| 1 | Immunohistochemical localization of gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptors (GnRHR) in the nervous system,Hatschek's pit and gonads of amphioxus,Branchiostoma belcheri显示文摘Using gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) anti-idiotypic antibodies and APA immunohistochemical method, the immunoreactivity of GnRHR in the nervous system, Hatschek’s pit and gonads of amphioxus has been located. It is found for the first time that the immunoreactivity of GnRHR exists in the nerve cells and fibers in the amphioxus’s brain and nerve tube and the epithelial cells of Hatschek’s pit at the different stages of gonadal development. At the same time, it is also found that GnRHR also exists in the ovary and testis of different developed stages. | 3 | Neuroendocrine regulation of structure and function in the endostyle of amphioxus, Branchiostoma belcheri显示文摘Using histological and histochemical methods the structure of the endostyle in amphioxus at different gonadal developmental stages is studied, and the immunocytochemical localization of thyroglobulin (Tg) and thyrotropin (TSH) in the endostyle, Hatschek's pit and brain vesicle is investigated. The results not only confirm the previous report that the endostyle is composed of 6 zones and the cells of zone 5 are thyroid hormone synthesizing cells, but also find the thyroxine synthesis in and secretion from zone 3. In addition, the epithelial cells in Hatschek's pit and the neural cells in brain vesicle are immunopositive for TSH, and the immunoactivity is correlated with gonadal cycle. | 5 | Combination of ablative fractional carbon dioxide laser and platelet-rich plasma treatment to improve hypertrophic scars:a retrospective clinical observational study显示文摘Background:Hypertrophic scars are one of the main complications that affect the quality of life of patients after burns.Many methods have been shown to be effective in the treatment of hypertrophic scars,such as ablative fractional CO_(2) laser(AFCL)and platelet-rich plasma(PRP).However,there are few studies on the effect of the combined application of these measures.The purpose of this study was to explore the therapeutic effect of AFCL combined with PRP on hypertrophic burn scars.Methods:A retrospective clinical observation study was conducted on 50 patients with hypertrophic burn scars.The AFCL+PRP group included 31 patients who received AFCL combined with PRP treatment;the AFCL group included 19 patients who received AFCL treatment only.The University of North Carolina 4P Scar Scale(UNC4P)and the Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)scores that were collected before each treatment were used as indicators of the effectiveness of the previous treatment.The scores recorded at the second,fourth and seventh months were analysed.Results:The demographic data of the 2 groups were not significantly different.Before treatment,therewas no difference in the UNC4P and VSS scores between the 2 groups.Therewas a significant decline in the UNC4P and VSS total scores over 6 months in both groups(p<0.05)and scores in the 2 groups were comparable after 3 and 6 months(p<0.05).UNC4P scores in the AFCL+PRP group decreased from a mean of 8.26 to 2.61(p<0.05)with a concomitant drop in VSS scores from a mean of 11.74 to 6.06(p<0.01).In the AFCL group UNC4P and VSS scores decreased from 7.68 to 4.63(p<0.05)and from 10.89 to 8.16(p<0.05),respectively.The sub-items of these 2 assessments were analysed and the results suggest that AFCL combined with PRP can comprehensively improve scarring.Conclusions:This study shows that PRP is an effective adjunct for AFCL in the treatment of hypertrophic burn scars and that the combination of PRP and AFCL proved to be more useful than AFCL alone.This combination may be a new and effective clinical practice for the treatment of scars.However,larger and higher-level clinical studies are still needed to determine its efficacy and possible mechanisms. | Zhanzhan Dai Xiaozhen Lou Tuo Shen Yu Sun Yongqiang Xiao Xingfeng Zheng Xuexin Wang Yu Peng Yukun Guo Yibin Guo Jiannan Wen He Fang Bing Ma Zhaofan Xia | 2021 | Burns & Trauma2021,9,1: | 4 |
| 6 | Position in the evolution of reproductive endocrine of amphioxus, Branchiostoma belcheri显示文摘This review summarizes the recent discoveries of many authors who found that in amphioxus Hatschek’s pit is capable of synthesizing vertebrate gonadotropin_like substance, and that the content of gonadotropin_releasing hormone in the amphioxus’ body shows a positive correlation with the reproductive cycle, and that the sex steroid hormone exists in gonads. Exogenous hormones could promote gonadal development, maturation and reproductive activity in amphioxus. A possible implication might be that the reproductive activity in amphioxus is regulated by reproductive hormones like vertebrate, indicating the existence of primitive reproductive endocrine regulatory axis, brain vesicle_Hatschek’s pit_gonads axis, as compared with regulatory axis of vertebrate. | 11 | Comparison and Analysis of Toluene Adsorption Properties of ZSM-5 Molecular Sieve Treated by Different Modification Methods: Adsorption Kinetic and Mechanism Studies显示文摘MFI molecular sieve with high specific surface area,adjustable pore size and low production cost