The recommendations of Chinese Parkinson’s disease and movement disorder society consensus on therapeutic management of Parkinson’s disease显示文摘Background:Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a chronic, progressive and debilitating disease, which affects over 2.5 million people in China.PD is characterized clinically by resting tremor, muscular rigidity, bradykinesia and postural instability. As the disease progresses, additional complications can arise such as non-motor and neurobehavioral symptoms.Pharmacological treatment and surgical intervention for PD have been implemented in China.Until 10 years ago, there was lack of standardization for the management of PD in different regions and among different physicians, leading to different treatment levels in different regions and different physicians.Since then, the Chinese Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder Society have published three versions of guidelines for the management of PD in China,in 2006,2009 and 2014,respectively.Correspondingly,the overall level of treatment for PD in China improved. Objectives:To update the treatment guidelines based on current foreign and domestic practice guidelines and clinical evidence, and to improve the treatment options available to physicians in the management of PD.Summary:A variety of treatment recommendations in the treatment guidelines have been proposed, including physical activity and disease-modifying medication, which should be initiated at the early-stage of the disease. The principles of dosage titration should be followed to avoid acute adverse reactions to the drugs,to achieve a satisfactory clinical effect with a low dose and to reduce the incidence of long-term motor complications. Moreover, different treatment strategies should be considered at different stages of the disease.Importantly, treatment guidelines and personalized treatments should be valued equally.A set of treatment recommendations has been developed to assist physicians to improve and optimize clinical outcomes for patients with PD in China. | Shengdi Chen Piu Chan Shenggang Sun Haibo Chen Baorong Zhang Weidong Le Chunfeng Liu Guoguang Peng Beisha Tang Lijuan Wang Yan Cheng Ming Shao Zhenguo Liu Zhenfu Wang Xiaochun Chen Mingwei Wang Xinhua Wan Huifang Shang Yiming Liu Pingyi Xu Jian Wang Tao Feng Xianwen Chen Xingyue Hu Anmu Xie Qin Xiao | 2016 | Translational Neurodegeneration2016,5,1: | 23
Trend analysis of sediment grain size and sedimentary process in the central South Yellow Sea显示文摘With the method of trend analysis of sediment grain size, the sediment transport trend of the fine-grained sediments area in the central South Yellow Sea was studied. The results demonstrated that there is a sedimentation center around the point of 123.4° E, 35.1°N, and the sediments outside the center are transported to it. The patterns of sediment transportation and deposition in the Yellow Sea should be controlled by cyclonic circulation (including the Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass) and cold water gyre. The study also showed that the method of trend analysis of sediment grain size has prospective utilization in the fine-grained sediment deposited area on large-scale continental shelf. | SHI Xuefa CHEN Chunfeng LIU Yanguang REN Hong WANG Huiyan | 2002 | Chinese Science Bulletin2002,47,14: | 17
Therapeutic effect in patients with coronary heart disease based on information analysis from Traditional Chinese Medicine four diagnostic methods显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To study information gained by Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)four diagnostic methods and characteristics of syndrome development before and after treatment in patients with coronary heart disease, and to probe into assessment indexes of therapeutic effects with distinctive TCM features.METHODS:Information from the four diagnostic methods before and after treatment in 100 patients with coronary heart disease was collected using the TCM interrogation scale,a pulse condition instrument,a tongue-face diagnosis instrument, anda voice diagnosis information collection system.Changes in the four diagnostic method results from before and after treatment were analyzed with frequency analysis and t-test methods.RESULTS:Before treatment, deficiency syndrome complicated with hyperactivity of pathogenic factors was most common. After treatment, deficiency syndrome was most common. This change from complex syndromes to single syndromes indicates disease and syndrome alleviation.Frequencies of symptoms gained by interrogation after treatment for syndrome of deficiency of heart-Qi,syndrome of deficiency of heart-Yin,and turbid phlegm syndrome were all less severe than those before treatment.Parameters of face color, color on all sub-regions of tongue, color of tongue fur, septic and greasy fur,and lip color after treatment all had significant changes. After treatment, part of the voice diagnosis parameters in the deficiency of heart-Yin and turbid phlegm syndromes had significant changes, but no significant changes were found in the deficiency of heart-Qi syndrome.CONCLUSION:Use of the TCM four diagnostic methods can provide an effective basis forTCM syndrome diagnosis, observation of development of state of illness, and evaluation of clinical therapeutic effects. | Yiqin Wang Jin Xu Rui Guo Chaoxia Xu Yiming Hao Chunfeng Chen Yijian Hong Xiangqun Xiao Wenjie Xu Jing Hong Zhao Lei | 2014 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2014,34,1: | 12
