| 1 | A D-optimal Multi-position Calibration Method for Dynamically Tuned Gyroscopes显示文摘This paper presents a novel experimental design to greatly improve the calibration accuracy of the acceleration-insensitive bias and the acceleration-sensitive bias of the dynamically tuned gyroscopes(DTGs).In order to reduce experimental cost,the D-optimal criteria with constraints are constructed.The turntable positions and the number of test points are chosen to build D-optimal experimental designs.The D-optimal experimental designs are tested by multi-position calibration experiment for tactical-grade DTGs.Test results show that,with the same cost,the fit uncertainty is reduced by about 50% by using the D-optimal 8-position experimental procedure,compared to using a defacto standard experimental procedure in ANSI/IEEE Std 813-1988.Furthermore,the new experimental procedure almost achieves optimal accuracy with only 12-position which is half the cost of the widely adopted 24-position experimental procedure for achieving optimal accuracy. | FU Li ZHU Yongquan WANG Lingling WANG Xinling | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2011,24,2: | 5 |
| 2 | Organosulfur compounds induce cytoprotective autophagy against apoptosis by inhibiting mTOR phosphorylation activity in macrophages显示文摘Organosulfur compounds (OSCs)are the bioactive components of garlic.Some OSCs have apoptotic or autophagy-inducing effects.Autophagy plays roles in both cytoprotection and apoptosis-related cell death,and the interaction between autophagy and apoptosis is important in the modulation of immune responses.The mechanism of an OSC-mediated effect via the interaction of autophagy and apoptosis is unknown.In this study,the effects of five OSC compounds on autophagy in the macrophage cell line RAW264.7 and primary macrophages were investigated.We found that S-allylcysteine (SAC),diallyl disulde (DADS)and diallyl tetrasulfide (DTS)treatment increased the number of autophagosomes of RAW264.7 cells,inhibited the phosphorylation of ribosomal protein S6 kinase beta-1 (p70S6K/S6K1)which is a substrate of mammalian target of rapamycin (roTOR),and significantly enhanced autophagy flux.The induction of autophagy by SAC,DADS and DTS was inhibited by stably knocking down the expression of autophagy-related gene 5 (ATG5)with short hairpin RNA (shRNA).Further experiments confirmed that SAC,DADS and DTS also induced apoptosis in RAW264.7 cells.The induction of apoptosis and Caspase 3 activity by SAC,DADS and DTS were increased by stably knocking down of ATG5 expression with shRNA in RAW264.7 cells or treating with 5 mM 3-MA in primary macrophages.Our results suggest that SAC,DADS and DTS induce both autophagy and apoptosis.The autophagy induction protects macrophages from apoptosis by inhibiting mTOR phosphorylation activity to maintain the mass of immune cells. | Yanyang Wu Yongquan Hu Haiyan Zhou Jiayu Zhu Zhongyi Tong Si Qin Dongbo Liu | 2018 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2018,50,11: | 2 |
| 3 | Quantum-Inspired Equilibrium Optimizer for Linear Antenna Array显示文摘With the rapid development of communication technology,the problem of antenna array optimization plays a crucial role.Among many types of antennas,line antenna arrays(LAA)are the most commonly applied,but the side lobe level(SLL)reduction is still a challenging problem.In the radiation process of the linear antenna array,the high side lobe level will interfere with the intensity of the antenna target radiation direction.Many conventional methods are ineffective in obtaining the maximumside lobe level in synthesis,and this paper proposed a quantum equilibrium optimizer(QEO)algorithm for line antenna arrays.Firstly,the linear antenna array model consists of an array element arrangement.Array factor(AF)can be expressed as the combination of array excitation amplitude and position in array space.Then,inspired by the powerful computing power of quantum computing,an improved quantum equilibrium optimizer combining quantum coding and quantum rotation gate strategy is proposed.Finally,the proposed quantum equilibrium optimizer is used to optimize the excitation amplitude of the array elements in the linear antenna array model by numerical simulation to minimize the interference of the side lobe level to the main lobe radiation.Six differentmetaheuristic algorithms are used to optimize the excitation amplitude in three different arrays of line antenna arrays,the experimental results indicated that the quantum equilibrium optimizer is more advantageous in obtaining the maximum side lobe level reduction.Compared with other metaheuristic optimization algorithms,the quantum equilibrium optimizer has advantages in terms of convergence speed and accuracy. | Binwen Zhu Qifang Luo Yongquan Zhou | 2023 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,10: | 1 |
