| 1 | 基于卷积神经网络面部图像识别的拖拉机驾驶员疲劳检测显示文摘针对疲劳驾驶极易造成拖拉机交通事故这一问题,该文提出了一种基于卷积神经网络面部特征识别的拖拉机驾驶员疲劳检测方法。首先,利用伽马亮度校正对驾驶员面部图像进行光照预处理,再通过小波包去除图像中的椒盐噪声和高斯噪声,对预处理后的图像分别通过PCA-SCM人脸特征识别定位算法和基于人脸核心特征库及肤色模型的人脸识别算法进行驾驶员面部的识别定位,并通过比对这2种算法识别的偏差大小校验算法识别的有效性,以减小拖拉机工作振动时采样对图像中人脸定位精度的影响。将提取到的驾驶员面部图像输入到卷积神经网络进行深度学习和训练,并建立驾驶员疲劳视觉检测模型,从而实现基于拖拉机驾驶员面部图像的疲劳检测。统计训练过程中各项参数变化情况并进行T-SNE降维迭代分析,与其他常规方法相比,CNN在检测准确度和检测效率方面都有较为明显的优势。试验表明,所提出的检测模型准确率98.9%,图片识别效率38 ms/帧(Inter i7-4510U双核处理器),能够实现拖拉机驾驶员疲劳状况的实时检测,该研究可为解决疲劳驾驶这一安全问题提供参考。 | 卢伟 胡海阳 王家鹏 王玲 Yiming Deng | 2018 | 农业工程学报2018,34,7: | 23 |
| 2 | 褐菇无损采摘柔性手爪设计与试验显示文摘针对娇嫩褐菇自动化无损采摘易损的问题,首先分析了褐菇的生物学特性和力学特性,分别给出拔断和扭断采摘方式抓持力的约束方程,并优选出扭断式采摘方法;通过ANSYS对柔性手指夹持褐菇进行静力学分析,给出柔性手指指节数、褐菇直径及气压与抓持力之间的函数关系,建立评价函数,通过遗传算法优选出3指4指节的柔性手爪结构,以及18.65 kPa的最优抓持控制气压;基于此设计3指4指节的柔性手爪,并进行褐菇采摘试验,结果表明,与刚性手爪相比,柔性手爪抓持力减小,为(2.4±0.3)N;刚性手爪采摘褐菇的抓握处切面5 mm深度内均有损伤,且表面抓痕明显,而柔性手爪抓握处表面和内部均完好无损。说明所设计的3指4指节柔性手爪适于褐菇的自动化无损采摘。 | 卢伟 王鹏 王玲 DENG Yiming | 2020 | 农业机械学报2020,51,11: | 15 |

| 4 | Metallogenic model and prognosis of the Shuiyindong super-large strata-bound Carlin-type gold deposit, southwestern Guizhou Province, China显示文摘The Shuiyindong deposit is one of the largest (more than 100 tonnes of Au) and highest grade (more than 7×10-6-10×10-6), strata-bound Carlintype gold deposits in southwestern Guizhou Province, China. The deposit is controlled by both structure and favorable lithology. It is situated near the axis of the striking Huijiabao anticline and is hosted in bioclastic limestone of the Permian Longtan Formation. Gold mineralization occurred under low temperature with Th of 220℃± and is closely associated with decarbonation, silicification, sulfidation and dolomitization. The deposit has a characteristic elemental assemblage of Au-As-Hg-Tl. Studies of geochemistry and isotope compositions indicated that the ore-bearing materials and fluids of the gold deposit mainly originated from a plutonic source, and possess a mixing feature with the strata matter during transportation from mantle to crust. Fluid inclusions in vein quartz from the gold deposit are rich in volatile flux, indicating that metallogenic fluid is an overpres-sured one. The activity and geothermal state of the Earth's crust in the long period of time are favorable for the formation of overpressured fluids in a large area, and extensive structures would drive the fluids into ore-forming sys-tem and make gold deposits formed. The complexity of structural movement in the upper crust of southwestern Guizhou Province resulted in complicated gold mineralization. | 5 | 基于光声光谱深度扫描的单粒玉米种子发芽率无损检测方法显示文摘【目的】针对目前玉米种子发芽率快速无损检测方法易受种子表皮颜色影响的问题,拟采用光声光谱深度扫描技术提高玉米种子发芽率的检测精度。【方法】选取3种不同颜色、6个品种的玉米样本,利用人工老化方法得到8种不同老化时间的玉米种子;通过调制光谱频率获得7种不同深度的光声光谱信息,并利用主成分分析分别得到最佳扫描频率和特征光谱,比较偏最小二乘法回归、BP神经网络、广义回归神经网络和支持向量回归等发芽率预测模型精度。【结果】光声光谱最佳扫描频率为500 Hz,支持向量回归的预测模型精度最高,相关系数均超过0.9800。6个品种玉米种子的发芽率预测相关系数分别为0.9838,0.9847,0.9836,0.9878,0.9833和0.9947,6个品种混合的玉米种子发芽率预测相关系数为0.9421。【结论】通过拓展光谱、声音和深度信息,光声光谱深度扫描技术适用于不同颜色的玉米发芽率高精度检测,具有较好的泛化能力。 | 王新宇 牛鹏帅 卢伟 DENG Yiming | 2020 | 华南农业大学学报2020,41,6: | 5 |
| 6 | A comparison between acute large vessel occlusion in the posterior circulation and anterior circulation after endovascular treatment:the ANGEL-ACT registry experience显示文摘Background and purpose Endovascular treatment(EVT)has shown an overwhelming benefit for acute anterior circulation artery occlusion(ACO).Whether it can achieve the same outcomes in posterior circulation artery occlusion(PCO)has not been well explained.We aimed to evaluate the characteristics and prognosis of ACO and PCO after EVT in a nationwide registry.Method The present analysis was based on the prospective ANGEL-ACT Registry in China between November 2017 and March 2019.Demographic data,periprocedural times,recanalisation rate,intracranial haemorrhage(ICH)and 90-day functional outcomes were compared between the ACO and PCO groups.Results A total of 1793 patients were analysed including 397(22.1%)consecutive patients with PCO and 1396(77.9%)patients with ACO treated with EVT.A larger proportion of patients with PCO had intracranial atherosclerotic disease and received extra angioplasty during EVT.Successful recanalisation and 90-day favourable functional outcomes did not differ significantly between the two groups.Patients with PCO showed lower 24-hour ICH and symptomatic ICH rates.There was a trend towards higher mortality rate in the PCO group(22.09%vs 14.44%;adjusted OR 1.286(95%CI 0.820 to 2.017),p=0.2731),especially when the onset to puncture time was over 6 hours(30.77%vs 11.13%;adjusted OR 2.673(95%CI 1.280 to 5.583),p=0.0089,interactive p=0.0002).Conclusions In this large prospective multicentre registry,there was a significant difference in the characteristics and periprocedural features between patients with PCO and ACO.However,successful recanalisation and 90-day favourable functional outcomes in PCO were equivalent to those in ACO. | Xuan Sun Jingyu Zhang Xu Tong Baixue Jia Dapeng Mo Ning Ma Feng Gao Lian Liu Xiaochuan Huo Ligang Song Yiming Deng Zhongrong Miao | 2022 | Stroke & Vascular Neurology2022,7,4: | 4 |

