| 1 | Robust extended Kalman filter with input estimation for maneuver tracking显示文摘This study investigates the problem of tracking a satellite performing unknown continuous maneuvers. A new method is proposed for estimating both the state and maneuver acceleration of the satellite. The estimation of the maneuver acceleration is obtained by the combination of an unbiased minimum-variance input and state estimation method and a low-pass filter. Then a threshold-based maneuver detection approach is developed to determinate the start and end time of the unknown maneuvers. During the maneuvering period, the estimation error of the maneuver acceleration is modeled as the sum of a fluctuation error and a sudden change error. A robust extended Kalman filter is developed for dealing with the acceleration estimate error and providing state estimation. Simulation results show that, compared with the Unbiased Minimum-variance Input and State Estimation(UMISE) method, the proposed method has the same position estimation accuracy, and the velocity estimation error is reduced by about 5 times during the maneuver period. | 2 | Classification of four distinct osteoarthritis subtypes with a knee joint tissue transcriptome atlas显示文摘The limited molecular classifications and disease signatures of osteoarthritis(OA)impede the development of prediagnosis and targeted therapeutics for OA patients.To classify and understand the subtypes of OA,we collected three types of tissue including cartilage,subchondral bone,and synovium from multiple clinical centers and constructed an extensive transcriptome atlas of OA patients.By applying unsupervised clustering analysis to the cartilage transcriptome,OA patients were classified into four subtypes with distinct molecular signatures:a glycosaminoglycan metabolic disorder subtype(C1),a collagen metabolic disorder subtype(C2),an activated sensory neuron subtype(C3),and an inflammation subtype(C4).Through ligand-receptor crosstalk analysis of the three knee tissue types,we linked molecular functions with the clinical symptoms of different OA subtypes.For example,the Gene Ontology functional term of vasculature development was enriched in the subchondral bone-cartilage crosstalk of C2 and the cartilage-subchondral bone crosstalk of C4,which might lead to severe osteophytes in C2 patients and apparent joint space narrowing in C4 patients.Based on the marker genes of the four OA subtypes identified in this study,we modeled OA subtypes with two independent published RNA-seq datasets through random forest classification.The findings of this work contradicted traditional OA diagnosis by medical imaging and revealed distinct molecular subtypes in knee OA patients,which may allow for precise diagnosis and treatment of OA. | Chunhui Yuan Zongyou Pan Kun Zhao Jun Li Zixuan Sheng Xudong Yao Hua Liu Xiaolei Zhang Yang Yang Dongsheng Yu Yu Zhang Yuzi Xu Zhi-Yong Zhang Tianlong Huang Wanlu Liu Hongwei Ouyang | 2020 | Bone Research2020,8,4: | 4 |

| 5 | Network Security Situation Awareness Framework based on Threat Intelligence显示文摘Network security situation awareness is an important foundation for network security management,which presents the target system security status by analyzing existing or potential cyber threats in the target system.In network offense and defense,the network security state of the target system will be affected by both offensive and defensive strategies.According to this feature,this paper proposes a network security situation awareness method using stochastic game in cloud computing environment,uses the utility of both sides of the game to quantify the network security situation value.This method analyzes the nodes based on the network security state of the target virtual machine and uses the virtual machine introspection mechanism to obtain the impact of network attacks on the target virtual machine,then dynamically evaluates the network security situation of the cloud environment based on the game process of both attack and defense.In attack prediction,cyber threat intelligence is used as an important basis for potential threat analysis.Cyber threat intelligence that is applicable to the current security state is screened through the system hierarchy fuzzy optimization method,and the potential threat of the target system is analyzed using the cyber threat intelligence obtained through screening.If there is no applicable cyber threat intelligence,using the Nash equilibrium to make predictions for the attack behavior.The experimental results show that the network security situation awareness method proposed in this paper can accurately reflect the changes in the network security situation and make predictions on the attack behavior. | Hongbin Zhang Yuzi Yi Junshe Wang Ning Cao Qiang Duan | 2018 | Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,9: | 2 |
