| 1 | Nanostructured ZnO for biosensing applications显示文摘Based on the unique properties, nanostructured ZnO could provide a stable immobilization for biomolecules retaining their biological activity. It has been recently developed as a nice candidate for the construction of biosensors with enhanced analytical performance. In this paper, we reviewed the progress in adapting nanostructured ZnO for several predominantly in biosensing applications based on enzymic reaction, immunoreaction, and molecular compitation. | 3 | Spectral behavior of 8-hydro-xyquinoline aluminum in nanometer-sized holes of porous alumina显示文摘The porous alumina have been prepared by anodization and an organic molecule 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminum (Alq3) has been impregnated in the pores. The morphology measured through atomic force microscopy shows that the size of the pores is about 10 nm. A blue-shift photoluminescence of Alq3 in nanometer-sized hole is close to that of the monomers. With the band gap increases, the surface roughness and the grain size reduces. It is worth noting that the intensity of the band-edge luminescence of Mg doped films enhances with the increase of the Mg content. | 9 | A survey on cryptographic techniques for protecting big data security:present and forthcoming显示文摘Big data drive multidimensional convergence and profound innovations among industries and provide novel ways of exploring the world.As they significantly create economic and social value,big data meaningfully impact the implementation and management of information security and privacy protection.Cryptographic technologies are used to protect the security and entire life cycle of big data.The demand for this technology is multiplied when the data are stored in the cloud.They are stored in the cloud in the form of ciphertext,and the driving requirement for data retrieval,sharing,and manipulation places the security of data at risk.The all-or-nothing approach of traditional cryptography systems cannot realize the release and processing of data information with flexible and increasingly fine granularity.Consequently,dealing with the relationship between privacy protection and data utilization,as well as navigating the blurry boundaries between subverting either plaintext or ciphertext,has become a research focus of the current cryptographic trend for protecting big data security.Presently,there are many studies designed to solve these limitations.First,security requirements and source encryption mode for future big data systems and applications are elaborated.Then,focusing on the practical security and functionality of the big data life cycle,including storage,retrieval,sharing,calculation,statistical analysis,and utilization,the research being conducted based on those functions is reviewed.For each cryptographic technology that meets the requirement of each type of big data security or application,security and efficiency comments and sufficient comparison analyses of cryptography schemes or protocols are provided;moreover,the current general problems and development trends are expounded.Because the current innovative research on cryptographic technology was primarily based on the development or improvement of a single solution,the study on the security of the entire big data life cycle from a holistic perspective is extremely limited.Finally,based on surveys and integration of cryptographic techniques,a compatible and comprehensive reference cryptographic architecture for big data security(Z-CABDS)is proposed,which can be used to guide each sub-direction to cooperate with each other to achieve the full life cycle security of big data.Moreover,certain challenges,open problems,and thoughts on future research related to the cryptography of big data security from the viewpoint of the entire big data life cycle are addressed,including views on information theory,the intersection and fusion of technologies,and new technology derivation,which aims to provide a good reference and inspiration for follow-up research. | Siqi LU Jianhua ZHENG Zhenfu CAO Yongjuan WANG Chunxiang GU | 2022 | Science China(Information Sciences)2022,65,10: | 1 |
| 10 | All-optical generation,detection,and manipulation of picosecond acoustic pulses in 2D semiconductor/dielectric heterostructures显示文摘Launching,tracking,and controlling picosecond acoustic(PA)pulses are fundamentally important for the construction of ultrafast hypersonic wave sources,ultrafast manipulation of matter,and spatiotemporal imaging of interfaces.Here,we show that GHz PA pulses can be all-optically generated,detected,and manipulated in a 2D layered MoS_(2)∕glass heterostructure using femtosecond laser pump-probe.Based on an interferometric model,PA pulse signals in glass are successfully decoupled from the coexisting temperature and photocarrier relaxation and coherent acoustic phonon(CAP)oscillation signals of MoS_(2)lattice in both time and frequency domains.Under selective interface excitations,temperature-mediated interfacial phonon scatterings can compress PA pulse widths by about 50%.By increasing the pump fluences,anharmonic CAP oscillations of MoS_(2)lattice are initiated.As a result,the increased interatomic distance at the MoS_(2)∕glass interface that reduces interfacial energy couplings can markedly broaden the PA pulse widths by about 150%.Our results open new avenues to obtain controllable PA pulses in 2D semiconductor/dielectric heterostructures with femtosecond laser pump-probe,which will enable many investigations and applications. | WENXIONG XU YUANYUAN LI QIANNAN CUI HE ZHANG CHUANSHENG XIA HAO GUO GUANGQUAN ZHOU JIANHUA CHANG HUI ZHAO JUN WANG ZHONGZE GU CHUNXIANG XU | 2023 | Photonics Research2023,11,12: | 0 |

Its main idea is to reduce the secu- rity to some well-defined computational assumption. The reduc- tion process is called the security proof. In this paper, we find a flaw in the security proof of BDOP-PEKS and PEKS-STAT, pre- sent a new conclusion for the security of BDOP-PEKS, and give a security proof. The flaw in the security proof of PEKS-STAT can be fixed in the same way.
