2Scalable Cu(Ⅱ)-mediated intramolecular dehydrogenative phenol-phenol coupling:Concise synthesis of enantiopure axially chiral homo-and hetero-diphenols显示文摘An intramolecular dehydrogenative homo-and hetero-coupling of phenols has been successfully developed for quick preparation of enantiopure axial diphenols under mild Cu(Ⅱ)-mediated conditions,using((4 S,5 S)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxolane-4,5-diyl)dimethanol as the chiral auxiliary.The commercially available(R)-α-met hylbenzy la mine was identified as the best amine ligand for Cu(Ⅱ) in the reactions.A variety of homo/hetero bis-dihydroxylbenzoate substrates were examined,affording the corresponding axially chiral diphenols with satis factory to excellent diastereomeric ratios,and a representative scalable preparation was also attempted.A formal synthesis of natural product(+)-deoxyschizandrin has been achieved in this work using one axially chiral diphenol as the synthetic intermediate.Yuefei Gu Tianyang Wang Ming Gao Zhu-Jun Yao 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,1:0
3A Flaw in the Security Proof of BDOP-PEKS and PEKS-STAT显示文摘Provable security has been widely used for analyzing the security of cryptosystems. Its main idea is to reduce the secu- rity to some well-defined computational assumption. The reduc- tion process is called the security proof. In this paper, we find a flaw in the security proof of BDOP-PEKS and PEKS-STAT, pre- sent a new conclusion for the security of BDOP-PEKS, and give a security proof. The flaw in the security proof of PEKS-STAT can be fixed in the same way. 4Provable Security of ID-Based Proxy Multi-Signature Schemes显示文摘In the last couple of years, ID-based cryptography has got fruitful achievements. Proxy multi-signature allows a desig- nated person, called a proxy signer, to sign on behalf of two or more original signers. In this paper, we present a general security model for ID-based proxy multi-signature (ID-PMS) schemes.
