| 1 | Chemical composition of PM_(2.5) during winter in Tianjin,China显示文摘PM2.5 samples for 24 h were collected during winter in Tianjin,China. The ambient mass concentration and chemical composition of the PM2.5 were determined. Ionic species were analyzed by ion chromatog-raphy,while carbonaceous species were determined with the IMPROVE thermal optical reectance(TOR) method,and inorganic elements were measured by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spec-trometer. The daily PM2.5 mass concentrations ranged from 48.2 to 319.2 g/m3 with an arithmetic average of 144.6 g/m3. The elevated PM2.5 in winter was mostly attributed to combustion sources such as vehicle exhaust,heating,cooking and industrial emissions,low wind speeds and high relative humidity(RH) ,which were favorable for pollutant accumulation and formation of secondary pollutants. By chem-ical mass balance,it was estimated that about 89.1% of the PM2.5 mass concentrations were explained by carbonaceous species,secondary particles,crustal matters,sea salt and trace elements. Organic material was the largest contributor,accounting for about 32.7% of the total PM2.5 mass concentrations. | 2 | Multi target pigs tracking loss correction algorithm based on Faster R-CNN显示文摘In order to solve the problem that target tracking frames are lost during the visual tracking of pigs,this research proposed an algorithm for multi target pigs tracking loss correction based on Faster R-CNN.The video of live pigs was processed by Faster R-CNN to get the object bounding box.Then,the SURF and background difference method were combined to predict whether the target pig will be occluded in the next frame.According to the occlusion condition,the maximum value of the horizontal and vertical coordinate offset of the bounding box in the adjacent two frames of the frame image in continuous N(N is the value of the video frame rate)were calculated.When bounding boxes in a video frame are merged into one bounding box,this maximum value was used to correct the current tracking frame offset in order to achieve the purpose of solving the tracking target loss problem.The experiment results showed that the success rate range of RP Faster-RCNN in the data set was 80%-97% while in term of Faster-RCNN was 40%-85%.And the average center point error of RP Faster-RCNN was 1.46 lower than Faster-RCNN which was about 2.60.The new algorithm was characterized by good robustness and adaptability,which could solve the problem of missing tracking target and accurately track multiple targets when the targets occlude each other. | Longqing Sun Yuanbing Zou Yan Li Zhengda Cai Yue Li Bing Luo Yan Liu Yiyang Li | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,5: | 7 |

| 4 | Fabrication of magnetic multi-template molecularly imprinted polymer composite for the selective and efficient removal of tetracyclines from water显示文摘Antibiotic contamination of the water environment has attracted much attention from researchers because of their potential hazards to humans and ecosystems.In this study,a multi-template molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP)modified mesoporous silica coated magnetic graphene oxide(MGO@MS@MIP)was prepared by the surface imprinting method via a sol-gel process and was used for the selective,efficient and simultaneous removal of tetracyclines(TCs),including doxycycline(DC),tetracycline(TC),chlorotetracycline(CTC)and oxytetracycline(OTC)from water.The synthesized MIP composite was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,transmission electron microscope and thermogravimetric analysis.The adsorption properties of MGO@MS@MIP for these TCs were characterized through adsorption kinetics,isotherms and selectivity tests.The MIP composite revealed larger adsorption quantities,excellent selectivity and rapid kinetics for these four tetracyclines.The adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic and followed the Freundlich isotherm model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The MGO@MS@MIP could specifically recognize DC,TC,CTC and OTC in the presence of some chemical analogs.In addition,the sorption capacity of the MIP composite did not decrease significantly after repeated application for at least five cycles.Thus,the prepared magnetic MIP composite has great potential to contribute to the effective separation and removal of tetracyclines from water. | Guolong Zeng Yiyang Liu Xiaoguo Ma Yinming Fan | 2021 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2021,15,5: | 3 |
| 5 | State of the art:Lateral flow assay(LFA) biosensor for on-site rapid detection显示文摘Recently, lateral flow assay(LFA) has attracted researchers' attention because of its considerable advantages of superior portability, rapid detection, cost-effectiveness and ease of use. This review provides a brief overview of latest researches of LFA, including the practical use of LFA in both qualitative and quantitative analysis in different areas. Though bio-recognition molecules in the LFA used to be antibodies, a new kind of recognition element called aptamer, showing significant advantages, is developed rapidly in recent years. The highly specific recognition of aptamers/antibodies and targets are combined with the excellent properties of a dry-reagent strip biosensor that enables efficiently detection in point-of-care applications. Herein, we compared the aptamers with antibodies, summarized the principle of LFAs, and three main elements for the LFAs(recognition molecule, signal transduction element, the targets). Additionally, we summarized different optimal experimental conditions in the recent LFA-related studies to give detailed overview of the LFA development. | 7 | Investigation of spherical and concentric mechanism of compound droplets显示文摘Polymer shells with high sphericity and uniform wall thickness are always needed in the inertial confined fusion(ICF)experiments.Driven by the need to control the shape of water-in-oil(W1/O)compound droplets,the effects of the density matching level,the interfacial tension and the rotation speed of the continuing fluid field on the sphericity and wall thickness uniformity of the resulting polymer shells were investigated and the spherical and concentric mechanisms were also discussed.The centering of W1/O compound droplets,the location and movement of W1/O compound droplets in the external phase(W2)were significantly affected by the density matching level of the key stage and the rotation speed of the continuing fluid field.Therefore,by optimizing the density matching level and rotation speed,the batch yield of polystyrene(PS)shells with high sphericity and uniform wall thickness increased.Moreover,the sphericity also increased by raising the oil/water(O/W2)interfacial tension,which drove a droplet to be spherical.The experimental results show that the spherical driving force is from the interfacial tension affected by the two relative phases,while the concentric driving force,as a resultant force,is not only affected by the three phases,but also by the continuing fluid field.The understanding of spherical and concentric mechanism can provide some guidance for preparing polymer shells with high sphericity and uniform wall thickness. | Meifang Liu Lin Su Jie Li Sufen Chen Yiyang Liu Jing Li Bo Li Yongping Chen Zhanwen Zhang | 2016 | Matter and Radiation at Extremes2016,1,4: | 2 |

