1Multivalent Aptamer-modified DNA Origami as Drug Delivery System for Targeted Cancer Therapy显示文摘In spite of great development in nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems(DDSs)for improved therapeutic efficacy,it remains challenging for effective delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs to targeted tumor cells.In this work,we report a triangle DNA origami as targeted DDS for cancer therapy.DNA origami shows excellent biocompatibility and stability in cell culture medium for 24 h.In addition,the DNA origami structures conjugated with multivalent aptamers enable for efficient delivery of anticancer drug doxorubicin(Dox)into targeted cancer cell due to their targeting function,reducing side effects associated with nonspecific distribution.Moreover,we also demonstrated that the multivalent aptamer-modified DNA origami loading Dox exhibits prominent therapeutic efficacy in vitro.Accordingly,this work provides a good paradigm for the development of DNA origami nanostructure-based targeted DDS for cancer therapy.CAO Mengyao SUN Yueyang XIAO Mingshu LI Li LIU Xiaohui JIN Hong PEI Hao 2020Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2020,36,2:1
2Booming or sinking: How does an emission trading scheme affect enterprise value?显示文摘Unlike prior research that shows climate policy improves enterprise value,this study reveals the negative im‐pact of emission trading schemes(ETSs)on enterprise value under China’s unique institutional backdrop and identifies the mechanism through which this impact occurs.Data from a sample of 1267 listed companies in the Chinese stock market from 2005 to 2018 models are analyzed using difference-in-differences(DID)and propensity score matching methods(PSM).The results suggest that ETSs have an average short-term negative impact on enterprise value,which peaks in the second year of the ETS and diminishes from the fourth year.Further analysis reveals that ETSs did not cause significant operating losses for firms but reduced their value through the market response mechanism.ETS enterprises experienced significant declines in their annual stock transaction amounts and in returns on individual shares.This indicates that investors expect ETSs to ad‐versely affect pilot enterprises and accordingly adopt disinvestment strategies.Despite the short-term negative effect,ETSs effectively encourage enterprises to innovate green technologies to mitigate long-term carbon risk.Yanni He Yigang Wei Yiming Fang Yueyang Cao 2022Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2022,20,3:0
3A facile method to introduce a donor-acceptor system into polymeric carbon nitride for efficient photocatalytic overall water splitting显示文摘It is a prospective strategy to produce sustainable energy by photocatalytic overall water splitting(POWS).This work aims to develop a simple method for integrating a donor-acceptor system into polymeric car-bon nitride(PCN)structure,which could accelerate the charge separation significantly.In the as-prepared photocatalyst(COCNT),carbon and oxygen were successfully incorporated into the framework of PCN,and the chemical environment of C and O was well probed by X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).It showed that the C-containing and O-containing segments of COCNT played the role of a donor,while the heptazine part played the role of an acceptor.In addition,Density-functional-theory(DFT)calculations confirmed the spatial split of the highest occupied molec-ular orbital(HOMO)and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)for promoting charge separation.Impressively,COCNT could efficiently split pure water to generate hydrogen and oxygen.And,the photo-catalytic hydrogen evolution rate over COCNT(1550.9μmol g^(-1)h^(-1))is about 17-fold higher than that of PCN.Finally,we proposed a possible photocatalytic mechanism to explain the above results.Yabin Jiang Chi Cao Yueyang Tan Qianwen Chen Lei Zeng Wensheng Yang Zongzhao Sun Limin Huang 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,10:0
