3A virtual geographic environment for dynamic simulation and analysis of tailings dam failure显示文摘It is of great significance for disaster prevention and mitigation to carry out disaster simulations for dam failure accidents in advance,but at present,there are few professional systems for disaster simulations of tailings dams.In this paper,we focused on the construction of a virtual geographic environment(VGE)system that provides an effective tool for visualizing the dam-break process of a tailings pond.The dam-break numerical model of the tailings dam based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)was integrated into the VGE system.The infrastructure of the VGE was supported by a 3-D geographic information system(GIS)with a user-friendly interface for the initiation,visualization,and analysis of the dynamic process of tailings dam failure.Key technologies,including the integration of numerical models,rendering of large-scale scenes,and optimizations of disaster simulation and visualization,were discussed in detail.In the prototype system,information on the run-out path,travel distance,etc.can be obtained to visually describe the flow motion released by two dam failure cases.The simulation results showed that the VGE can be used for the multidimensional,dynamic and interactive visualization of dam-break disasters,and can also be useful for assessing the risk associated with tailings dams.Dayu Yu Liyu Tang Fan Ye Chongcheng Chen 2021International Journal of Digital Earth2021,14,9:0

7Long-cycling lithium-oxygen batteries enabled by tailoring Li nucleation and deposition via lithiophilic oxygen vacancy in Vo-TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx composite anodes显示文摘Uncontrollable Li dendrite growth and infinite volume fluctuation during durative plating and stripping process gravely hinder the application of metallic Li electrode in lithium-oxygen batteries.Herein,oxygen vacancy-rich TiO_(2)(Vo-TiO_(2))nanoparticles(NPs)uniformly dispersing on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)(Vo-TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2) T_(x))with excellent lithiophilicity feature are presented as effective composite anodes,on which a dense and uniform Li growth behavior is observed.Based on electrochemical studies,mutiphysics simulation and theoretical calculation,it is found that Vo-TiO_(2) coupling with three dimensional(3 D)conductive Ti_(3)C_(2) T_(x) MXene forms highly ordered lithiophilic sites which succeed in guiding Li ions flux and adsorption,thus modulating the uniform Li nucleation and growth.As a result,this composite electrode is capable of preserving Li with high areal capacity of~10 mAh cm^(-2) without the presence of dendrites and large volume expansion.Consequently,the as-prepared Vo-TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2) T_(x)@Li anode shows outstanding performance including low voltage hysteresis(~19 mV)and superior durability(over 750 h).When assembling with the Vo-TiO_(2)/Ti_(3)C_(2) T_(x)@Li anodes,lithium-oxygen batteries also deliver enhanced cycling stability and improved rate performance.This work demonstrates the effectiveness of oxygen vacancies in guiding Li nucleating and plating behavior at initial stage and brings a promising strategy for promoting the development of advanced Li metal-based batteries.Yu Yan Chaozhu Shu Ruixin Zheng Minglu Li Zhiqun Ran Miao He Longfei Ren Dayue Du Ying Zeng 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,2:0
86-Gingerol, asarinin, and deoxyschizandrin improve bronchial epithelium functions in an interleukin-13einduced BEAS-2B cell model显示文摘Objective:To explore the effects of 6-gingerol,asarinin,and deoxyschizandrindthe main components of Zingiber officinale(Willd.)Rosc.(Gan Jiang),Asarum heterotropoides f.var.mandshuricum(Maxim.)(Xi Xin),and Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill.(Wu Wei Zi),respectivelydon an interleukin(IL)-13einduced BEAS-2B cell model in vitro.Methods:The BEAS-2B cell model was established using 25 ng/mL IL-13 combined with 1%fetal bovine serum(FBS)in vitro.Mitoquinone mesylate(Mito-Q)treatment was used as a positive control group,and different concentrations of 6-gingerol,asarinin,and deoxyschizandrin were used to treat the models.The level of reactive oxygen species(ROS)production was detected by flow cytometry.The expression levels of LC3B,Beclin1,adenosine 50-monophosphate(AMP)eactivated protein kinase(AMPK),phosphory-lated-AMPeactivated protein kinase(P-AMPK),dynamin-related protein 1(DRP1),and mitochondrial fusion protein 2(MFN2)were detected by Western blot.Mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)assay kit with JC-1 was utilized to detect the level of MMP.Results:The BEAS-2B cells exposed to 25 ng/mL IL-13 with 1%FBS showed an increased ROS level and a decreased MMP.6-Gingerol,asarinin,and deoxyschizandrin were able to downregulate ROS level and upregulate the MMP in the BEAS-2B model.Asarinin and deoxyschizandrin reduced the expression of autophagy protein LC3B,while deoxyschizandrin significantly increased the expression of DRP1 in the BEAS-2B model.Conclusion:6-Gingerol,asarinin,and deoxyschizandrin can reduce ROS generation and increase MMP,but have different regulatory effects on the expression of autophagy protein and mitochondrial mitotic protein.The three components have both synergistic and complementary effects in classic medicine compatibility.This study may provide an innovative strategy to reduce the lung inflammation related to IL-13.Shuai Li Shuzhen Guo Dayu Lin Jiang Yu Jiayang Tang Xiaoxi lv Yuping Zhang Qingqing Wang 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medical Sciences2023,10,2:0
