| 2 | Application of nonlinear chemical fingerprinting to identification,evaluation and clinical use of Glycyrrhiza显示文摘Nonlinear chemical fingerprinting is a new technique for analyzing traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). We developed such a method and applied it to Glycyrrhiza, a significant TCM. Nonlinear chemical fingerprints were obtained for Glycyrrhiza from four different production areas, and for 14 other TCMs with similar induction time. The calculation of their similarities was based on similarity system theory. Using intuitive visual comparison of the data and the similarity calculation results, Glycyrrhiza was discriminated from the 14 other TCMs. There was a linear relationship between the content of active TCM components and the induction time. This was used to compare the content of active components in Glycyrrhiza from the four different production areas, and establish an equivalent-dose relationship for these four samples. | 8 | Principle of nonlinear chemical fingerprint by using dissipative components in samples as well as calculation and evaluation of similarity显示文摘Under the conditions of constant temperature and pressure,different influences of samples with different chemical components on the mechanism of nonlinear chemical reaction will cause different changes of the potential-time relationship curve of the nonlinear chemical reaction system.Using it as the character,and using the B-Z nonlinear chemical system to use acetone and substrates in samples as main dissipative substances qua an example,the principle of nonlinear chemical fingerprint has been researched and discussed in detail.At the same time,the general method for calculating the system similarity about nonlinear chemical fingerprint was also put forward,and similarities of nonlinear chemistry fingerprints of different batches of Guhan Yangshengjing and 18 sorts of other samples were calculated by Euclidean distance,correlation coefficient,included angle cosine and system similarity,at the same time,the various similarities were analyzed.The results showed that,both of correlation coefficient and included angle cosine are unable to be used as the criterion for quantitatively evaluating the similarity of nonlinear chemistry fingerprint;as non-parametric similarity,Euclidean distance can accurately reflect the feature differences in the fingerprints,but as parametric similarity,sometimes,Euclidean distance can not accurately reflect the relative extent of characteristic difference in the nonlinear chemical fingerprints;system similarity can most truthfully reflect the characteristic difference in the nonlinear chemical fingerprints,and is the best evaluating method among the four ones.Therefore,system similarity can be used to quantitatively calculate the similar extent between the nonlinear chemical fingerprints.An economical,simple and convenient,easy pushing and effective method for identifying and evaluating complicated samples has successfully been put forward. | ZHANG TaiMing ZHAO Zhe FANG XuanQi QIAO JunXi XIANG FengQin ZHU Rong LIANG YiZeng DING Feng | 2012 | Science China Chemistry2012,55,2: | 13 |
| 9 | Quantification and timing of porosity evolution in tight sand gas reservoirs:an example from the Middle Jurassic Shaximiao Formation,western Sichuan,China显示文摘The diagenesis and porosity evolution of the Middle Jurassic Shaximiao sandstones were analyzed based on petrographic observations.X-ray diffractometry.scanning electron microscopy observations,carbon and oxygen stable isotope geochemistry,fluid inclusion microthermometry,and thermal and burial history modeling results.The point count data show that secondary pores(av.5.5%) are more abundant than primary pores(av.3.7%) and are thus the dominant pore type in the Shaximiao sandstones.Analysis of porosity evolution indicates that alteration of sandstones mainly occurred during two paragenetic stages.Mechanical compaction and cementation by early chlorite,calcite,and quartz typically decrease the depositional porosity(40.9%) by an average of37.2%,leaving porosity of 3.7%after stage Ⅰ(<85 ℃,175-145 Ma).The original intergranular porosity loss due to compaction is calculated to be 29.3%,suggesting that mechanical compaction is the most significant diagenetic process in primary porosity destruction.Stage Ⅱ can be further divided into two sub-stages(Stage Ⅱ_a and StageⅡ_b).Stage Ⅱ_a(85-120 ℃,145-125 Ma) is characterized by late dissolution,which enhanced porosity by 8.8%,and the porosity increased from 3.7%to 12.5%.During stageⅡ_b(>120 ℃,125-0 Ma),the precipitation of late chlorite,calcite,quartz,and kaolinite destroyed 3.3%porosity,leaving porosity of 9.2%in the rock today. | Zheng-Xiang Lü Su-Juan Ye Xiang Yang Rong Li Yuan-Hua Qing | 2015 | Petroleum Science2015,12,2: | 13 |