Evaluation of zeolites synthesized from fly ash as potential adsorbents for wastewater containing heavy metals显示文摘The pure-form zeolites(A and X) were synthesized by applying a two-stage method during hydrothermal treatment of fly ash prepared initial Cu and Zn gel. The difference of adsorption capacity of both synthesized zeolits was assessed using Cu and Zn as target heavy metal ions. It was found that adsorption capacity of zeolite A showed much higher value than that of zeolite X. Thus, attention was focused on investigating the removal performance of heavy metal ions in aqueous solution on zeolite A,comparing with zeolite HS(hydroxyl-solidate) prepared from the residual fly ash(after synthesis of pure-form zeolite A from fly ash) and a commercial grade zeolite A. Batch method was used to study the influential parameters of the adsorption process. The equilibrium data were well fitted by the Langmuir model. The removal mechanism of metal ions followed adsorption and ion exchange processes. Attempts were also made to recover heavy metal ions and regenerate adsorbents. | WANG Chunfeng,LI Jiansheng,SUN Xia,WANG Lianjun,SUN XiuyunSchool of Chemical Engineering,Nanjing University of Science and Technology,Nanjing 210094,China. | 2009 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2009,21,1: | 12
Design and test of robotic harvesting system for cherry tomato显示文摘Harvesting of fresh-eating cherry tomato was highly costly on labor and time.In order to achieve mechanical harvesting for the fresh-eating tomato,a new harvesting robot was designed, which consisted of a stereo visual unit,an end-effector,manipulator,a fruit collector, and a railed vehicle. The robot configuration and workflow design focused on the special cultivating condition.Three key parts were introduced in detail:a railroad vehicle capably moving on both ground and rail was adopted as the robot’s carrier,a visual servo unit was used to identify and locate the mature fruits bunch, and the end-effector to hold and separate the fruit bunch was designed based on the stalk’s mechanical features. The field test of the new developed robot was conducted and the results were analyzed. The successful harvest rate of the robot was 83%,however,each successful harvest averagely needed 1.4 times attempt, and a single successful harvesting cycle cost 8 s excluding the time cost on moving. | Qingchun Feng Wei Zou Pengfei Fan Chunfeng Zhang Xiu Wang | 2018 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2018,11,1: | 8
No expenditure difference among patients with liver cancer at stageⅠ-ⅣV:Findings from a multicenter cross-sectional study in China显示文摘Objective:The number of liver cancer patients in China accounts for more than half of the world. However,China currently lacks national, multicenter economic burden data, and meanwhile, measuring the differences among different subgroups will be informative to formulate corresponding policies in liver cancer control. Thus, the aim of the study was to measure the economic burden of liver cancer by various subgroups. Methods:A hospital-based,multicenter and cross-sectional survey was conducted during 2012・2014,covering 39 hospitals and 21 project sites in 13 provinces across China. The questionnaire covers clinical information, sociology, expenditure, and related variables. All expenditure data were reported in Chinese Yuan(CNY)using 2014 values. Results:A total of 2,223 liver cancer patients were enrolled,of whom 59.61%were late-stage cases(III-IV),and 53.8%were hepatocellular carcinoma. The average total expenditure per liver cancer patient was estimated as 53,220 CNY,including 48,612 CNY of medical expenditures(91.3%)and 4,608 CNY of non-medical expenditures(8.7%).The average total expenditures in stage I,H,m and stage IV were 52,817 CNY,50,877 CNY,50,678 CNY and 54,089 CNY(P>0.05),respectively.Non-medical expenditures including additional meals, additional nutrition care, transportation, accommodation and hired informal nursing were 1,453 CNY,839 CNY,946 CNY,679 CNY and 200 CNY,respectively. The one-year out-of-pocket expenditure of a newly diagnosed patient was 24,953 CNY,and 77.2%of the patients suffered an unmanageable financial burden.Multivariate analysis showed that overall expenditure differed in almost all subgroups(P<0.05),except for sex, clinical stage, and pathologic type. Conclusions:There was no difference in treatment expenditure for liver cancer patients at different clinical stages, which suggests that maintaining efforts on treatment efficacy improvement is important but not enough. To fiirtherly reduce the overall economic burden from liver cancer, more effort should be given to primary and secondary prevention strategies. | Haike Lei Lin Lei Jufang Shi Yongzhong Wu Ling Liang Huiyao Huang Mei He Fangzhou Bai Maomao Cao Hui Qiu Yuting Wang Chengcheng Liu Jia Du Hong Wang Yan Zhang Mengdi Cao Ji Peng Ni Li Chunfeng Qu Min Dai Wanqing Chen Jie He | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2020,32,4: | 7
