1一种自适应图象水印算法显示文摘数字水印作为数字媒体版权保护的有效办法,近年来在国际上引起了人们极大的兴趣与注意.提出了一个利用块分类的自适应图象水印算法.为了实现自适应,将原始图象分块并设计了一个基于视觉掩蔽特性的分类器.根据分类的结果,不同强度的水印分量被嵌入到不同图象块的DCT低频系数中.实验结果表明,应用所提出的算法实现的水印对常见图象处理和噪声干扰具有很好的稳健性.黄继武 SHI YunQ 1999自动化学报1999,25,4:90

3Remediation of copper polluted red soils with clay materials显示文摘Attapulgite and montmorillonite were utilized to remediate heavy metal polluted red soils in Guixi City,Jiangxi Province,China.The effects of clay minerals on availability,chemical distribution,and biotoxicity of Cu and Zn were evaluated.The results provided a reference for the rational application of clay materials to remediate heavy metal contaminated soils.From the sorption experiment,the maximum adsorbed Cu 2+ by attapulgite and montmorillonite was 1501 and 3741 mg/kg,respectively.After polluted red soil was amended with attapulgite or montmorillonite and cultured at 30 and 60 days,soil pH increased significantly compared to the control.An 8% increase in the amount of montmorillonite in soil and 30 days incubation decreased acid exchangeable Cu by 24.7% compared to the control red soil.Acid exchangeable Cu decreased with increasing amounts of attapulgite and montmorillonite,with best remediation effect reached at a dose of 8%.Results also showed that the Cu poisoning effect on earthworms was reduced with the addition of attapulgite and montmorillonite.Montmorillonite showed the best effect,with the addition of a 2% dose the mortality of earthworms decreased from 60% to zero compared to the control.Our results indicated that the bioavailability of Cu in soils was reduced more effectively with the application of montmorillonite than attapulgite.Gangya Zhang Yunqing Lin Mingkuang Wang 2011Journal of Environmental Sciences2011,23,3:18
4Intervention effect and dose-dependent response of Tanreqing injection on airway inflammation in lipopolysaccharide-induced rats显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To assess the effect of Tanreqing injection on airway inflammation in rats. METHODS: A rat model of airway inflammation was generated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Tanreqing injection was given by intratracheal instillation, and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from the right lung was collected. BALF total cell and neutrophil counts were then determined. In addition, BALF levels of inflammatory cytokines interleukin-1β, cytokine-induced neutrophil chemoattractant-1, and tumor necrosis factor-α were measured using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The middle lobe of the right lung was stained with hematoxylin-eosin and histological changes examined. RESULTS: LPS increased airway inflammation, decreased BALF inflammatory cell count, inflammatory cytokine levels, and suppressed leukocyte influx of the lung. The LPS-induced airway inflammation peaked at 24 h, decreased beginning at 48 h, and had decreased markedly by 96 h. 5On the Privacy-Preserving Outsourcing Scheme of Reversible Data Hiding over Encrypted Image Data in Cloud Computing显示文摘Advanced cloud computing technology provides cost saving and flexibility of services for users.With the explosion of multimedia data,more and more data owners would outsource their personal multimedia data on the cloud.In the meantime,some computationally expensive tasks are also undertaken by cloud servers.However,the outsourced multimedia data and its applications may reveal the data owner’s private information because the data owners lose the control of their data.Recently,this thought has aroused new research interest on privacy-preserving reversible data hiding over outsourced multimedia data.In this paper,two reversible data hiding schemes are proposed for encrypted image data in cloud computing:reversible data hiding by homomorphic encryption and reversible data hiding in encrypted domain.The former is that additional bits are extracted after decryption and the latter is that extracted before decryption.Meanwhile,a combined scheme is also designed.This paper proposes the privacy-preserving outsourcing scheme of reversible data hiding over encrypted image data in cloud computing,which not only ensures multimedia data security without relying on the trustworthiness of cloud servers,but also guarantees that reversible data hiding can be operated over encrypted images at the different stages.Theoretical analysis confirms the correctness of the proposed encryption model and justifies the security of the proposed scheme.The computation cost of the proposed scheme is acceptable and adjusts to different security levels.Lizhi Xiong Yunqing Shi 2018Computers, Materials & Continua2018,,6:11

