1Research on acoustic holography method for identification of sound sources显示文摘This paper presents the method named acoustic holography which can be used to identify noise sources. A new formula of holography reconstruction is obtained, based on the Kirchhoff integral formula. Some simulating tests are carried out using the new formula. The comparison with other reconstruction formulas proves that the new formula is more effective. By using acoustic holography method, some interesting results about the noise of a vehicle are shown. 2Alamouti code based on block repetition in FBMC/OQAM systems显示文摘In this paper,we address the Alamouti code in Filter-Bank Multicarrier with Offset Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(FBMC/OQAM)and propose a novel block-wise Alamouti code,in which a repeated block is designed to eliminate the imaginary interference among FBMC/OQAM symbols.The proposed approach exhibits a higher spectral efficiency than the conventional block-wise Alamouti scheme,as only one column of zero symbols is used as a guard interval instead of two.Furthermore,compared to the conventional scheme,the bit error ratio is improved in the proposed block-wise Alamouti,as the assumption on channel invariance at two adjacent sub-carriers is not required.Simulation results indicate that,with a significantly reduced overhead,the proposed Alamouti scheme achieves better performance over the conventional block-wise Alamouti scheme.Dejin Kong Xing Zheng Yukang Tian Tao Jiang Yue Zhang 2022Digital Communications and Networks2022,8,1:0
3Risk factors associated with mortality of COVID-19 in 3125 counties of the United States显示文摘Background:The number of cumulative confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the United States has risen sharply since March 2020.A county health ranking and roadmaps program has been established to identify factors associated with disparity in mobility and mortality of COVID-19 in all counties in the United States.The risk factors associated with county-level mortality of COVID-19 with various levels of prevaIence are not well understood.Methods:Using the data obtained from the County Health Rankings and Roadmaps program,this study applied a negative binomial design to the courtty-level mortality counts of COVID-19 as of August 27,2020 in the United States.In this design,the infected counties were categorized into three levels of infections using clustering analysis based on time-var ying cumulative con firmed cases from March 1 to August 27,2020.COVID-19 patients were not analyzed in dividually but were aggregated at the county-level,where the coun ty-level deaths of COVID-19 con firmed by the local health agencies.Clustering analysis and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used in our statistical analysis.Ting Tian Jingwen Zhang Liyuan Hu Yukang Jiang Congyuan Duan Zhongfei Li Xueqin Wang Heping Zhang 2021Infectious Diseases of Poverty2021,10,1:0

5支气管和肺动脉双袖状肺叶切除术治疗中央型肺癌的临床应用(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of our study was to introduce the surgical method and evaluate the efficacy of double sleeve lobectomy of the bronchus and the pulmonary artery in treatment for the central lung cancer. Method:From March 1995 to October 2010, double sleeve lobectomy of the bronchus and the pulmonary artery was performed in 45 cases with central lung cancer that involved the bronchial opening of an upper lobe of the lungs or the main bronchus and pulmonary artery but didn't involve any lower lobes. Among them, left upper lobectomy was performed in 37 cases, right medium-upper lobectomy was performed in 6 cases and right upper lobectomy was performed in 2 cases. Results:Postoperative complications were found in 12 cases. Among them, 3 cases were arrhythmia, 1 case was acute heart failure, 6 cases were obstructive pneumonia and pulmonary atelectasis, 2 cases were bronchial anastomotic fistula. Two cases died of cerebral infarction and massive hemoptysis respectively. Thirty-one cases were squamous carcinoma, 7 cases were adenocarcinoma, 4 cases were small cell lung cancer, 1 case was adenosquamous carcinoma, 1 case was sarcomatoid carcinomas, 1 case was mucinous adenocarcinoma. Ten cases were T3N0M0, 11 cases were T3N1M0, 17 cases were T3N2M0, 2 cases were T4N1M0, 5 cases were T4N2M0. The 1-year, 3-year, 5-year survival rates were 84.4% (38/45), 51.7% (15/29), 53.8% (7/13) respectively. Conclusion:The double sleeve lobectomy of the bronchus and the pulmonary artery can maximumly reserve the normal lung tissues while removing tumors, and avoid pneumonectomy.
