1Pre-stack inversion for caved carbonate reservoir prediction:A case study from Tarim Basin,China显示文摘The major storage space types in the carbonate reservoir in the Ordovician in the TZ45 area are secondary dissolution caves.For the prediction of caved carbonate reservoir,post-stack methods are commonly used in the oilfield at present since pre-stack inversion is always limited by poor seismic data quality and insufficient logging data.In this paper,based on amplitude preserved seismic data processing and rock-physics analysis,pre-stack inversion is employed to predict the caved carbonate reservoir in TZ45 area by seriously controlling the quality of inversion procedures.These procedures mainly include angle-gather conversion,partial stack,wavelet estimation,low-frequency model building and inversion residual analysis.The amplitude-preserved data processing method can achieve high quality data based on the principle that they are very consistent with the synthetics.Besides,the foundation of pre-stack inversion and reservoir prediction criterion can be established by the connection between reservoir property and seismic reflection through rock-physics analysis.Finally,the inversion result is consistent with drilling wells in most cases.It is concluded that integrated with amplitude-preserved processing and rock-physics,pre-stack inversion can be effectively applied in the caved carbonate reservoir prediction.Zhang Yuanyin Sam Zandong Sun Yang Haijun Wang Haiyang HanJianfa Gao Hongliang Luo Chunshu Jing Bing 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,4:9
2The application of amplitude-preserved processing and migration for carbonate reservoir prediction in the Tarim Basin,China显示文摘Conventional seismic exploration method based on post-stack data usually fails to identify the distribution of fractured and caved carbonate reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,so the rich pre-stack information should be applied to the prediction of carbonate reservoirs.Amplitude-preserved seismic data processing is the foundation.In this paper,according to the feature of desert seismic data (including weak reflection,fast attenuation of high frequency components,strong coherent noises,low S/N and resolution),a set of amplitude-preserved processing techniques is applied and a reasonable processing flow is formed to obtain the high quality data.After implementing a set of pre-stack amplitude-preserved processing,we test and define the kernel parameters of amplitude-preserved Kirchhoff PSTM (pre-stack time migration) and subsequent gathers processing,in order to obtain the amplitude-preserved gathers used to the isotropic pre-stack inversion for the identification of caved reservoirs.The AVO characteristics of obtained gathers fit well with the synthetic gathers from logging data,and it proves that the processing above is amplitudepreserved.The azimuthal processing techniques,including azimuth division and binning enlargement,are implemented for amplitude-preserved azimuthal gathers with the uniform fold.They can be used in the anisotropic inversion to detect effective fractures.The processing techniques and flows are applied to the field seismic data,and are proved available for providing the amplitude-preserved gathers for carbonate reservoir prediction in the Tarim Basin.Sam Zandong Sun Yang Haijun Zhang Yuanyin Han Jianfa WangDan Sun Wenbo Jiang Shan 2011Petroleum Science2011,8,4:6
3Effect of minocycline on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury显示文摘Minocylcine, a tetracycline derivate, has been shown to cross the blood-brain barrier and enter the central nervous system. In this study, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury models were established using the suture method, and minocycline was immediately injected intraperitoneally after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion (22.5 mg/kg, initially 45 mg/kg) at a 12-hour interval. Results showed that after minocycline treatment, the volume of cerebral infarction was significantly reduced, the number of surviving cell in the hippocampal CA1 region increased, the number of apoptotic cells decreased, the expression of caspase-3 and poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose) polymerase-1 protein was down-regulated, and the escape latency in the water maze test was significantly shortened compared with the ischemia-reperfusion group. 4Effects of minocycline on learning and memory of mice following ischemic-hypoxic cerebral injuries显示文摘An ischemic-hypoxic animal model was established using right common carotid artery occlusions and inhalation of low concentrations of oxygen in mice. At 10 days after the ischemic-hypoxic injuries, saline-treated mice exhibited significantly prolonged escape latencies in water-maze tests and significantly shorter memory latencies and more mistakes in step-down tests. In contrast, mice treated with 5 mg/kg minocycline exhibited significant reversals of each of these effects compared with the saline-treated control mice. Moreover, we found that minocycline can relieve brain water content and morphological changes in mice following ischemic-hypoxic cerebral injuries. 