7Receptome profiling identifies KREMEN1 and ASGR1 as alternative functional receptors of SARS-CoV-2显示文摘Host cellular receptors play key roles in the determination of virus tropism and pathogenesis.However,little is known about SARS-CoV-2 host receptors with the exception of ACE2.Furthermore,ACE2 alone cannot explain the multi-organ tropism of SARS-CoV-2 nor the clinical differences between SARS-CoV-2 and SARS-CoV,suggesting the involvement of other receptor(s).Here,we performed genomic receptor profiling to screen 5054 human membrane proteins individually for interaction with the SARS-CoV-2 capsid spike(S)protein.Twelve proteins,including ACE2,ASGR1,and KREMEN1,were identified with diverse S-binding affinities and patterns.ASGR1 or KREMEN1 is sufficient for the entry of SARS-CoV-2 but not SARS-CoV in vitro and in vivo.SARS-CoV-2 utilizes distinct ACE2/ASGR1/KREMEN1(ASK)receptor combinations to enter different cell types,and the expression of ASK together displays a markedly stronger correlation with virus susceptibility than that of any individual receptor at both the cell and tissue levels.The cocktail of ASK-related neutralizing antibodies provides the most substantial blockage of SARS-CoV-2 infection in human lung organoids when compared to individual antibodies.Our study revealed an interacting host receptome of SARS-CoV-2,and identified ASGR1 and KREMEN1 as alternative functional receptors that play essential roles in ACE2-independent virus entry,providing insight into SARS-CoV-2 tropism and pathogenesis,as well as a community resource and potential therapeutic strategies for further COVID-19 investigations.Yunqing Gu Jun Cao Xinyu Zhang Hai Gao Yuyan Wang Jia Wang Juan He Xiaoyi Jiang Jinlan Zhang Guanghui Shen Jie Yang Xichen Zheng Gaowei Hu Yuanfei Zhu Shujuan Du Yunkai Zhu Rong Zhang Jianqing Xu Fei Lan Di Qu Guoliang Xu Yun Zhao Dong Gao Youhua Xie Min Luo Zhigang Lu 2022Cell Research2022,32,1:8
8Protection of Mice from Lethal Endotoxemia by Chimeric Human BPI-Fcγ1 Gene Delivery显示文摘To evaluate the potentiality of applying gene therapy to endotoxemia in high-risk patients, we investigated the effects of transferring an adeno-associated virus serotype 2 (AAV2)-mediated BPI-Fcγ1 gene on protecting mice from challenge of lethal endotoxin. The chimeric BPI-Fcγ1 gene consists of two parts, one encods functional N-terminus (1 to 199 amino acidic residues) of human BPI, which is a bactericidal/permeability-increasing protein, and the other encodes Fc segment of human immunoglobulin G1(Fcγ1). Our results indicated that the target protein could be expressed and secreted into the serum of the gene-transferred mice. After lethal endotoxin challenge, the levels of endotoxin and TNF-αin the gene-transferred mice were decreased. The survival rate of the BPI-Fcγ1 gene-transferred mice was markedly increased. 9High power, longevity gallium arsenide photoconductive semiconductor switches显示文摘A GaAs Photoconductive Semiconductor Switch (PCSS) with a 3-mm gap between the two opposed contact electrodes was developed with carefully chosen GaAs material, mechanical structure design, contact fabrication techniques and its insulation protection. It is charged by a pulse power supply under a bias of 15 kV, illuminated by laser pulses of 1064 nm in wavelength, 56.12 μJ in optical energy per shot and 1 kHz pulse repetition rate (PRR). The GaAs PCSS can last for more than 3.6×106 shots and produce output pulses of 2 MW in peak power, 2 ns pulse duration and 65 ps time jitter from a 50-Ω load of the oscilloscope. When an electric field of 100 kV/cm bias was applied, the peak power of the load was measured at 10 MW. A series of measurements on the voltage conversion rates (VCR) and time jitters have been carried out as the bias voltage increases. 