| 1 | Wholly smoothing cutter orientations for five-axis NC machining based on cutter contact point mesh显示文摘Cutting forces with respect to different cutter orientations are analyzed for five-axis NC machining of a ball-end cutter.A measure is then defined to quantify the effects of cutter orientation variation.According to the measure,a novel model and algorithm are proposed to wholly optimize cutter orientations based on a cutter contact(CC) point mesh.The method has two advantages.One is that the cutter orientation smoothnesses along the feed direction and pick-feed direction are both wholly optimized.The other is that only the accessibility cones of mesh points are required to compute and the computation efficiency is improved.These advantages are shown by simulating the machining efficiency,the stability of feed velocities and the smoothness of cutting force.A computational example and a cutting experiment are finally given to illustrate the validity of the proposed method. | BI QingZhen,WANG YuHan,ZHU LiMin & DING Han State Key Laboratory of Mechanical System and Vibration,School of Mechanical Engineering,Shanghai Jiaotong University,Shanghai 200240,China | 2010 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2010，53，5： | 12 |

| 3 | Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in patients with acute myocardial infarction suffering from diabetes mellitus显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the 'real world' effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in patients with acute myocardial infarction suffering from diabetes mellitus(AMI+DM patients).METHODS: This was a retrospective cohort study.During hospitalization, the 'exposure group' was defined as patients who had a TCM injection for ≥ 7 d.During follow-up, the definition of the exposure group was application of a Chinese patent medicine or decoction of Chinese medicine for ≥ 28 d.General information(age, sex, contact details), TCM use and endpoint events of AMI+DM patients during hospitalization and follow-up were collected.The correlation between TCM and the end-point events of AMI + DM patients was analyzed using a multiple logistic regression method.RESULTS: A total of 479 AMI + DM patients were enrolled and 345 cases were followed up. During hospitalization, TCM, age, hypertension and use of an angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)or angiotensin receptor blocker(ARB) were associated with cardiac death. During follow-up, TCM was associated with cardiac death. TCM was a relevant factor for a composite endpoint of re-infarction and stroke. TCM, anti-thrombotic therapy and lipid-lowering therapy were related to acute heart failure. TCM, anti-thrombotic therapy, anti-MI therapy and ACEI/ARB use exhibited a strong correlation with re-hospitalization due to cardiovascular disease.CONCLUSION: TCM reduced the prevalence of cardiac death during hospitalization, and cardiac death, a composite endpoint of re-infarction and stroke, acute heart failure and re-hospitalization due to cardiovascular disease during follow-up. | Dai Guohua Gao Wulin Bi Dongxue Liu Chunhua Liu Yuhan Wang Ning Zhao Chen | 2018 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2018，38，3： | 4 |

| 7 | The interplay between hepatocyte nuclear factor 4α(HNF4α)and cholesterol sulfotransferase(SULT2B1b)in hepatic energy homeostasis显示文摘The nuclear receptor hepatocyte nuclear factor 4alpha(HNF4α)plays a critical role in the regulation of metabolic homeostasis,including glucose homeostasis.Sulfotransferases(SULTs)catalyze the transfer of a sulfate group from 3-phosphoadenosine 5-phosphosulfate(PAPS)to an acceptor molecule.Sulfonation plays an essential role in regulating the chemical and functional homeostasis of endogenous and exogenous molecules.Among SULTs,the cholesterol sulfotransferase 2B1b(SULT2B1b)preferentially catalyzes the sulfoconjugation of cholesterol and oxysterols to form cholesterol sulfate and oxysterol sulfates.Hepatic gluconeogenesis represents a critical component of energy metabolism.Although there have been reviews on the regulation of glucose homeostasis by HNF4a,the interplay between HNF4a and SULT2B1b in hepatic glucose homeostasis remains scattered.In this review,we intend to provide an overview on how HNF4a functionally cross-talks with SULT2B1b to regulate hepatic glucose homeostasis and whether the HNF4a-SULT2B1b axis represents a novel therapeutic target for the management of metabolic liver disease and metabolic syndrome. | Yuhan Bi Youya Wang Wen Xie | 2019 | Liver Research2019，3，3： | 1 |
