| 1 | Ursolic acid: An overview on its cytotoxic activities against breast and colorectal cancer cells显示文摘Ursolic acid(UA) is a pentacyclic triterpene of the ursane type. As a common chemical constituent among species of the family Lamiaceae, UA possesses a broad spectrum of pharmacological properties. This overview focuses on the anticancer properties of UA against breast cancer(BC) and colorectal cancer(CRC)that are most common among women and men, respectively. In vitro studies have shown that UA inhibited the growth of BC and CRC cell lines through various molecular targets and signaling pathways.There are several in vivo studies on the cytotoxic activity of UA against BC and CRC. UA also inhibits the growth of other types of cancer. Studies on structural modifications of UA have shown that the –OH groups at C3 and at C28 are critical factors influencing the cytotoxic activity of UA and its derivatives.Some needs for future research are suggested. | 2 | Design and implementation of a leader-follower cooperative control system for unmanned helicopters显示文摘In this paper,we present a full scheme for the cooperative control of multiple unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)helicopters.We adopt the leader-follower pattern to maintain a fixed geometrical formation while navigating the UAVs following certain trajectories.More specifically,the leader is commanded to fly on some predefined trajectories,and each follower is controlled to maintain its position in formation using the measurement of its inertial position and the information of the leader position and velocity,obtained through a wireless modem.More specifications are made for multiple UAV formation flight.In order to avoid possible collisions of UAV helicopters in the actual formation flight test,a collision avoidance scheme based on some predefined alert zones and protected zones is employed.Simulations and experimental results are presented to verify our design. | Ben YUN Ben M. | 3 | 去卵巢老年大鼠软骨退变与E_2、MMP-13、TNF-α的相关性显示文摘目的探讨去卵巢老年大鼠雌激素下降与软骨退变的相关性。方法 24只6月龄雌性SD大鼠按数字表法随机分为对照组、去卵巢组和去卵巢+跑步组各8只。对照组常规饲养,去卵巢组行双侧卵巢切除术,去卵巢+跑步组行双侧卵巢切除术合并疲劳训练。5周后处死,取左侧膝关节石蜡包埋,行HE染色、免疫组化分析、膝关节软骨Mankin评分,右侧膝关节抽取关节液检测TNF-α含量,取血清检测E_2含量。结果 (1)膝关节切片HE染色显示:与对照组比较,去卵巢组与去卵巢+跑步组膝关节软骨均出现缺损,其中去卵巢+跑步组缺损最重;(2)与对照组比较,去卵巢组和去卵巢+跑步组mankin评分、膝关节MMP-13表达、关节液TNF-α浓度均明显提高(P<0.01),血清E_2浓度明显降低(P<0.01),且以去卵巢+跑步组变化最为显著。结论老年大鼠雌激素的下降与软骨退变具有一定的相关性。 | KHOO YEW LEE 周逸 张俐 | 2018 | 福建中医药2018，49，2： | 3 |
| 4 | 绿茶提取物EGCG治疗卵巢癌分子机制的生物信息学分析显示文摘目的:通过生物信息学方法分析绿茶提取物茶多酚—表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)治疗卵巢癌的分子机制。方法:在PubChem数据库中查找EGCG活性靶蛋白,在Gene数据库中查找卵巢癌相关基因,运用Ingenuity Pathway Analysis(IPA)软件,构建二者的信号通路和分子网络并进行分析。结果:二者共同作用的通路有232条,排在前面的主要是癌症分子机制通路、炎症反应通路、细胞因子信号通路;共同的分子网络有6个,也主要体现在'细胞死亡与生存,细胞生长、增殖,细胞发育,DNA的复制、重组、修复,转录后修饰与调控,蛋白质合成'等生物学功能上。预测EGCG作用于卵巢癌的靶点主要为Jun、FADD、NF-κB、BCL2、HIF1α和MMP。结论:EGCG可通过干预卵巢癌相关癌症分子信号通路上多个靶点发挥治疗卵巢癌的作用。 | 张牧 宋新强 张雅芳 陈磊 Lee Yew Mun | 2018 | 现代肿瘤医学2018，26，10： | 3 |