14Applied Sequence Stratigraphy in Nonmarine Basin of China显示文摘This paper presents a preliminary summary of the applied sequence stratigraphy in nonmarine basins in China. The geological and geophysical data show that the nonmarine sequences mainly resulted from both allocyclic and autocyclic processes where the most important factors were isolated tectonics and climate. However, the environmental factor should have been crucial. The depositional base level served as the sea level in the marine environment, while the water table, lake level and fluvial equilibrium were profiled in a terrigenous environment. This accommodation varied periodically with the base level, resulting in the formation of a series of depositional sequences in terms of genesis and space. Basically, the base level of the inner continent was not affected by the changes in the relative sea level. But there would have been some relations between the changes in the relative sea level and that in the continental base level during eustacy flooding. However, a small time lag existed between the changes in the marine basin and the inner continent basin, The lake basin is smaller than the marine basin, but its velocity of sediment supply is greater than that of the marine basin. Therefore, the number of nonmarine sequences is greater than that of marine ones in the same period. It is important to recognize the system tracts for the study of high-precision or high-resolution sequence stratigraphy, especially to analyze the low-stand systems tract with its depositional system. The sequence boundary is genetically characterized by subaerial exposure, stratigraphic truncation and subaqueous erosion. The deposition analysis of Zhanhua depression reveals 5 sequence architectures: alluvial-fluvial/lacustrine architecture, transitional architecture formed between haline (mesohaline) lake and fresh lake, marine duration-deep lacustrine architecture, half deep lacustrine-ramp architecture and fluvial-alluvial plain architecture. During the major development of the nonmarine basin, the step-faulting breaks controlled the depositional system. Usually, the low-stand complex fan, prograding wedge and high-stand turbidity fan were close to the third stepping break. In the low-stand period, the sediments went around the incised valleys which then were filled with sand bar near the second stepping break. At the first stepping break the sediments were bypassed step by step or the alluvial fan was deposited with forced regressions in the low-stand time. The low-stand wedge may serve as favorable subtle or complex traps at the basin floor fan. 15Effects of spatial distribution of soil parameters on soil moisture retrieval from passive microwave remote sensing显示文摘In this paper,we studied the effect of spatial distribution of soil parameters on passive soil moisture retrieval at pixel scale.First,we evaluated the forward microwave emission model and soil moisture retrieval algorithm accuracy through the observa-tion of field experiments.Then,we used soil parameters in different spatial distribution patterns,including random,normal,and uniform distribution,to determine the different levels of heterogeneity on soil moisture retrieval,in order to seek the rela-tionship between heterogeneity and soil moisture retrieval error.Finally,we conducted a controlled heterogeneity effect ex-periment measurements using a Truck-mounted Multi-frequency Radiometer(TMMR) to validate our simulation results.This work has proved that the soil moisture retrieval algorithm had a high accuracy(RMSE=0.049 cm3 cm 3) and can satisfy the need of this research.The simulation brightness temperatures match well with observations,with RMSE=9.89 K.At passive microwave remote sensing pixel scale,soil parameters with different spatial distribution patterns could have different levels of error on soil moisture estimation.Overall,we found that soil moisture with a random distribution in a satellite pixel scale can cause the largest error,with a normal distribution being the second,and a uniform distribution the least due to the smallest het-erogeneity.ZHANG Tao ZHANG LiXin JIANG LingMei ZHAO ShaoJie ZHAO TianJie LI YunQing 2012Science China Earth Sciences2012,55,8:5
16Reservoir space of the Es_3~3–Es_4~1shale in Dongying sag显示文摘The Es33–Es41shales in Dongying sag are source rocks with large reserves of shale oil and gas. For the identification of development characteristics and geological significance of the reservoir space, FMI logging,core observation, thin section analysis, X-ray diffraction, fluorescence microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, mercury porosimetry, low-temperature nitrogen adsorption, atomic force microscopy, and conventional physical property testing were used to study the petrology and reservoir space of the Es33–Es41shale in Dongying sag. The results suggest that the shale is rich in carbonate minerals. Phanerocrystalline stratiform and lamellar argillaceous limestone and calcareous claystone are the oil- and gas-bearing lithofacies. The oil in the micropores is mainly present as membranes and clots. The shale reservoir space has a network structure with veins, carbonate and clay minerals, and micropores among pyrite and the matrix. 