| 1 | Controlled synthesis of Zeolite adsorbent from lowgrade diatomite:A case study of self-assembled sodalite microspheres显示文摘Highly efficient and sustainable conversion technologies to generate uniform sodalite(Na8(AlSiO4)6(OH)2)zeolite micro spheres with low-grade waste natural diatomite as raw materials via a solution-mediated crystallization route were developed in the present study.The synthesis process can be considered as an in-situ zeolitization of diatomite precursor without involving any me so scale template and any post-synthetic modification.The mass ratios of diatomite and AlCl3·6 H2 O have remarkable effect on the morphology,crystal structure and porosity of sodalite zeolite product.The preferred sodalite microspheres with uniform mesoporous of size 3.5-5.5 nm and large surface area of 162.5 m2/g exhibit well removal performance for heavy metal ions(Pb(II),Cd(II),Zn(II),and Cu(II)),with the highest adsorption abilities for Pb(II)ions of 365 mg/g.In addition,the effect of contact time,initial ion concentration,competitive adsorption and solution pH were evaluated.The removal performance results from synergistic effects of dominating cation-exchange and additional surface chemisorption.The study may broadly help unveil chemical control reactions of the zeolitization processes of diatomite,and thus facilitates the development of promising zeolite materials for the use in natural and engineered aquatic environments by recvcling waste diatomite resources. | Lingmin Sun Junshu Wu Jinshu Wang Gong Yu Jingchao Liu Yucheng Du Yongli Li Hongyi Li | 2020 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,5: | 3 |
| 2 | Prediction of stable BC_(3)N_(2)monolayer from first-principles calculations:Stoichiometry,crystal structure,electronic and adsorption properties显示文摘In this paper,a novel BC_(3)N_(2)monolayer has been found with a graphene-like structure using the developed particle swarm optimization algorithm in combination with ab initio calculations.The predicted structure meets the thermodynamical,dynamical,and mechanical stability requirements.Interestingly,the BC_(3)N_(2)plane shows a metallic character.Importantly,BC_(3)N_(2)has an in-plane stiffness comparable to that of graphene.We have also investigated the adsorption characteristics of CO_(2)on pristine monolayer and Mo functionalized monolayer using density functional theory.Subsequently,electronic structures of the interacting systems(CO_(2)molecule and substrates)have been preliminarily explored.The results show that Mo/BC_(3)N_(2)has a stronger adsorption capacity towards CO_(2)comparing with the pristine one,which can provide a reference for the further study of the CO_(2)reduction mechanism on the transition metal-functionalized surface as well as the new catalyst’s design. | Jiahui Yu Chaozheng He Chunying Pu Ling Fu Dawei Zhou Kun Xie Jinrong Huo Chenxu Zhao Lingmin Yu | 2021 | Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,10: | 2 |

| 6 | The Stability Analysis of Implants Installed in Osteotomies with Different Types of Controlled Bone Defects显示文摘The stability parameters of implants(ITV, ISQ & PTV) according to different sizes of controlled bone defects made in implant osteotomies were analyzed and the correlation among the three kinds of implant stability parameters was tested in this study. 45 tapped screw-type dental implants were inserted in three types of implant osteotomies made in 8 fresh-frozen pig femoral bones: Type1- without coronal bone defect, Type2- with 3 mm coronal bone defects, and Type3- with 6 mm coronal bone defects. The insertion torque values, ISQ & PTV of implants were measured and analyzed statistically. It is concluded that the circumferential coronal bone defects statistically influence the primary stability of implants; ITV, ISQ and PTV are suitable and available to detect the peri-implant coronal bone defects in 3 mm increments, and ITV and PTV are more sensitive to coronal cortical bone loss. | 7 | Surface Characteristics of Mussel-inspired Polydopamine Coating on Titanium Substrates显示文摘Mussel adhesive proteins are non-toxic, biodegradable and have low immunogenic qualities that make them highly attractive for medical purposes compared with man-made materials. 