| 3 | A Text Sentiment Classification Modeling Method Based on Coordinated CNN-LSTM-Attention Model显示文摘The major challenge that text sentiment classification modeling faces is how to capture the intrinsic semantic, emotional dependence information and the key part of the emotional expression of text. To solve this problem, we proposed a Coordinated CNNLSTM-Attention(CCLA) model. We learned the vector representations of sentence with CCLA unit. Semantic and emotional information of sentences and their relations are adaptively encoded to vector representations of document.We used softmax regression classifier to identify the sentiment tendencies in the text. Compared with other methods, the CCLA model can well capture the local and long distance semantic and emotional information.Experimental results demonstrated the effectiveness of CCLA model. | 5 | Development of a Hand Exoskeleton System for Index Finger Rehabilitation显示文摘In order to overcome the drawbacks of traditional rehabilitation method,the robot-aided rehabilitation has been widely investigated for the recent years.And the hand rehabilitation robot,as one of the hot research fields,remains many challenging issues to be investigated.This paper presents a new hand exoskeleton system with some novel characteristics.Firstly,both active and passive rehabilitative motions are realized.Secondly,the device is elaborately designed and brings advantages in many aspects.For example,joint motion is accomplished by a parallelogram mechanism and high level motion control is therefore made very simple without the need of complicated kinematics.The adjustable joint limit design ensures that the actual joint angles don't exceed the joint range of motion(ROM) and thus the patient safety is guaranteed.This design can fit to the different patients with different joint ROM as well as to the dynamically changing ROM for individual patient.The device can also accommodate to some extent variety of hand sizes.Thirdly,the proposed control strategy simultaneously realizes the position control and force control with the motor driver which only works in force control mode.Meanwhile,the system resistance compensation is preliminary realized and the resisting force is effectively reduced.Some experiments were conducted to verify the proposed system.Experimentally collected data show that the achieved ROM is close to that of a healthy hand and the range of phalange length(ROPL) covers the size of a typical hand,satisfying the size need of regular hand rehabilitation.In order to evaluate the performance when it works as a haptic device in active mode,the equivalent moment of inertia(MOI) of the device was calculated.The results prove that the device has low inertia which is critical in order to obtain good backdrivability.The experiments also show that in the active mode the virtual interactive force is successfully feedback to the finger and the resistance is reduced by one-third;for the passive control mode,the desired trajectory is realized satisfactorily. | LI Jiting WANG Shuang WANG Ju ZHENG Ruoyin ZHANG Yuru CHEN Zhongyuan | 2012 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,2: | 12 |

| 9 | Change of Soil Organic Carbon after Cropland Afforestation in ′Beijing-Tianjin Sandstorm Source Control′ Program Area in China显示文摘Land use change is one of the major factors that affect soil organic carbon(SOC) variation and global carbon balance. However, the effects of land use change on SOC are always variable. In this study, using a series of paired-field experiments, we estimated the effects of revegetation types and environmental conditions on SOC stock and vertical distribution after replacement of cropland with poplar(Populus tomentosa) and korshinsk peashrub(Caragana korshinskii) in three climate regions(Chifeng City, Fengning City and Datong City of the ′Beijing-Tianjin Sandstorm Source Control′(BTSSC) program area. The results show that SOC sequestration rate ranges from 0.15 Mg/(ha·yr) to 3.76 Mg/(ha·yr) in the soil layer of 0–100 cm in early stage after cropland afforestation in the BTSSC program area. The SOC accumulation rates are the highest in Fengning for both the two vegetation types. Compared to C. korshinskii, P. tomentosa has greater effects on SOC accumulation in the three climate regions, but significantly greater effect only appears in Datong. The SOC density increases by 20%–111% and 15%–59% for P. tomentosa and 9%–63% and 0–73% for C. korshinskii in the 0–20 cm and 20–100 cm soil layers, respectively. Our results indicate that cropland afforestation not only affects SOC stock in the topsoil, but also has some effects on subsoil carbon. However, the effect of cropland afforestation on SOC accumulation varied with climate regions and revegetation types. | 10 | Buckling and post-buckling behavior of titanium alloy stiffened panels under shear load显示文摘Titanium alloy has been increasingly applied in aviation industry due to its superior performance. However, the titanium alloy structures are less studied. This work investigates the structural behavior of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy stiffened panels under in-plane shear load by experiments and numerical analysis. After the shear tests, the buckling instability, the post-buckling process and the failure mechanism of the specimen were obtained. The Finite Element(FE) models were established with the subsequent validation verification. A parametric analysis was implemented to study the influence of stringer thickness and stringer height on the behavior of the stiffened panels. The results show that after the initial local buckling on the skin, the buckling mode jumps several times with the increase of load. The stringers twist when the load reaches a certain level, and finally the structure damages due to the plastic deformation and the global buckling. The shear clip has little effect on the buckling and failure loads. | 11 | Molecular cloning and functional identification of a cDNA encoding 4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl diphosphate reductase from Tripterygium wilfordii显示文摘The 4-hydroxy-3-methylbut-2-enyl diphosphate reductase(HDR) is the last step key enzyme of the methylerythritol phosphate(MEP) pathway,synthesizing isopentenyl diphosphate and its allyl isomer dimethylallyl diphosphate,which is