| 2 | Design and synthesis of the ring-opened derivative of 3-n-butylphthalide-ferulic acid-glucose trihybrids as potential anti-ischemic agents显示文摘To improve aqueous solubility and anti-ischemic activity of 3-n-butylphthalide(NBP),we designed and synthesized the ring-opened derivative of NBP-ferulic acid-glucose trihybrids(S1-S8).These hybrids inhibited adenosine diphosphate(ADP)-or arachidonic acid(AA)-induced platelet aggregation, among them,S2 was 30-fold more water-soluble,and over 10-fold more potent in inhibition of platelet aggregation,as well as reduced ROS generation and protected primary neuronal cells from OGD/Rinduced damage,in comparison with NB P.Additionally,S2 was more active than its three moieties alone or in combination, suggesting that the activity of S2 may be attributed to the synergistic effects of these moieties.Importantly,in vivo studies indicated that S2 not only possessed good pharmacokinetic profile, but also improved NBP distribution in rodent brain, suggesting that the glucose moiety in S2 may be recognized by glucose transporter 1(GLUT1)on blood-brain barrier(BBB),promoting it to penetrate through BBB.Our findings suggest that S2 may be a promising candidate for the intervention of ischemic stroke, warranting further study. | Jianbing Wu Wei Yin Yinqiu Zhang Hui Ye Yunman Li Jide Tian Zhangjian Huang Yihua Zhang | 2020 | Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,7: | 1 |
| 3 | Geophysical Features of the Ore-Controlling Fault in the Chang'an Gold Deposit, Southern Yunnan Province显示文摘The Ailao Mountain is one of the most important metallogenic belts of polymetallic deposits in the Sanjiang region, southwestern China.Located in the southern segment of this metallogenic belt, the newly-discovered Chang’an gold deposit is large in scale(Fig.1A),and has attracted much attention among geologists. The | LI Hua ASKAR ZHOU Yunman ZHANG Wei WU Wenxian ZHOU Yimin ZHOU Kuiwu | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,5: | 1 |
| 4 | Oxygen isotope as a tracer of REE fractionation in water-rock interaction显示文摘STABLE oxygen isotope is not only an effective approach to tracing water-rock interactions, but also canprovide much information about ore-forming temperature and source and evolution of ore fluids in thestudy of hydrothermal deposits. The rare-earth elements (REE) can be used to trace the sources ofore-forming materials and can also, to some extent, indicate the physical and chemical properties of fluids in the geochemical processes. The combination of these two aspects of research can effectivelyprobe into the geochemical behavior and evolution of REE in the process of water-rock interaction duringhydrothermal ore deposition. On the other hand, the essence of REE as tracers in hydrothermal mineralization can be better understood. In this note the Lemachang independent Ag deposit in northeastern Yunnan is selected for a case study. | DENG Hailin~1, LI Chaoyang~1, ZHOU Yunman~2 and WANG Chongwu~2 1. | 5 | Sulfur isotope geochemistry of the Lemachang independent Ag deposit, northeastern Yunnan——A concurrent discussion on the mechanism of sulfur isotope equilibrium between barite and freibergite below 300℃显示文摘IN the study of hydrothermal deposits sulfur isotopes bear much information about the source of sulfur,ore-forming temperature, the evolution of ore-forming fluids and the mechanism of metallogenesis. Todetermine whether sulfur isotopes reach equilibrium between fluids and sulfur-bearing minerals precipitated from the former and among the sulfur-bearing minerals is the key to the application of sulfur isotopegeochemistry to geological problems. As it has been commonly accepted that sulfur isotopic equilibrium could not be reached between sulfate and sulfide below 350℃, little attention has been paid to thepossible mechanism of sulfur isotope equilibrium between sulfate and sulfide below 300℃. However, this note presents an example to show sulfur isotope equilibrium between barite and sulfate | DENG Hailin~1, LI Chaoyang~1, ZHOU Yunman~2 and WANG Congwu~2 1.