3,4-DOPA, which is a dopamine precursor, is a critical element for achieving mussel-like adhesive properties. In present study, polydopamine was coated onto the titanium surfaces by dipping in a 2 mg/mL dopamine solution in 10 mM TrisHCl buffer at pH 8.5. EDX element analysis and Raman spectroscopic analysis of the surface were conducted to verify the formation of polydopamine. The surface characteristics of polydopamine-coated titanium plates were observed by SEM and AFM. Hydrophilicity and corrosion-resistance were also evaluated by static contact angle measurements and potentiodynamic polarization corrosion tests. The absorption intensity for pH-induced polymerization rapidly increased for the initial four hours and thereafter smoothly increased. EDX element analyses revealed that the content of carbon and oxygen increased and the content of titanium decreased after the coating process. In the Raman spectra, polydopamine resulted in two new peaks at approximately 1 370 and 1 570 cm-1resulting from the stretching and deformation of catechol. Microstructural features revealed that nanometer-sized bright granules were randomly distributed after coating, and these nanoparticles grew with increased coating time. The Ra values of polydopamine-coated titanium plates were showed to increase with coating time. Compared to the pure titanium curve, the inflection point of polydopamine-coated titanium was located at a higher corrosion potential and lower corrosion current density. | 8 | Preparation and Pharmacodynamic Evaluation of Kang Zhu Gan Lu Oral Proliposome, a New Hypoglycemic Tibetan Medicine显示文摘[Objectives]To effectively solve the problem of poor oral bioavailability of total flavonoids in Kang Zhu Gan Lu(ZYZH),a new hypoglycemic Tibetan solid preparation,ZYZH oral proliposome was prepared by modern preparation method,and its hypoglycemic effect was evaluated.[Methods]ZYZH proliposome was prepared by carrier deposition method,and its particle morphology and Zeta potential were detected.Taking encapsulation efficacy as indictor,the optimal prescription and preparation process of ZYZH oral proliposome were screened by orthogonal experiment.In addition,the hypoglycemic activity of ZYZH oral liposome in alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice was studied.[Results]The repose angle,average particle size,encapsulation efficiency,and Zeta potential of ZYZH proliposome are 34.2°,(442.5±3.5)nm,67.7%and(-47.2±3.4)mV,respectively.Compared with the model group,the fasting blood glucose level of the hyperglycemic mice significantly declined(P<0.01),and their body weight changed insignificantly after four weeks of oral administration of ZYZH proliposome(P>0.05).[Conclusions]The preparation process of ZYZH oral proliposome is characterized by simple operation,high encapsulation efficiency and good stability.The new hypoglycemic Tibetan drug ZYZH oral liposome has obvious hypoglycemic effect on alloxan-induced hyperglycemic mice. | Weini DAI Yu MAO Lingmin LIN Xinran MI | 2019 | Medicinal Plant2019,10,5: | 0 |
| 9 | Crystal structure and Rietveld refinement of the new ternary compound Al_(14)Nd_5Si显示文摘The new ternary compound Al14Nd5Si has been studied by means of the X-ray powder diffraction technique and the Rietveld method. The ternary compound Al14Nd5Si has a hexagonal Ni3Sn-type structure with space group P63/mmc (No.194), the lattice parameters are a = 0.64470 (2) nm and c = 0.45926 (1) nm. The Smith and Snyder figure of merit for the index, FN, is F30 = 97.8 (30). The X-ray diffraction data indicated that the crystal structure of the compound Al14Nd5Si has been successfully refined by the Rietveld method. The R-factors of Riet- veld refinement are Rp = 0.088 and Rwp = 0.120, respectively. The thermal dependence of magnetization for the compound was measured by a vibrating sample magnetometer. The experimentally determined magnetic effective paramagnetic moment is μeff = 3.60 μB per Nd atom.
