1Effects of Duhuojisheng Tang and combined therapies on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc:a systematic review of randomized control trails显示文摘OBJECTIVE:A systematic review of the literature was conducted to evaluate the curative effect and safety of Duhuojisheng Tang on prolapse of the lumbar intervertebral disc.METHODS:The databases of PubMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Scientific Journals Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM) and Chinese Medical Citation Index(CMCI) were searched up to January 30,2012.Randomized controlled trials were selected to compare Duhuojisheng Tang with one or more of the following treatments:traction,acupuncture,massage,cupping and Western medical treatment.The quality-evaluating standard and the software RevMan 5.1 in Cochrane coordinative net were used to analyze the data.The effective indexes of the results were clinical curative rate,effectiveness of alleviating clinical symptoms and adverse reaction.RESULTS:Thirty-one randomized controlled trials of low quality,involving 3915 patients were systematically evaluated.Statistical analyses showed that good curative effect was achieved in both the group using Duhuojisheng Tang alone and with combined therapies.CONCLUSION:Using Duhuojisheng Tang alone or combined with other therapies can effectively improve pain,leg-raising height and other clinical symptoms of patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.Due to low methodological quality of the articles,no exact recommendations can be made.Yanxu Ma Minghua Huang Jingyan Cui Kai Meng Yuhao Zhao 2013Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2:27
2Energy-efficient resource allocation for hybrid bursty services in multi-relay OFDM networks显示文摘In this paper, we propose mapped two-way water filling(MTWF) scheme to maximize energy efficiency(EE) for hybrid bursty services with quality of services(Qo S) requirements in two-way multirelay(TWMR) OFDM networks. The bursty traffic is first analyzed by strictly proved equivalent homogeneous Poisson process, based on which the Qo S requirements are converted into sum-rate constraints. The formulated non-convex EE maximization problem, including subcarrier assignment, relay selection(RS) and rate allocation, is NP-hard involving combinatorial optimization. To conduct optimal RS on each subcarrier without priori bursty traffic knowledge, we utilize some approximate relationships under high data rate demands to remove its dependence on two-way data rates, and simplify the whole optimization problem as well. After the optimal channel configuration is obtained, which only depends on channel conditions, subcarrier assignment is attained through elitist selection genetic algorithm(ESGA), and rate allocation of each service is fulfilled by deducing two-way water filling principle. A new equivalent optimization objective function is proposed next as the simple evaluating index in ESGA to reduce complexity. 3Lightweight Cross-Modal Multispectral Pedestrian Detection Based on Spatial Reweighted Attention Mechanism显示文摘Multispectral pedestrian detection technology leverages infrared images to provide reliable information for visible light images, demonstrating significant advantages in low-light conditions and background occlusion scenarios. However, while continuously improving cross-modal feature extraction and fusion, ensuring the model’s detection speed is also a challenging issue. We have devised a deep learning network model for cross-modal pedestrian detection based on Resnet50, aiming to focus on more reliable features and enhance the model’s detection efficiency. This model employs a spatial attention mechanism to reweight the input visible light and infrared image data, enhancing the model’s focus on different spatial positions and sharing the weighted feature data across different modalities, thereby reducing the interference of multi-modal features. Subsequently, lightweight modules with depthwise separable convolution are incorporated to reduce the model’s parameter count and computational load through channel-wise and point-wise convolutions. The network model algorithm proposed in this paper was experimentally validated on the publicly available KAIST dataset and compared with other existing methods. 4Continuous-Time Channel Prediction Based on Tensor Neural Ordinary Differential Equation显示文摘Channel prediction is critical to address the channel aging issue in mobile scenarios.Existing channel prediction techniques are mainly designed for discrete channel prediction,which can only predict the future channel in a fixed time slot per frame,while the other intra-frame channels are usually recovered by interpolation.However,these approaches suffer from a serious interpolation loss,especially for mobile millimeter-wave communications.To solve this challenging problem,we propose a tensor neural ordinary differential equation(TN-ODE)based continuous-time channel prediction scheme to realize the direct prediction of intra-frame channels.Specifically,inspired by the recently developed continuous mapping model named neural ODE in the field of machine learning,we first utilize the neural ODE model to predict future continuous-time channels.To improve the channel prediction accuracy and reduce computational complexity,we then propose the TN-ODE scheme to learn the structural characteristics of the high-dimensional channel by low-dimensional learnable transform.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme is able to achieve higher intra-frame channel prediction accuracy than existing schemes.Mingyao Cui Hao Jiang Yuhao Chen Yang Du Linglong Dai 2024China Communications2024,21,1:0