| 4 | Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C. The project included the oxygen supplying system, the ventilation and air changing system measure of tunnel environment, monitoring and comprehensive treatment on airborne dust and toxic and harmful gases, hygiene intervention with builders in Fenghuoshan Tunnel construction. In the worst sector of the whole Qinghai-Tibet Railway line, we acquired a good achievement of the lowest incidence rate of altitude disease. Hence the Fenghuoshan Tunnel was joined up in advance, which set up a new record for frozen soil tunnel construction at high altitudes. | 11 | Effects of Organic and Medium and Trace Element Fertilizers on Yield and Quality of Panax notoginseng显示文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate the effects of organic and medium and trace element fertilizers(Ca,Zn,B)on yield and quality of Panax notoginseng to provide theoretical support for rational fertilization in cultivation of P.notoginseng.[Methods]Five fertilization treatments,control(CK),organic fertilizer(OM),zinc fertilizer(ZF),boron fertilizer(BF)and lime(LF),were designed.A two-consecutive-year field plot trail was conducted.The biological traits,yield and saponin content of P.notoginseng were determined.[Results]The application of organic fertilizer had no significant effect on the biological traits of P.notoginseng.Trace element fertilizers significantly increased the scape length of P.notoginseng.Among the treatments,ZF significantly increased the single flower weight but reduced the inflorescence diameter,while the effects of BF were opposite to those of ZF;LF significantly increased the stem thickness and reduced the plant height.All treatments significantly increased the seedling rate of three-year-old P.notoginseng,and the increase in the LF group(20.49%)was the largest,followed by those in the ZF(16.80%)and OM(16.40%)groups,and the increase in the BF group(13.08%)was the smallest.Although OM,ZF and BF treatments caused the root weight of individual plants to decrease,the final yield of each treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the increases in the BF and LF groups exceeded 17%(P<0.05).The total saponin outputs of all the treatments except OM were significantly higher than that of the control group.[Conclusions]Under the conditions of this test,the supplementation of organic and medium and trace element fertilizers on the basis of conventional fertilization will help to increase the yield of P.notoginseng.However,the reduction of the total saponin output of P.notoginseng caused by organic fertilizer cannot be ignored. | Yongquan ZHU Junwen CHEN Guangqiang LONG Tongbin ZHU Shusheng ZHU Shengchao YANG | 2020 | Medicinal Plant2020,11,3: | 0 |

| 15 | Observation on therapeutic efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid in Chinese patients with primary biliary cirrhosis:a 2-year follow-up study显示文摘The efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)on long-term outcome of primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC)has been less documented in Chinese cohort.We aimed to assess the therapeutic effect of UDCA on Chinese patients with PBC.In the present study,67 patients with PBC were treated with UDCA(13–15 mg∙kg^(-1)∙day^(-1))and followed up for 2 years to evaluate the changes of symptoms,laboratory values and histological features.As the results indicated,fatigue and pruritus were obviously improved by UDCA,particularly in patients with mild or moderate symptoms.The alkaline phosphatase andγ-glutamyl transpetidase levels significantly declined at year 2 comparing to baseline values,with the most profound effects achieved in patients at stage 2.The levels of alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase significantly decreased whereas serum bilirubin and immunoglobulin M levels exhibited no significant change.Histological feature was stable in patients at stages 1–2 but still progressed in patients at stages 3–4.The biochemical response of patients at stage 2 was much better than that of patients at stages 3–4.These data suggest that,when treated in earlier stage,patients in long-term administration of UDCA can gain favorable results not only on symptoms and biochemical responses but also on histology.It is also indicated that later histological stage,bad biochemical response and severe symptom may be indicators of poor prognosis for UDCA therapy. | Jiangyi Zhu Yongquan Shi Xinmin Zhou Zengshan Li Xiaofeng Huang Zheyi Han Jianhong Wang Ruian Wang Jie Ding Kaichun Wu Ying Han Daiming Fan | 2013 | Frontiers of Medicine2013,7,2: | 0 |