Characterization of nanoscale iron and its degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol显示文摘Nanoscale iron was detected by TEM, X-ray diffraction and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. It was found that the size of the nanoscale iron particles is in the range of 30?40 nm according to TEM image, and it contains abundant Fe3O4 as passivating layers on the surface of the core-shell structure. To improve its performance, dilute HCl was used for the removal of the passivating layers, and the degradation of 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCP) was measured for the nanoscale iron samples treated and untreated. Experimental results demonstrated that the removal of 2,4-DCP by untreated nanoscale iron is mainly due to the adsorption of 2, 4-DCP by nanoscale iron, and there are no degradation products detected by HPLC in the process. However, excellent dechlorination of 2,4-DCP was gained by HCl-treated nanoscale iron, and 2-chlorophenol, 4-chlorophenol and phenol were detected during the process. It was concluded that dechlorination is the key reaction pathway for the degradation of 2,4-DCP by activated nanoscale iron, and phenol is found to be the main product. | HOU ChunFeng GE XiaoPeng ZHOU YanMei LI Yi WANG DongSheng TANG HongXiaoI | 2010 | Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,4: | 6
Real-time pressure mapping smart insole system based on a controllable vertical pore dielectric layer显示文摘Real-time monitoring of plantar pressure has significant applications in wearable biosensors, sports injury detection, and early diagnostics.Herein,an all-in-one insole composed of 24 capacitive pressure sensors(CPSs)with vertical pores in an elastic dielectric layer is fabricated by laser cutting.Optimized CPSs with a hexagonal configuration and a pore size of 600μm possess good linearity over a wide detection range of 0–200 kPa with a sensitivity of 12×10^(–3) kPa−1.Then,a smart system including the all-in-one insole with the 24 CPS array,a data acquisition system with a wireless transmitter and a PC terminal with a wireless receiver is established for real-time monitoring to realize static and dynamic plantar pressure mapping.Based on this smart insole system, various standing and yoga postures can be distinguished, and variations in the center of gravity during walking can be recognized. This intelligent insole system provides great feasible supervision for health surveillance, injury prevention, and athlete training. | Juan Tao Ming Dong Li Li Chunfeng Wang Jing Li Yue Liu Rongrong Bao Caofeng Pan | 2020 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2020,6,1: | 6
Submarine slide evidence for late Miocene strike-slip reversal of the Red River Fault显示文摘During the late Miocene(~5.5 Ma), a large-scale submarine slide with an area of approximately 18000 km^2 and a maximum thickness of 930 m formed in the deep-water region of the Qiongdongnan Basin. The large-scale submarine slide has obvious features in seismic profile, with normal faults in the proximal region, escarpments at the lateral boundary, and a pronounced shear surface at the base. The internal seismic reflections are chaotic and enclosed by parallel and sub-parallel seismic events. The main direction of sediment transport was from south to north and the main sediment source was the southern region of the Qiongdongnan Basin, which is located in the east of the Indo-China Peninsula and the north of the Guangle uplift. In this region, late Miocene strike-slip reversal of the Red River Fault, uplift and increased erosion of the Indo-China Peninsula, and an abrupt rise in the rate of deposition in the western part of the South China Sea provided the basic conditions and triggering mechanism for the large-scale submarine slide. The discovery of the large-scale submarine slide provides sedimentological evidence for the tectonic event of late Miocene strike-slip reversal of the Red River Fault. It can also be inferred that the greatest tectonic activity during the process of the Red River Fault reversal occurred at ~5.5 Ma from the age of top surface of the submarine slide. | WANG DaWei WU ShiGuo LI ChunFeng YAO GenShun | 2016 | Science China Earth Sciences2016,59,11: | 6