| 10 | A novel cancer vaccine with the ability to simultaneously produce anti-PD-1 antibody and GM-CSF in cancer cells and enhance Th1-biased antitumor immunity显示文摘Tumor escape from immune-mediated destruction has been associated with immunosuppressive mechanisms that inhibit T-cell activation.A promising strategy for cancer immunotherapy is to disrupt key pathways regulating immune tolerance,such as program death-1(PD-1/PD-L1)pathway in the tumor environment.However,the determinants of response to anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibodies(mAbs)treatment remain incompletely understood.In murine models,PD-1 blockade alone fails to induce effective immune responses to poorly immunogenic tumors,but is successful when combined with additional interventions,such as cancer vaccines.Novel cancer vaccines combined with antibody may offer promising control of cancer development and progression.In this investigation,we generated a novel tumor cell vaccine simultaneously expressing anti-PD-1 mAbs and granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)in CT26 colon cancer and B16-F10 melanoma.The antitumor effect of the vaccine was verified by therapeutic and adoptive animal experiments in vivo.The antitumor mechanism was analyzed using Flow cytometry,Elispot and in vivo intervention approaches.The results showed that tumor cell vaccine secreting PD-1 neutralizing antibodies and GM-CSF induced remarkable antitumor immune effects and prolonged the survival of tumor-bearing animals compared with animals treated with either PD-1 mAbs or GM-CSF alone.Antitumor effects and prolonged survival correlated with strong antigen-specific T-cell responses by analyzing CD11c^(+)CD86^(+)DC,CD11b^(+)F4/80^(+)MΦcells,increased ratio of Teff/Treg in the tumor microenvironment,and higher secretion levels of Th1 proinflammatory cytokines in serum.Furthermore,the results of ELISPOT and in vivo blocking strategies further confirmed that the antitumor immune response is acquired by CD4 and CD8 T immune responses,primarily dependent on CD4 Th1 immune response,not NK innate immune response.The combination of PD-1 blockade with GM-CSF secretion potency creates a novel tumor cell vaccine immunotherapy,affording significantly improved antitumor responses by releasing the state of immunosuppressive microenvironment and augmenting the tumor-reactive T-cell responses. | Hongwei Tian Gang Shi Qin Wang Yiming Li Qianmei Yang Chunlei Li Guoyou Yang Min Wu Qian Xie Shuang Zhang Yang Yang Rong Xiang Dechao Yu Yuquan Wei Hongxin Deng | 2016 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2016,1,1: | 3 |

| 12 | A mathematical modeling study of the HIV epidemics at two rural townships in the Liangshan Prefecture of the Sichuan Province of China显示文摘Background:As a response to a severe HIV epidemic in the Liangshan Prefecture,one of the worst in China,population based HIV interventions,including two population-wide HIV screening,have been carried out since 2005 at two townships in a remote mountainous region of Liangshan.The objective of our mathematical modeling study is to assess the temporal dynamics of the HIV epidemic in the two townships based on the data collected in the study area during the period 2005e2010.Methods:A mathematical model was set up to describe the population dynamics of HIV transmission in study area.The model was calibrated by fitting it to the HIV testing and treatment data from 2005 to 2008.Validation of the model was done by comparing its predicted value of HIV prevalence in 2010 to the prevalence data obtained in the 2010 population wide HIV testing.The validated model was used to produce estimation of HIV incidence,prevalence and death.Results:Our model estimations show that population-based HIV interventions have significantly slowed down the rise of the HIV epidemic in the two townships.Over the five-year period from 2005 to 2010,the year-over-year rate of increase in HIV incidence,prevalence,and death has declined by 91.5%,28.7%,and 52.3%,respectively.Conclusion:Mathematical models,when integrated with epidemiological and surveillance data,can be an effective tool for predicting the temporal dynamics of HIV and assessing the impacts of HIV interventions. | Zhimin Su Caiting Dong Ping Li Hongxia Deng Yuhan Gong Shiyong Zhong Min Wu Yuhua Ruan Guangming Qin Wen Yang Yiming Shao Michael Li | 2016 | Infectious Disease Modelling2016,1,1: | 2 |
