| 1 | Penumbral imaging and numerical evaluation of large area source neutron imaging system显示文摘The fusion neutron penumbral imaging system Monte Carlo model was established. The transfer functions of the two discrete units in the neutron source were obtained in two situations:Imaging in geometrical near-optical and real situation. The spatial resolutions of the imaging system in two situations were evaluated and compared. The penumbral images of four units in the source were obtained by means of 2-dimensional (2D) convolution and Monte Carlo simulation. The penumbral images were reconstructed with the same method of filter. The same results were confirmed. The encoding essence of penumbral imaging was revealed. With MCNP(Monte Carlo N-particle) simulation,the neutron penumbral images of the large area source (200 μm×200 μm) on scintillation fiber array were obtained. The improved Wiener filter method was used to reconstruct the penumbral image and the source image was obtained. The results agree with the preset neutron source image. | 2 | Discovery of a series of dimethoxybenzene FGFR inhibitors with 5H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrazine scaffold: structure–activity relationship, crystal structural characterization and in vivo study显示文摘Genomic alterations are commonly found in the signaling pathways of fibroblast growth factor receptors(FGFRs). Although there is no selective FGFR inhibitors in market, several promising inhibitors have been investigated in clinical trials, and showed encouraging efficacies in patients. By designing a hybrid between the FGFR-selectivity-enhancing motif dimethoxybenzene group and our previously identified novel scaffold, we discovered a new series of potent FGFR inhibitors, with the best one showing sub-nanomolar enzymatic activity. After several round of optimization and with the solved crystal structure, detailed structure–activity relationship was elaborated. | 3 | A Preliminary Study on SSR Molecular Markers of White Character of Capsicum显示文摘In this study,Paprika 247 with milk white fruit at marketable maturity stage as male parent and capsicum 246 with green fruit at marketable maturity stage as female parent were selected as experimental materials to screen SSR molecular markers closely related to white fruit character,so as to lay a foundation for the use of SSR technique for molecular marker-assisted breeding and provide reference for breeding of new white capsicum germplasms and varieties. 360 pairs of SSR primers were screened in total,and among them,3 pairs of primers( ES-89,ES-292,ES-296) exhibited remarkable polymorphic differences. | 4 | Petrogenesis and Tectonic Implications of the Latest Cretaceous Intrusive Rocks from the Eastern Gangdese Belt,Southeast Tibet显示文摘The latest Cretaceous magmatic activity in the eastern segment of the Lhasa terrane provides important insights for tracking the magma source and geodynamic setting of the eastern Gangdese batholith,eastward of eastern Himalayan Syntaxis.Detailed petrological,geochemical and geochronological studies of the intrusive rocks(monzodiorites and granodiorites)of the eastern Gangdese batholith are presented with monzodiorites and granodiorites giving zircon U-Pb crystallization dates of 70-66 Ma and 71-66 Ma withεHf(t)values of−4.8 to+6.2 and−1.9 to+5.3,respectively.These rocks are metaluminous to weakly peraluminous I-type granites showing geochemically arc-related features of enrichment in LREEs and some LILEs,e.g.,Rb,Th,and U,and depletion in HREEs and some HFSEs,e.g.,Nb,Ta,and Ti.The rocks are interpreted to be derived from partial melting of mantle material and juvenile crust,respectively,which are proposed to be triggered by Neo-Tethyan slab rollback during northward subduction,with both experiencing ancient crustal contamination.The studied intrusive rocks formed in a transitional geodynamic setting caused by Neo-Tethyan oceanic flat subduction to slab rollback beneath the eastern Gangdese belt during the latest Cretaceous. | CHEN Yanfei CHEN Xuanhua ZHANG Zeming SHAO Zhaogang TIAN Zuolin DONG Xin QIN Shengkai YUAN Yuelei | 2022 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2022,96,3: | 1 |