The power of story:Narrative inquiry as a methodology in nursing research显示文摘The aim of this paper is to explore the essential elements and value of narrative inquiry in nursing research. We propose that understanding a previous experience allows the nurse researcher an“insider view”and hence a deeper understanding of the issues that arise in the relationship between participant and researcher. We suggest that narrative inquiry in nursing research offers a particular way of caring about how knowledge is produced.Nursing science would benefit from the understanding that health and nursing practices are dynamic processes characterized by the continuous interaction of human thought and behaviour that continuously‘pumps’into personal, social and material environments.Narrative inquiry as a methodology in nursing research is exceptionally useful to uncover nuance and detail of previous experiences. | Carol Chunfeng Wang Sara Kathleen Geale | 2015 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2015,2,2: | 5
Nursing education in China:Meeting the global demand for quality healthcare显示文摘With a predicted global nursing shortage, ensuring the provision of quality healthcare has become a pressing concern. In China, these concerns include the need to produce nurses trained to a level to support advancing nursing practice and a healthcare system that supports the growth and retention of nurses in China. This paper argues that the standard of nursing education in China plays a crucial role in preparing graduates to meet the health demands of China's growing population and the role that China can play into the future in the global progression of nursing.Collaboration between nursing authorities, educators, and legislators is required to support the progression of nursing worldwide. | Carol Chunfeng Wang Lisa Whitehead Sara Bayes | 2016 | International Journal of Nursing Sciences2016,3,1: | 5
Fabrication of aluminum matrix composite reinforced with carbon nanotubes显示文摘1.0wt.% carbon nanotube (CNT) reinforced 2024Al matrix composite was fabricated by cold isostatic press and subsequent hot extrusion techniques. The mechanical properties of the composite were measured by a tensile test. Mean-while,the fracture surfaces were examined using field emission scanning electron microscopy. The experimental results show that CNTs are dispersed homogeneously in the composite and that the interfaces of the Al matrix and the CNT bond well. Although the tensile strength and the Young’s modulus of the composite are enhanced markedly, the elongation does not decrease when compared with the matrix material fabricated under the same process. The reasons for the increments may be the extraordinary mechanical properties of CNTs,and the bridging and pulling-out role of CNTs in the Al matrix composite. | DENG Chunfeng ZHANG Xuexi MA Yanxia WANG Dezun | 2007 | Rare Metals2007,26,5: | 5
Stabilization of Uncertain Systems With Markovian Modes of Time Delay and Quantization Density显示文摘This work studies the stabilization of a class of control systems that use communication networks as signal transmission medium. The lateral motion of independently actuated four-wheel vehicle is modeled as an uncertain-linear system. Time delay and quantization density are modeled as Markov chains. The networked control systems(NCSs) with plants being lateral motion are first transformed to switched linear systems with uncertain parameters. Sufficient and necessary conditions for the stochastic stability of closed-loop networked control systems are then established. By solving the matrix inequalities, this work presents an output-feedback controller that depends on the modes of time delay and quantization density. The controller performance is illustrated via a vehicular lateral motion system. | Jufeng Wang Chunfeng Liu | 2018 | IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica2018,5,2: | 4
Engineering an enthesis-like graft for rotator cuff repair:An approach to fabricate highly biomimetic scaffold capable of zone-specifically releasing stem cell differentiation inducers显示文摘Rotator cuff(RC)attaches to humerus across a triphasic yet continuous tissue zones(bone-fibrocartilage-tendon),termed“enthesis”.Regrettably,rapid and functional enthesis regeneration is challenging after RC tear. The existing grafts bioengineered for RC repair are insufficient,as they were engineered by a scaffold that did not mimic normal enthesis in morphology, composition, and tensile property, meanwhile cannot simultaneously stimulate the formation of bone-fibrocartilage-tendon tissues.Herein,an optimized decellularization approach based on a vacuum aspiration device(VAD)was developed to fabricate a book-shaped decellularized enthesis matrix(O-BDEM).Then,three recombinant growth factors(CBP-GFs)capable of binding collagen were synthesized by fusing a collagen-binding peptide(CBP)into the N-terminal of BMP-2,TGF-β3,or GDF-7,and zone-specifically tethered to the collagen of O-BDEM to fabricate a novel scaffold(CBP-GFs/O-BDEM)satisfying the above-mentioned requirements. After ensuring the low immunogenicity of CBP-GFs/O-BDEM by a novel single-cell mass cytometry in a mouse model,we interleaved urine-derived stem cell-sheets into this CBP-GFs/O-BDEM to bioengineer an enthesis-like graft. Its high-performance on regenerating enthesis was determined in a canine model. These findings indicate this CBP-GFs/O-BDEM may be an excellent scaffold for constructing enthesis-like graft to patch large/massive RC tears, and provide breakthroughs in fabricating graded interfacial tissue. | Can Chen Qiang Shi Muzhi Li Yang Chen Tao Zhang Yan Xu Yunjie Liao Shulin Ding Zhanwen Wang Xing Li Chunfeng Zhao Lunquan Sun Jianzhong Hu Hongbin Lu | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,10: | 4
