| 3 | Production and characterization of insoluble α-1,3-linked glucan and soluble α-1,6-linked dextran from Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides G29显示文摘Exopolysaccharides can be produced by various bacteria and have important biological roles in bacterial survival depend on molecular weight,linkage,and conformation.In this study,Leuconostoc pseudomesenteroides G29 was identified and found to produce two types of exopolysaccharides from sucrose including soluble and insoluble a-glucans.By regulation of pH above 5.5,soluble a-glucan production was increased to 38.4 g∙L^(-1) from 101.4 g∙L^(-1) sucrose with fewer accumulation of lactic acid and acetic acid.Simultaneously,the quantity of thick white precipitate,that is insoluble a-glucan,was also increased.Then,a-glucans were prepared by enzymatic reaction with crude glucansucrases from the supernatant of G29 fermentation broth and purified for structure analysis.Based on the integration analysis of FT-IR and NMR,it was observed that soluble a-glucan is a highly linear dextran with α-1,6 glycosidic bonds while the insoluble a-glucan has 93%of α-1,3 and 7%of α-1,6 glycosidic bond.The results extend our understanding of exopolysaccharides production by L.pseudomesenteroides,and this water insoluble α-1,3-glucan might have potential application as biomaterials and/or biochemicals. | Yiya Wang Tao Sun Yinzhu Wang Hao Wu Yan Fang Jiangfeng Ma Min Jiang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,11: | 1 |

| 5 | Responses of Primary Productivity to Current and Climate Changes in the Mud Area to the Southwest of Cheju Island During the Past 800 Years显示文摘The biogenic silica (BSi) ,total organic carbon (TOC) ,total nitrogen (TN) and grain size were analyzed with a gravity core (3250-6) collected from the mud area in the north East China Sea.The average deposition rate of the upper core was about 0.078cm yr1based on the results of 210Pbex.The mean grain size increased with depth in general.The frequency distribution of grain size showed that two marked changes of deposition environment occurred at 30 cm and 50 cm depths (about 1550 AD and 1300 AD,respectively) .The variations of BSi and TOC indicated two distinct major periods of primary productivity over the past 800 years:a stage of low primary productivity corresponding to weak upwelling and low nutrient input below 30 cm depth (about 1200-1550 AD) ,and a stage of high primary productivity with strong currents and upwelling above 30 cm depth (about 1550-1950 AD) .The stage with high primary productive appeared to be due to the northward-expanded muddy area caused by strong Asian Winter Monsoon and enhanced Yellow Sea Warm Current in winter.In conclusion,the BSi and TOC in the muddy sediments,the symbols of marine primary productivity,can be then used to investigate the evolution history of currents and relative climate change in the offshore areas. | LIU Yi ZHOU Xin HUANG Wen WANG Yuhong JIA Nan JI Haoyuan HUANG Yiya SUN Liguang | 2013 | Journal of Ocean University of China2013,12,4: | 1 |

| 15 | Determination of fenticonazole in human plasma by HPLC–MS/MS and its application to pharmacokinetic studies显示文摘Two simple and sensitive high performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC–MS/MS) methods were developed and validated for the determination of fenticonazole in human plasma after percutaneous and intravaginal administration. Mifepristone was used as an internal standard(IS), and simple protein precipitation by acetonitrile containing 2% acetic acid was utilized for extracting the analytes from the plasma samples. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Kinetex XB-C_(18) column. The quantitation was performed by a mass spectrometer equipped with an electrospray ionization source in multiple reactions monitoring(MRM) positive ion mode using precursor-to-product ion transitions of m/z 455.2–199.1 for fenticonazole and m/z 430.2–372.3 for mifepristone. The validated linear ranges of fenticonazole were 5–1000 pg/m L and 0.1–20 ng/m L in plasma for the methods A and B, respectively. For the two methods, the accuracy data ranged from 85% to 115%, the intra- and inter-batch precision data were less than 15%, the recovery data were more than 90%, and no matrix interference was observed. | 17 | n-Heptane Isomerization over the Shaped Catalyst Pt/WO_(3)- ZrO_(2) and the Role of the Pseudo-Boehmite Binder显示文摘The present paper reports new results regarding the addition of pseudo-boehmite as a binder during the synthesis of shaped Pt/WO_(3)-ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3) (PtWZA) catalysts. Binder shaping can noticeably influence not only the structure and acidity of catalyst and improve its catalytic performance with regard to n-heptane isomerization, but the mechanical strength of the catalyst. A suitable binder content can improve the isomerization activity or selectivity by changing the acidity of PtWZA. The influence of the binder content depends on the WO_(3) content of the catalyst. PtWZA catalysts that contain 5%-15% binder on a dry basis exhibit favorable isomerization performance that depends on WO_(3) content. Suitable catalysts include Pt20WZ5A and Pt30WZ15A, which provide conversions of approximately 80%-90% and a selectivity of 90%.