have been recognized as an effective adsorbent for VOCs removal.In this paper,NaOH solution was used to etch ZSM-5 to increase specific surface area and micro-mesoporous content.Graphene oxide(GO)was loaded on ZSM-5 by ultrasonic-assisted heating immersion method,and largeπ-bond structure and oxygen-containing functional groups were added to ZSM-5 for improving the composite adsorption performance.In addition,the properties of OH-ZSM-5 and ZSM-5@GO composites for toluene adsorption under different factors were also studied.It was positively correlated with initial concentration and adsorbent mass,but was negatively correlated with temperature.Meanwhile,the results showed that the saturated adsorption capacity of OH-ZSM-5(107.3 mg/g)was 1.34 times higher than that of ZG-15%(80.2 mg/g).The pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic model can well describe the adsorption behavior of toluene on the OH-ZSM-5 and ZG-15%,respectively.The adsorption mechanism of OH-ZSM-5 was mainly pore-filled adsorption.However,the adsorption mechanisms of ZSM-5@GO composite were pore-filled adsorption,π-πinteraction,and H-bond interaction.This study will help to design a new strategy for enhancing the performance of traditional adsorbent ZSM-5 in VOCs removal. | Zhang Shuai Li Meng Li Wei Li Yuwei Liu Fang Xue Ming Wang Yongqiang Zhao Chaocheng | 2021 | China Petroleum Processing & Petrochemical Technology2021,23,1: | 2 |

Based on general external shape, size, eggshell thickness and honeycomb-like eggshell microstructure, eggs are referable to the oofamily Faveoloolithidae. Compared with other members of Faveoloolithidae, specimens described in this paper show special characteristics:adjacent pores are usually separated by two eggshell units between which often develop interspaces;columnar eggshell units are relatively closely arranged in radial view. According to these characteristics,we erect a new oogenus and a new oospecies: Duovallumoolithus shangdanensis oogen. et oosp. nov. | 15 | Preliminary study of gonadotropin-releasing analogue (GnRH-A) initiated gonadal development of amphioxus显示文摘Amphioxus in the seasonally regressed phase of gonadat development were used in this study. Each sample animal was injected with 40 nanogram of synthetic gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogue (GnRH-A) in distilled water every other day for up to 16 days; control animals received similar volumes of distilled wnter only. Both hormone-treated samples and control animals were examined under microscope every eight days and every twelve days. Then all the animals were killed on the 16th day. Gonads earlier development and a more advanced degree of gametogenesis are in the hormone-treated group than in the control group. Thus, GnRH-A can initiate and accelerate the gonadal development in gonadally regressed am-phioxus. | 18 | Variability of Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation in FGOALS-g2显示文摘The variability of Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation(AMOC) in the pre-industrial control experiment of the Flexible Global Ocean–Atmosphere–Land System model, Grid-point Version 2(FGOALS-g2) was investigated using the model outputs with the most stable state in a 512-yr time window from the total 1500-yr period of the experiment. The period of AMOC in FGOALS-g2 is double peaked at 20 and 32 years according to the power spectrum, and 22 years according to an auto-correlation analysis, which shows very obvious decadal variability. Like many other coupled climate models, the decadal variability of AMOC in FGOALS-g2 is closely related to the convection that occurs in the Labrador Sea region. Deep convection in the Labrador Sea in FGOALS-g2 leads the AMOC maximum by 3–4 years. The contributions of thermal and haline effects to the variability of the convection in three different regions [the Labrador, Irminger and Greenland–Iceland– Norwegian(GIN) Seas] were analyzed for FGOALS-g2. The variability of convection in the Labrador and Irminger Seas is thermally dominant, while that in the colder GIN Seas can be mainly attributed to salinity changes due to the lower thermal expansion. | 20 | Combined Use of Co-immobilized Lysozyme and Lipase and Chemical Inhibitors in Circulating Cooling Water System显示文摘In order to improve the stability and corrosion inhibition performance of bioenzyme, lipase and lsozyme were co-immobilized on the mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 by the adsorption method. Then the immobilized enzymes were combined with amino trimethylene phosphonic acid and polyaspartic acid to prevent corrosion caused by circulating cooling water. The weight-loss method and electrochemical techniques were used to evaluate the performance of composite inhibitors. The co-immobilized lysozyme and lipase achieved good inhibition effects. After they were combined with amino trimethylene phosphonic acid and polyaspartic acid, the corrosion inhibition properties were further improved. The inhibition efficiency was promoted to 94.4%. During the corrosion inhibition process, the immobilized enzymes played an important role. The addition of corrosion inhibitor could inhibit the anodic dissolution and cathodic hydrogen evolution process of carbon steel at the same time.
