan river basin显示文摘Flood prevention and disaster mitigation have a great impact on people's lives and properties,and so it is urgent to realise high-accuracy inflow predictions for flood early warning.To this end,a prediction model based on a machine learning algorithm via a multimodel combination method is proposed to predict the inflow of Jinshuitan reservoir.Firstly,a data formatting scheme called the‘hydrological regime profile’is designed for input data.The whole data set is partitioned into a low-flow subset and a high-flow subset.Considering the high dimensions of the complex input data,convolutional neural networks(CNN),EXtreme gradient Boosting model(XGBoost)and a partial least squares model(PLS)are used.In the CNN and XGBoost models,a special loss function weighted on inflow is designed to improve the performance on high-inflow predictions.Finally,a multi-model combination method is proposed to improve the prediction performance.Compared with XGBoost,CNN and PLS,the root mean square error of the combined model is reduced by 41.64%,72.29%and 3.41%,respectively.As a consequence,the combined model is able to predict the inflows with higher accuracy compared to the single models. | Wei Zhang Hanyong Wang Yemin Lin Jianle Jin Wenjuan Liu Xiaolan An | 2021 | IET Cyber-Systems and Robotics2021,3,3: | 1 |

| 5 | Characterization of the tunicamycin gene cluster unveiling unique steps involved in its biosynthesis显示文摘Tunicamycin,a potent reversible translocase I inhibitor,is produced by several Actinomycetes species.The tunicamycin structure is highly unusual,and contains an 11-carbon dialdose sugar and anα,β-1″,11′-glycosidic linkage.Here we report the identification of a gene cluster essential for tunicamycin biosynthesis by high-throughput heterologous expression(HHE)strategy combined with a bioassay.Introduction of the genes into heterologous non-producing Streptomyces hosts results in production of tunicamycin by these strains,demonstrating the role of the genes for the biosynthesis of tunicamycins.Gene disruption experiments coupled with bioinformatic analysis revealed that the tunicamycin gene cluster is minimally composed of 12 genes(tunA–tunL).Amongst these is a putative radical SAM enzyme(Tun B)with a potentially unique role in biosynthetic carbon-carbon bond formation.Hence,a seven-step novel pathway is proposed for tunicamycin biosynthesis.Moreover,two gene clusters for the potential biosynthesis of tunicamycin-like antibiotics were also identified in Streptomyces clavuligerus ATCC 27064 and Actinosynnema mirums DSM 43827.These data provide clarification of the novel mechanisms for tunicamycin biosynthesis,and for the generation of new-designer tunicamycin analogs with selective/enhanced bioactivity via combinatorial biosynthesis strategies. | Wenqing Chen Dongjing Qu Lipeng Zhai Meifeng Tao Yemin Wang Shuangjun Lin Neil P.J.Price Zixin Deng | 2010 | Protein & Cell2010,1,12: | 1 |

Herein, two heterometallic metal coordination polymers are constructed via the “carbonatetemplate” method, formulated as {[Gd_(18)Ni_(24)(IDA)_(22)(CO_(3))_(7)(μ_(3)-OH)_(32)(μ_(2)-OH)_(3)(H_(2)O)_(5)Cl]·Cl_(8)·(H_(2)O)_(14)}nand{[Eu_(18)Ni_(23.5)(IDA)_(22)(CO_(3)_(7)(μ_(3)-OH)_(32)(H_(2)O)_(5)(IN)(CH_(3)COO)_(2)(NH_(2)CH_(2)COO)Cl]·C_(l6)·(H_(2)O)_(17)}n[abbreviated as 1-(Gd_(18)Ni_(24))nand 2-(Eu_(18)Ni_(23.5))n respectively;H_(2)IDA = iminodiacetic acid;HIN = isonicotinic acid]. Concerning the structures, compounds 1-(Gd_(18)Ni_(24))nand 2-(Eu_(18)Ni_(23.5))nboth feature the one-dimensional(1D) chain-like structure which is rarely reported in high-nuclearity metal complexes. Meanwhile, the large presences of Gd3+ ions in compound 1-(Gd18Ni24)nare conducive to the fantastic MCE, and the value of-ΔS_(m)is 35.30 J kg^(-1)K^(-1) at 3.0 K and ΔH = 7.0 T.