Field experimental study on pullout forces of rice seedlings and barnyard grasses for mechanical weed control in paddy field显示文摘Pullout forces of rice seedling and barnyard grass were tested by universal testing machine controlled by WDW-5 type microcomputer to obtain the pullout forces of rice seedling and barnyard grass. The measured pullout force was used to improve the weeding rate and reduce the rice seedling damage rate caused by mechanical weeding device.According to the measured continuous curve of pullout forces of rice seeding and barnyard grasses in weeding period, the best range of force required to pull out barnyard grasses from soil with no injury and damage to rice seedlings was discussed.Reasons for the difference in the pulling force were analyzed. Results show that, with the increment of the number of single cell rice seedlings the pullout force increases. The pullout forces of single cell rice seedlings and barnyard grasses at first increased slowly reaching the maximum value followed by rapid drop and finally it remained steady. The minimum pullout forces recorded during rice seedlings at the first and the second weeding periods were 2.57 N and 9.70 N,respectively, while the minimum forces during the first and second weeding periods were recorded as 1.24 N and 7.51 N,respectively, for barnyard grasses. The results show that the pullout forces of weeding to rice seedlings and barnyard grasses should be within 1.24 N to 2.57 N and 7.51 N to 9.70 N respectively in the first and second weeding periods. | Wang Jinwu Tao Guixiang Liu Yongjun Pan Zhenwei Zhang Chunfeng | 2014 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2014,7,6: | 4
Enhanced remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater by coupling electrokinetics with ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC-based permeable reactive barrier显示文摘Although widely used in permeation reaction barrier(PRB)for strengthening the removal of various heavy metals,zero-valent iron(ZVI)is limited by various inherent drawbacks, such as easy passivation and poor electron transfer. As a solution,a synergistic system with PRB and electrokinetics(PRB-EK)was established and applied for the efficient removal of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater. As the filling material of PRB,ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/activated carbon(ZVI/Fe_(3)O_(4)/AC)composites were synthesized by ball milling and thermal treatment.A series of continuous flow column experiments and batch tests was conducted to evaluate the removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ).Results showed that the removal efficiency of Cr(Ⅵ)remained above 93%even when the bed volume(BV)reached 2000 under the operational parameters(iron/AC mass ratio,2:1;current,5 m A).The mechanism of Cr(Ⅵ)removal by the PRB-EK system was revealed through field emission scanning electron microscopy images,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,Fe^(2+) concentration, and redox potential(E h)values. The key in Cr(Ⅵ)reduction was the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+) cycle driven by the surface microelectrolysis of the composites. The application of an externally supplied weak direct current maintained the redox process by enhancing the electron transfer capability of the system, thereby prolonging the column lifetime.Cr(Ⅵ)chemical speciation was determined through sequential extraction, verifying the stability and safety of the system. These findings provide a scientific basis for PRB design and the in-situ remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)-contaminated groundwater. | Ruolin Cao Shiqing Liu Xinyu Yang Chunfeng Wang Yanbin Wang Wanfeng Wang Yunqing Pi | 2022 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2022,34,2: | 4
Closing the gap in nursing education: Comparing nursing registration systems in Australia and China显示文摘Aim: To provide a better understanding of how the nursing registration process in China compares to that of Australia and to identify common features and potential barriers that may affect or facilitate the development of China's ever-demanding need for healthcare and nursing education. Background: Chinese nursing graduates are increasingly being used to augment the shortage of nurses in other countries, including Australia. However, China is desperately in need of strategies to cope with its current challenges in healthcare and nursing education. There is little discussion concerning the differences in nursing registration systems between countries, such as China and Australia. It is unknown how the differences and potential similarities of nursing registration systems in these two countries contribute to