| 13 | LORELEI-LIKE GPI-ANCHORED PROTEINS 2/3 Regulate Pollen Tube Growth as Chaperones and Coreceptors for ANXUR/BUPS Receptor Kinases in Arabidopsis显示文摘Pollen tube growth is crucial for successful fertilization.In Arabidopsis thaliana,the ANXUR(ANX)/BUPS receptor kinase complex controls and maintains pollen tube growth in response to autocrine rapid alkalin-ization factor 4/19(RALF4/19)signaling;however,the molecular and cellular mechanisms underlying the ANX/BUPS-mediated regulation of pollen tube growth remain unclear.In this study,we found that pollen-specific LORELEI-like GPI-anchored proteins 2 and 3(LLG2/3)promote pollen tube growth in vitro and in vivo.LLG2/3 interacte with ANX/BUPS in a RALF4-concentration-dependent manner,suggesting that ANX/BUPS and LLG2/3 might form a receptor-coreceptor complex for perceiving RALF peptide signals.Disruption of the ANX/BUPS-LLG2/3 interaction led to the cytoplasmic retention of ANX1/2,in either llg2/3 knockdown mutants or in anx1/2 mutants lacking the J region,which mediates the ANX/BUPS-LLG2/3 interaction.Moreover,we found that RALF4 induced the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS),which stimulate pollen tube growth and reduce pollen burst rate.ROS levels are reduced in the pollen tubes of LLG2/3 RNAi lines,and application of exogenous H2O2 could partially rescue the defective pollen tube growth of LLG2/3 RNAi lines.Taken together,our study identifies LLG2/3 as novel regulatory components of pollen tube growth,and shows that they chaperone ANX/BUPS for secretion to the apical plasma membrane of pollen tube and act as coreceptors of ANX/BUPS in the acti-vation of ROS production for promoting pollen tube growth. | Hanqian Feng Chen Liu Rong Fu Minmin Zhang Hui Li Lianping Shen Qiqi Wei Xiang Sun Lin Xu Bin Ni Chao Li | 2019 | Molecular Plant2019,12,12: | 10 |

| 18 | Association of a SLC30A8 Genetic Variant with Monotherapy of Repaglinide and Rosiglitazone Effect in Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes Patients in China显示文摘Objective To investigate a potential relationship between Solute carrier family 30 (zinc transporter) member 8 (SLC30A8) rs13266634 variant and efficacy of rosiglitazone or repaglinide in treating newly diagnosed Chinese type 2 diabetes patients.Methods A total of 209 diabetic patients without any antihyperglycemic history were recruited and treated with repaglinide or rosiglitazone randomly for 48 weeks (104 and 105 patients,respectively).Anthropometric measurements and clinical laboratory tests were carried out before and after the treatment.An non-synonymous variant rs13266634 was genotyped by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectroscopy.Results Ninety-one patients in repaglinide group and ninety-three patients in rosiglitazone group completed the study.Δ value of homeostasis model assessment of beta cell function (HOMA-B)and Δ value of fasting proinsulin levels were statistically significant between three genotype groups (P=0.0149 and 0.0246,respectively) after rosiglitazone treatment.However,no genotype association was observed in the repaglinide or rosiglitazone group with other parameters.Conclusion The SLC30A8 variant was associated with the efficacy of insulin sensitizer monotherapy on insulin secretion in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus in Shanghai,China. | JIANG Feng LI Qing HU Cheng ZHANG Rong WANG Cong Rong YU Wei Hui LU Jing Yi TANG Shan Shan BAO Yu Qian XIANG Kun San JIA Wei Ping | 2012 | Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2012,25,1: | 8 |

The result shows that due to the structural mismatch between a Si∶H and a SiN x ∶H, severe induced distortions are produced in the interface of the heterojunction, and these induced distortions tend towards a certain energy state. | 20 | Involvement of midgastric transverse band in gastric empting delay of functional dyspepsia显示文摘Background Midgastric transverse band (MTB) was first observed over 100 years ago, after that many researchers worked on the subject postulated its physiologic role and the role in gastrointestinal diseases, but its function remains unclear. With progress of imaging methods, the nature of MTB is unveiling. In this study we investigated the effect of MTB on the gastric empting delay in functional dyspepsia (FD) and explored the mechanism. Methods A total of 60 patients with FD and 65 age- and sex-matched healthy people who served as controls were studied. With 99mTc-DTPA labeled semi-solid fat-parched flour served as test meal, gastric empting was examined in all subjects by using single photon emission computed tomography. Test meal was designated as general (60 g fat-parched flour) or large (80 g fat-parched flour) meal. Stomach was divided into proximal and distal parts by MTB. Half gastric empting time, areas of different gastric parts, intragastric food distribution and MTB width were tested with in given times. Results Patients with FD showed a delayed gastric empting and increased intragastric residue. Global and regional gastric empting velocity was decreased. The areas of distal stomach and MTB were significantly greater in the FD patients than in the controls. Throughout the whole test period a distal stomach-dominated food distribution was shown. Those who took a large meal had longer half gastric empting time and greater MTB area than those who took a general meal. Conclusions Gastric empting delay is related to enlarged MTB area. Some dyspeptic symptoms may be induced by abnormal distribution and increased retention of food in distal stomach.