17Coupled simulation of BES-CFD and performance assessment of energy recovery ventilation system for office model显示文摘Thermal comfort and indoor air quality as well as the energy efficiency have been recognized as essential parts of sustainable building assessment.This work aims to analyze the energy conservation of the heat recovery ventilator and to investigate the effect of the air supply arrangement.Three types of mixing ventilation are chosen for the analysis of coupling ANSYS/FLUENT(a computational fluid dynamics(CFD) program) with TRNSYS(a building energy simulation(BES) software).The adoption of mutual complementary boundary conditions for CFD and BES provides more accurate and complete information of indoor air distribution and thermal performance in buildings.A typical office-space situated in a middle storey is chosen for the analysis.The office-space is equipped with air-conditioners on the ceiling.A heat recovery ventilation system directly supplies fresh air to the office space.Its thermal performance and indoor air distribution predicted by the coupled method are compared under three types of ventilation system.When the supply and return openings for ventilation are arranged on the ceiling,there is no critical difference between the predictions of the coupled method and BES on the energy consumption of HVAC because PID control is adopted for the supply air temperature of the occupied zone.On the other hand,approximately 21% discrepancy for the heat recovery estimation in the maximum between the simulated results of coupled method and BES-only can be obviously found in the floor air supply ventilation case.The discrepancy emphasizes the necessity of coupling CFD with BES when vertical air temperature gradient exists.Our future target is to estimate the optimum design of heat recovery ventilation system to control CO2 concentration by adjusting flow rate of fresh air.Yunqing FAN T.Hayashi K.Ito 2012Journal of Central South University2012,19,3:4
18Enhanced remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater by coupling electrokinetics with ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC-based permeable reactive barrier显示文摘Although widely used in permeation reaction barrier(PRB)for strengthening the removal of various heavy metals,zero-valent iron(ZVI)is limited by various inherent drawbacks,such as easy passivation and poor electron transfer.As a solution,a synergistic system with PRB and electrokinetics(PRB-EK)was established and applied for the efficient removal of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater.As the filling material of PRB,ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/activated carbon(ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC)composites were synthesized by ball milling and thermal treatment.A series of continuous flow column experiments and batch tests was conducted to evaluate the removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ).Results showed that the removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ)remained above 93%even when the bed volume(BV)reached 2000 under the operational parameters(iron/AC mass ratio,2:1;current,5 m A).The mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ)removal by the PRB-EK system was revealed through field emission scanning electron microscopy images,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Fe^(2+) concentration,and redox potential(E h)values.The key in Cr(Ⅵ)reduction was the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) cycle driven by the surface microelectrolysis of the composites.The application of an externally supplied weak direct current maintained the redox process by enhancing the electron transfer capability of the system,thereby prolonging the column lifetime.Cr(Ⅵ)chemical speciation was determined through sequential extraction,verifying the stability and safety of the system.These findings provide a scientific basis for PRB design and the in-situ remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater.Ruolin Cao Shiqing Liu Xinyu Yang Chunfeng Wang Yanbin Wang Wanfeng Wang Yunqing Pi 2022Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,2:4