or impede nurses' training in China; or the potential for these Australia trained Chinese nursing returnees to cope with the challenges China is facing.Evaluation: Using Bereday's four steps comparison method, this paper will describe, explain, compare, and contrast the nursing registration systems of Australia and China.Key issues: Differences were found in the qualification requirements for:(1) initial registration,(2) levels of registration,(3) continuing professional development,(4) requirements of the registration renewal process, and(5) whether each country has a national nursing registration system. These factors may affect nursing education and healthcare development in China. Conclusions: Although differences in the nursing registration process between Australia and China were identified, the insights gained from this study support the development of strategies to help with China's ever-demanding need for nursing education and healthcare development, thereby alleviating its nursing shortage.Implications for nursing management: The implications of globalization of nursing education, research, and clinical practice, coupled with the nursing shortage on a global scale, have demanded increasing attention on the development of a high standard for nursing education that supports a safe and effective nursing workforce. This paper argues that there is value in nursing authorities, educators, and legislators working together in a network of collaborative engagement to support nursing education, thereby alleviating the nursing shortage on a global scale. | Carol Chunfeng Wang | 2016 | Chinese Nursing Research2016,3,1: | 4

Efficacy and safety of rasagiline in Chinese patients with early Parkinson’s disease:a randomized, double-blind,parallel,placebo-controlled,fixed-dose study显示文摘Background:Rasagiline is a monoamine oxidase-B inhibitor used for Parkinson’s disease(PD)treatment, but its effectiveness on Chinese patients is unclear. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of rasagiline monotherapy in Chinese patients with early PD.Methods:A 26-weeks,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled study has been performed at 15 sites in China and enrolled outpatients(≥35 years old)with idiopathic PD without a history of using any dopaminergic drugs.Participants were randomized 1:1 to receive rasagiline 1 mg once daily or placebo. The primary endpoint was the change of the Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)total score from baseline to 26 weeks treatment.Secondary endpoints included changes in UPDRS subscale scores from part Ⅰ to Ⅲ.Health status was assessed with the PD Questionnaire(PDQ)-39 and EuroQol-Five-Dimension(EQ-5D)questionnaire.Safety profile was collected until 30 weeks after randomization. Results:A total of 130 patients(n=65/group)were recruited, and 127(rasagiline,n=64;placebo,n=63)were included in the full analysis set.Baseline characteristics were comparable between the two groups. The decrease in the mean UPDRS total score was greater in the rasagiline group than in the placebo group(−3.18±0.95 vs.−0.18±0.98,P=0.025),and the mean UPDRS part I non-motor symptoms score(−0.54±0.15 vs.-0.08±0.15,P=0.003)were significantly decreased in the rasagiline group compared with placebo treated patients. An improvement trend was observed in the active treatment group for the subscales evaluation with parts Ⅱ and Ⅲ,while the difference to placebo was not statistically significant.Life quality assessed by the EQ-5D visual analog scale improved in the rasagiline group but worsened in placebo treated patients. The overall incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events(AEs)was slightly lower in the rasagiline group(41.5%)than in the placebo group(46.2%).Conclusions:Rasagiline is effective, safe, and well tolerated as monotherapy for the treatment of Chinese PD patients. | Zhenxin Zhang Jian Wang Shengdi Chen Chunfeng Liu Baorong Zhang Rong Peng Shenggang Sun Xiangru Sun Gang Zhao Qiumin Qu Yansheng Li Suiqiang Zhu Xiaoping Pan Ming Shao Yanping Wang | 2018 | Translational Neurodegeneration2018,7,1: | 3
Dispersion of multiwalled carbon nanotubes in aluminum powders显示文摘Multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were treated with the reflux within the concentrated nitric acid for 0-25 h to purify and disperse the tangled MWNTs. The effect of reflux time on the morphology and the weight loss of MWNTs were investigated. Meanwhile, the dispersion of MWNTs with 0-2.0 wt.% in 2024Al powders using mechanical stirring with an assisting ultrasonic shaker in ethanol was also studied. The results show that the reflux time markedly affects the morphology of MWNTs. The weight loss of MWNTs increases as the reflux time increases. When the content of MWNTs is less than 1.0 wt.%,MWNTs can uniformly distribute on the surface of 2024Al powders; however, when the content of MWNTs is 2.0 wt.%,MWNTs entangle with each other on the surface of 2024Al powders. | Deng Chunfeng Zhang Peng Ma Yanxia Zhang Xuexi Wang Dezun | 2009 | Rare Metals2009,28,2: | 3