| 13 | The protective effect of icariin on glucocorticoid-damaged BMECs explored by microfluidic organ chip显示文摘Osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)is a devastating musculoskeletal disease characterized by the impaired circulation of bone.The purpose of this study was to explore the underlying mechanisms of the protective effect of icariin on the glucocorticoid-induced injury of bone microvascular endothelial cells(BMECs).Normal BMECs were extracted from the femoral heads by enzymatic isolation and magneticactivated cell sorting methods.Dexamethasone and icariin were used to intervene BMECs in microfluidic organ chips,and phalloidin staining was conducted to observe the cell morphology and viability.Then next-generation transcriptome sequencing and real-time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR)were performed to identify the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in different groups.Through the microfluidic organ chip,it can be observed that after dexamethasone intervention,the filamentous structure in cell fibers disappeared and the cell morphology changed from spindle to round until death.Icariin could relieve these changes and showed a protective effect on glucocorticoiddamaged BMECs.In addition,201 DEGs were detected between the icariin protection group and the dexamethasone group,which were significantly enriched in 17 signaling pathways.8 of the top ten selected hub genes(IL6,PTGS2,VEGFA,etc.)were confirmed by q RT-PCR.Transcription factors(TFs)-gene network showed 63 connections between 18 TFs and 12 DEGs.For instance,GATA2 could regulate 5 DEGs.The associations between 92 mi RNA and 12 DEGs were visualized in a mi RNA-gene network.The hub mi RNA,has-mir-335–5 p was predicted to interact with 8 DEGs(PTGS2,VEGFA,etc.).Microfluidic organ chips could provide excellent morphological results for cell experiments,by which it could be observed that icariin showed a protective effect on the glucocorticoid-induced injury of BMECs.Beside,these DEGs,possible regulatory TF(GATA2,FOXC1,etc.)and mi RNA(has-mir-335–5 p)might be dysregulated in the initiation of ONFH and have prospective importance in ONFH diagnosis and therapy. | Tengqi Li Qingyu Zhang Fuqiang Gao Yadi Liu Wei Sun Yiyang Dong | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6: | 1 |

| 17 | Mechanosensitive Ion Channel TMEM63A Gangs Up with Local Macrophages to Modulate Chronic Post-amputation Pain显示文摘Post-amputation pain causes great sufering to amputees,but still no efective drugs are available due to its elusive mechanisms.Our previous clinical studies found that surgical removal or radiofrequency treatment of the neuroma at the axotomized nerve stump efectively relieves the phantom pain aficting patients after amputation.This indicated an essential role of the residual nerve stump in the formation of chronic post-amputation pain(CPAP).However,the molecular mechanism by which the residual nerve stump or neuroma is involved and regulates CPAP is still a mystery.In this study,we found that nociceptors expressed the mechanosensitive ion channel TMEM63A and macrophages infltrated into the dorsal root ganglion(DRG)neurons worked synergistically to promote CPAP.Histology and qRT-PCR showed that TMEM63A was mainly expressed in mechanical pain-producing non-peptidergic nociceptors in the DRG,and the expression of TMEM63A increased signifcantly both in the neuroma from amputated patients and the DRG in a mouse model of tibial nerve transfer(TNT).Behavioral tests showed that the mechanical,heat,and cold sensitivity were not afected in the Tmem63a-/-mice in the naïve state,suggesting the basal pain was not afected.In the infammatory and post-amputation state,the mechanical allodynia but not the heat hyperalgesia or cold allodynia was signifcantly decreased in Tmem63a-/-mice.Further study showed that there was severe neuronal injury and macrophage infltration in the DRG,tibial nerve,residual stump,and the neuromalike structure of the TNT mouse model,Consistent with this,expression of the pro-infammatory cytokines TNFα,IL-6,and IL-1βall increased dramatically in the DRG.Interestingly,the deletion of Tmem63a signifcantly reduced the macrophage infltration in the DRG but not in the tibial nerve stump.Furthermore,the ablation of macrophages signifcantly reduced both the expression of Tmem63a and the mechanical allodynia in the TNT mouse model,indicating an interaction between nociceptors and macrophages,and that these two factors gang up together to regulate the formation of CPAP.This provides a new insight into the mechanisms underlying CPAP and potential drug targets its treatment. | Shaofeng Pu Yiyang Wu Fang Tong Wan-Jie Du Shuai Liu Huan Yang Chen Zhang Bin Zhou Ziyue Chen Xiaomeng Zhou Qingjian Han Dongping Du | 2023 | Neuroscience Bulletin2023,39,2: | 1 |