| 6 | The effects of coloring therapy on patients with generalized anxiety disorder显示文摘Generalized anxiety disorder(GAD)has harmful effects on physical and mental health and quality of life.Coloring therapy has been reported to have a positive effect on improving patient anxiety and depression.But there are no reported clinical trials examining their effectiveness as a treatment for GAD.This study was planned to evaluate the effectiveness of coloring therapy combined with conventional therapy in improving anxiety,depression,and positive and negative emotions with GAD.This randomized controlled study comprising 88 GAD patients was selected for intervention in different wards.The control group(n=45)was given conventional antianxiety medication and physical therapy,and the experimental group(n=43)received coloring therapy combined with conventional therapy.The Self-Rating Depression Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Hamilton Depression Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Positive and Negative Affect Scale were assessed in both groups before and 3 weeks after the intervention.After the intervention,there were statistical differences in intra-and inter-group comparisons of anxiety,depression,and positive and negative mood scales in the experimental and control groups(p<.05).The minus in anxiety/positive emotions pre-and postintervention in the experimental group was statistically significant compared to that in anxiety/positive emotions pre-and postintervention in the control group(HAMA:d=1.45,95%confidence interval[CI](0.34,2.57),p=.011;SAS:d=3.87,95%CI(1.73,6.00),p=.001;positive:d=1.76,95%CI(0.17,3.34),p=.030).The minus in depressive/negative emotions pre-and postintervention in the experimental group was not statistically significant compared with that in depressive/negative emotions pre-and postintervention in the control group(p>.05).For GAD patients,adding coloring therapy based on conventional drug therapy and physical therapy can not only reduce depression and negative emotions but also have better effects on reducing anxiety and improving positive emotions than conventional therapy. | Bosomtwe Samuel Hongmei Wang Chengdong Shi Yongliang Pan Yuzi Yu Weiyu Zhu Zhou Jing | 2022 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2022,5,6: | 2 |

| 8 | Understanding fluorine-free electrolytes via small-angle X-ray scattering显示文摘Fluorine-free electrolytes have attracted great attention because of its low-cost and environmental friendliness. However, so far, little is known about the solution structures of these electrolytes. Here,we compare the solvation phenomenon of sodium tetraphenylborate(NaBPh_(4)) salt dissolved in organic solvents of propylene carbonate(PC), 1,2-dimethoxyethane(DME), acetonitrile(ACN) and tetrahydrofuran(THF). Small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) reveals a unique two-peak structural feature in this saltconcentrated PC electrolyte, while solutions using other solvents only have one scattering peak.Molecular dynamics(MD) simulations further reveal that there are anion-based clusters in addition to the short-range charge ordering in the concentrated NaBPh4/PC electrolyte. Raman spectroscopy confirms the existence of considerable contact ion pairs(CIPs). | 20 | A Facile Synthesis of ZnCo2O4 Nanocluster Particles and the Performance as Anode Materials for Lithium Ion Batteries显示文摘ZnCo_2O_4 nanocluster particles(NCPs) were prepared through a designed hydrothermal method, with the assistance of a surfactant, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. The crystalline structure and surface morphology of ZnCo_2O_4 were investigated by XRD, XPS, SEM, TEM, and BET analyses. The results of SEM and TEM suggest a clear nanocluster particle structure of cubic ZnCo_2O_4(*100 nm in diameter), which consists of aggregated primary nanoparticles(*10 nm in diameter), is achieved. The electrochemical behavior of synthesized ZnCo_2O_4 NCPs was investigated by galvanostatic discharge/charge measurements and cyclic voltammetry. The ZnCo_2O_4 NCPs exhibit a high reversible capacity of 700 mAh g^(-1) over 100 cycles under a current density of 100 mA g^(-1) with an excellent coulombic efficiency of 98.9% and a considerable cycling stability.