| 5 | Measurement of water quality in LHAASO-WCDA显示文摘Introduction The water Cherenkov detector array(WCDA)is an important detector in the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),which is tasked with continuously surveying VHE gamma-rays sky.The WCDA covers an area of 78,000 m2 and contains 350,000 tons of purified water.The water quality and its stability are critical for its performance and long-term operation.Method Light is exponentially attenuated when propagating in water.Water attenuation length can be obtained by comparing light intensities at different optical path lengths,which is the basic principle of direct measurements.Here,a cylindrical device was designed to continuously monitor and measure water quality in the LHAASO-WCDA.Conclusion The systematic error of the cylindrical device was about 4.1%,indicating it is capable of measuring the water attenuation length in WCDA.Furthermore,suspended particle number and turbidity were confirmed as significantly related to the measured attenuation length. | Huicai Li Mingjun Chen Bo Gao Huihai He Cheng Liu Kai Li Bodong Wang Xiaohao You Yuelei Zhang | 2023 | Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2023,7,2: | 0 |
| 6 | Facet-induced coordination competition for highly ordered CsPbBr_(3) nanoplatelets with strong polarized emission显示文摘Controllable anisotropic growth of perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)is challenging since it is difficult to separate the nucleation and growth processes.Here,a two-step nucleation strategy is proposed to control the binding interaction between surface ligands and NCs,resulting in facet-induced coordination competition.Oleic acid as surface activated ligand leads to the formation of defective lead bromine octahedron,and the binding interaction between 4-dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid and lead atoms promotes the formation of two kinds of binding interactions.Based on this strategy,the anisotropic growth of CsPbBr_(3) nanoplatelet(NPLs)with adjusted length from 11.4 to 24 nm,and the evolution of NPLs from stacked to tongue-shaped have been realized.Elemental line scan reveals the sulfur atoms mainly distribute at the edge of NPLs.Furthermore,binding energy calculation and experimental results illustrate the coordination competition of different binding interaction on specific facets induces the anisotropic growth of NPLs.Importantly,strong emission anisotropy of highly ordered NPLs with polarization ratio up to 0.58 is illustrated.This work not only deepens our understanding of the controllable synthesis of perovskite NCs,but also provides a reference for the regulation of light emitting diode and soler cells. | Dandan Yang Xiaoming Li Yuelei Li Bo Cai Lin Su Shengli Zhang Zhili Juan Cuifang Meng Dongling Geng Jiaxin Chen Feng Xu Haibo Zeng | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,1: | 0 |
| 7 | Epidemiology of community pre-hypertensive patients and related risk factors in Chengdu city显示文摘Objective:This study aims to explore the epidemiologic characteristics of pre-hypertension,its related risk factors of cardiovascular diseases and its relativity with metabolic disorders among community residents of Chengdu city.Methods:Cluster random sampling was performed in three districts and counties of Chengdu.A total of 3524 residents(resident for≥1 year,≥18 years of age)were enrolled in the investigation.All the participants were interviewed in the questionnaire survey.Physical examination,blood pressure measurements,and blood sampling were also performed.Results:The overall prevalence of pre-hypertension was 34.07%.The prevalence of prehyper-tension was higher in males than in females(41.16%vs.23.89%,P<0.05).The prevalence of pre-hypertension among patients with systolic/diastolic blood pressures of 120-129 mmHg/80-84 mmHg and 130-139 mmHg/85-89 mmHg were 34.90%and 17.16%,respectively.The prevalence of pre-hypertension increased with age,reaching a peak at 30-39 years(39.93%),and then declined.Multi-ple risk factors for cardiovascular disease were more common in patients with hypertension and pre-hypertension than in the population with normal blood pressure.Pre-hypertension was associated with increased fasting blood glucose and increased relative risks of hypertriglyceridemia,hyperuricemia,overweight,obesity,and abdominal obesity,compared with patients who had normal blood pressure.Conclusion:The prevalence of pre-hypertension in residents of Chengdu was high.Multiple metabolic disorders were already present in the population,and multiple cardiovascular disease risk factors were more common than in the population with normal blood pressure.Early screening for cardiovascular risk factors should be performed in patients with pre-hypertension.In addition,comprehensive measures,such as lifestyle improvement and medications,should be implemented. | Xinyun Chen Yafei Yan Fang Qin Xiaojing Jiang Bo Yu Fang Shang Jian Liu Yuelei Wu Dan Tang Yuanyuan Yao Tingjie Zhang | 2013 | Family Medicine and Community Health2013,1,3: | 0 |