5Chloride channel blocker 4,4-diisothiocyanatostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid inhibits nitric oxide-induced apoptosis in cultured rat hippocampal neurons显示文摘Apoptosis in cultured rat hippocampal neurons was induced using the nitric oxide donor 3-morpholinosydnonimine, and cells were treated with the chloride channel blocker, 4,4-diisothiocyanatostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid. Results showed that the survival rate of neurons was significantly increased after treatment with 4,4-diisothiocyanatostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid, and the rate of apoptosis decreased. In addition, the expression of the apoptosis-related proteins poly(adenosine diphosphate-ribose)polymerase-1 and apoptosis-inducing factor were significantly reduced. 14Changes in P2Y purinoreceptor-mediated intracellular calcium signal pathways results in inositol-1, 4, 5-triphosphate-sensitive calcium stores in rat small trigeminal ganglion neurons显示文摘BACKGROUND: Most of the currently available information on purinergic receptors (P2Rs) involved in pain transmission is based on results obtained in dorsal root ganglion or the spinal cord. However, the mechanism of P2Rs in trigeminal neuralgia remains unclear. OBJECTIVE: To investigate changes in the P2R-mediated calcium signaling pathway in nociceptive trigeminal ganglion neurons. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: In vitro experiments were conducted at the Patch-Clamp Laboratory of Comprehensive Experiment Center of Anhui Medical University, China from September 2008 to June 2009. MATERIALS: Thapsigargin, caffeine, suramin, and adenosine 5’-triphosphate were purchased from Sigma, USA. METHODS: Using Fura-2-based microfluorimetry, intracellular calcium concentration ([Ca2+]i) was measured in freshly isolated adult rat small trigeminal ganglion neurons before and after drug application. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Fluorescent intensities were expressed as the ratio F340/F380 to observe [Ca2+]i changes. RESULTS: In normal extracellular solution and Ca2+-free solution, application of thapsigargin (1 μmol/L), a sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ pump adenosine 5’-triphosphate inhibitor, as well as caffeine (20 mmol/L), a ryanodine receptor agonist, triggered [Ca2+]i increase in small trigeminal ganglion neurons. A similar response was induced by application of adenosine 5’-triphosphate (100 μmol/L). In Ca2+-free conditions, adenosine 5’-triphosphate-induced [Ca2+]i transients in small trigeminal ganglion neurons were inhibited in cells pre-treated with thapsigargin (P < 0.01), but not by caffeine (P > 0.05). In normal, extracellular solution, adenosine 5’-triphosphate-induced [Ca2+]i transients in small trigeminal ganglion neurons were partly inhibited in cells pre-treated with thapsigargin (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Inositol-1, 4, 5-triphosphate (IP3)- and ryanodine-sensitive Ca2+ stores exist in rat nociceptive trigeminal ganglion neurons. Two pathways are involved in the purinoreceptor-mediated [Ca2+]i rise observed in nociceptive trigeminal ganglion neurons. 15Effects of calcium channel on 3-morpholinosydnonimine-induced rat hippocampal neuronal apoptosis显示文摘Previous studies have demonstrated that increased chloride channel activity plays a role in nitric oxide-induced neuronal apoptosis in the rat hippocampus. The present study investigated the effects of the broad-spectrum calcium channel blocker CdCl2 on survival rate, percentage of apoptosis, and morphological changes in hippocampal neurons cultured in vitro, as well as the effects of calcium channels on neuronal apoptosis. The chloride channel blockers 4-acetamido-4'-isothiocyanatostilbene-2, 2'-disulfonic acid (SITS) or 4, 4'-diisothiocyanostilbene-2, 2'-disulfonic acid (DIDS) increased the survival rate of 3-morpholinosydnonimine (SIN-1)-treated neurons and suppressed SIN-1-induced neuronal apoptosis. The calcium channel blocker CdCl2 did not increase the survival rate of neurons and did not affect SIN-1-induced apoptosis or SITS- or DIDS-suppressed neuronal apoptosis. 18Farnesoid X receptor expression is reduced in human hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘Farnesoid X receptor (FXR, NR1H4) is a member of nuclear hormone receptor superfamily. Previously studies showed that FXR-/- mice spontaneously developed liver tumors when they aged, however, the relevance of which to human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is unclear. The aim of this study is to observe whether FXR expression is also downregulated in HCC and discuss the mechanism of the reduced FXR expression in HCC. Expression of FXR and small heterodimer partner (SHP) was measured by real-time PCR and immunohistochemical technique. Effect of pro-inflammatory cytokines on expression of FXR and its promoter activity were determined in primary hepatocytes or HepG2 and Huh7 cell lines. Our results showed that expression of FXR and its target gene SHP in human HCC was strongly downregulated compared to the normal liver tissues. In addition, pro-inflammatory cytokines were able to decrease FXR expression by inhibiting the FXR promoter activity.
