| 1 | A carbon-oxygen-bridged ladder-type building block for efficient donor and acceptor materials used in organic solar cells显示文摘A carbon-oxygen-bridged ladder-type donor unit(CO5) was invented and prepared via an ‘‘intramolecular demethanolization cyclization' approach. Its single crystal structure indicates enhanced planarity compared with the carbon-bridged analogue indacenodithiophene(IDT). Owing to the stronger electron-donating capability of CO5 than IDT, CO5-based donor and acceptor materials show narrower bandgaps. A donor-acceptor(D-A) copolymer donor(PCO5TPD) and an A-D-A nonfullerene acceptor(CO5IC) demonstrated higher performance than IDT-based counterparts, PIDTTPD and IDTIC, respectively. | 2 | Cu_2ZnSnS_4 thin films prepared by sulfurization of ion beam sputtered precursor and their electrical and optical properties显示文摘Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were successfully prepared by sulfurization of ion bean sputtered precursors on soda-lime glass substrate. The single phase of stannite-type structure CZTS films were obtained as revealed in EDS and XRD analysis when the ratios of the constituents of CZTS thin films are close to stoichiometric by optimizing the conditions of precursor preparation and sulfurization. A low sheet resistivity as about 0.156 Ω·cm and a high absorption coefficient as 1×104 cm-1 were achieved in this method by Hall effect measurements and UV-VIS spectrophotometer. | 3 | Characteristics of volatile compounds removal in biogas slurry of pig manure by ozone oxidation and organic solvents extraction显示文摘Biogas slurry is not suitable for liquid fertilizer due to its high amounts of volatile materials being of complicated composition and peculiar smell. In order to remove volatiles from biogas slurry efficiently, the dynamic headspace and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry were used to clear the composition of volatiles. Nitrogen stripping and superfluous ozone were also used to remove volatiles from biogas slurry. The results showed that there were 21 kinds of volatile compounds in the biogas slurry, including sulfur compounds, organic amines, benzene, halogen generation of hydrocarbons and alkanes, some of which had strong peculiar smell. The volatile compounds in biogas slurry can be removed with the rate of 53.0% by nitrogen stripping and with rate of 81.7% by the oxidization and stripping of the superfluous ozone. On this basis, the removal rate of the volatile compounds reached 99.2% by chloroform and n-hexane extraction, and almost all of odor was eliminated. In this work, six perylene bisimide-based red emitters, N,N''-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1-([1,1':3',1''-terphenyl]-5'-yl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(STPH),N,N'-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1,7-bis([1,1':3',1''-terphenyl]-5'-yl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(DTPH), N,N''-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1-(5'-phenyl-[1,1':3',1''-terphenyl]-4-yl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(STRPH), N,N0-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1,7-bis(5'-phenyl-[1,1':3',1''-terphenyl]-4-yl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(DTRPH),N,N0-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1-(4-(2,2-diphenylvinyl)phenyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(STTPE) and N,N'-bis(2-decyltetradecyl)-1,7-bis(4-(2,2-diphenylvinyl)phenyl)perylene-3,4,9,10-diimide(DTTPE), with the excellent chemical, thermal and photo-chemical stability, are synthesized through the convenient Suzuki coupling reaction, in which, the fluorescent properties can be modified easily from ACQ to AIE by just simply changing the bulky volume of the introduced aromatic substituents. | 10 | Molecular dynamics simulation of the deposition process of hydrogenated diamond-like carbon (DLC) films显示文摘The deposition process of hydrogenated diamond-like carbon (DLC) film greatly affects its frictional properties. In this study, CH3 radicals are selected as source species to deposit hydrogenated DLC films for molecular dynamics simulation. The growth and structural properties of hydrogenated DLC films are investigated and elucidated in detail. By comparison and statistical analysis, the authors find that the ratio of carbon to hydrogen in the films generally shows a monotonously increasing trend with the increase of impact energy. Carbon atoms are more reactive during deposition and more liable to bond with substrate atoms than hydrogen atoms. In addition, there exists a peak value of the number of hydrogen atoms deposited in hydrogenated DLC films. The trends of the variation are opposite on the two sides of this peak point, and it becomes stable when impact energy is greater than 80 eV. The average relative density also indicates a rising trend along with the increment of impact energy, while it does not reach the saturation value until impact energy comes to 50 eV. The hydrogen content in source species is a key factor to determine the hydrogen content in hydrogenated DLC films.