important for regulation of isoprenoid biosynthesis.Here the full-length cDNA of HDR,designated TwHDR(GenBank Accession No.KJ933412.1),was isolated from Tripterygium wilfordii for the first time.TwHDR has an open reading frame(ORF) of 1386 bp encoding461 amino acids.TwHDR exhibits high homology with HDRs of other plants,with an N-terminal conserved domain and three conserved cysteine residues.TwHDR cDNA was cloned into an expression vector and transformed into an Escherichia coli hdr mutant.Since loss-of-function E.coli hdr mutant is lethal,the result showed that transformation of TwHDR cDNA rescued the E.coli hdr mutant.This complementation assay suggests that the TwHDR cDNA encodes a functional HDR enzyme.The expression of TwHDR was induced by methyl-jasmonate(MJ) in T.wilfordii suspension cells.The expression of TwHDR reached the highest level after 1 h of MJ treatment.These results indicate that we have identified a functional TwHDR enzyme,which may play a pivotal role in the biosynthesis of diterpenoid triptolide in T.wilfordii. | Qiqing Cheng Yuru Tong Zihao Wang Ping Su Wei Gao Luqi Huang | 2017 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2017,7,2: | 5 |

According to the theory and implementation of Android Binder interprocess communication mechanism, a prototype system that integrates behavior monitoring and intercepting, malware detection, and identification is built in this work. There are 50 different kinds of samples used in the experiment of malware detection, including 40 normal samples and 10 malicious samples. | 15 | Molecular cloning and functional identification of sterol C24-methyltransferase gene from Tripterygium wilfordii显示文摘Sterol C24-methyltransferase(SMT) plays multiple important roles in plant growth and development. SMT1, which belongs to the family of transferases and transforms cycloartenol into 24-methylene cycloartenol, is involved in the biosynthesis of 24-methyl sterols. Here, we report the cloning and characterization of a cDNA encoding a sterol C24-methyltransferase from Tripterygium wilfordii(Tw SMT1). Tw SMT1(Gen Bank access number KU885950) is a 1530 bp cDNA with a 1041 bp open reading frame predicted to encode a 346-amino acid, 38.62 k Da protein. The polypeptide encoded by the SMT1 cDNA was expressed and purified as a recombinant protein from Escherichia coli(E. coli) and showed SMT activity. The expression of Tw SMT1 was highly up-regulated in T. wilfordii cell suspension cultures treated with methyl jasmonate(Me JA). Tissue expression pattern analysis showed higher expression in the phellem layer compared to the other four organs(leaf, stem, xylem and phloem), which is about ten times that of the lowest expression in leaf. | 16 | Efects of solution chemistry on arsenic(V) removal by low-cost adsorbents显示文摘Natural and anthropogenic arsenic(As)contamination of water sources pose serious health concerns,especially for small communities in rural areas.This study assessed the applicability of three industrial byproducts(coal fly ash,lignite,and green waste compost)as the low-cost adsorbents for As(V)removal under various field-relevant conditions(dissolved oxygen,As(V)/Fe ratio,solution pH,and presence of competing species).The physico-chemical properties of the adsorbents were characterized by XRD,XRF,FT-IR,and NMR analysis.Batch experiments demonstrated that coal fly ash could provide efective As(V)removal(82.1%–95%)because it contained high content of amorphous iron/aluminium hydroxides for As(V)adsorption and dissolvable calcium minerals for calcium arsenate precipitation.However,the addition of lignite and green waste compost was found unfavourable since they hindered the As(V)removal by 10%–42%possibly due to dissolution of organic matter and ternary arsenate-iron-organic matter complexes.On the other hand,higher concentrations of dissolved iron(comparing As(V)/Fe ratios of 1:1 and 1:10)and dissolved oxygen(comparing 0.2 and 6 mg/L)only marginally enhanced the As(V)removal at pH 6 and 8.Thus,addition of dissolved iron,water aeration,or pH adjustment became unnecessary because coal fly ash was able to provide efective As(V)removal under the natural range of geochemical conditions.Moreover,the presence of low levels of background competing(0.8 or 8 mg/L of humic acid,phosphate,and silicate)imposed little influence on As(V)removal,possibly because the high adsorption capacity of coal fly ash was far from exhaustion.These results suggested that coal fly ash was a potentially promising adsorbent that warranted further investigation. | Yuru Wang Daniel C.W.Tsang | 2013 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2013,25,11: | 4 |
| 17 | Design of a Lightweight Force-Feedback Glove with a Large Workspace显示文摘A wearable force-feedback glove is a promising way to enhance the immersive sensation when a user interacts with virtual objects in virtual reality scenarios.Design challenges for such a glove include allowing a large fingertip workspace,providing a desired force sensation when simulating both free-and constrained-space interactions,and ensuring a lightweight structure.In this paper,we present a forcefeedback glove using a pneumatically actuated mechanism mounted on the dorsal side of the user’s hand.By means of a triple kinematic paired link with a curved sliding slot,a hybrid cam-linkage mechanism is proposed to transmit the resistance from the pneumatic piston rod to the fingertip.In order to obtain a large normal component of the feedback force on the user’s fingertip,the profile of the sliding slot was synthesized through an analysis of the force equilibrium on the triple kinematic paired link.A prototype five-fingered glove with a mass of 245 g was developed,and a wearable force-measurement system was constructed to permit the quantitative evaluation of the interaction performance in both free and constrained space.The experimental results confirm that the glove can achieve an average resistance of less than 0.1 N in free-space simulation and a maximum fingertip force of 4 N in constrained-space simulation.The experiment further confirms that this glove permits the finger to move freely to simulate typical grasping gestures. | Yukai Zheng Dangxiao Wang Ziqi Wang Yu Zhang Yuru Zhang Weiliang Xu | 2018 | Engineering2018,4,6: | 2 |
| 18 | Phosphatase activity and culture conditions of the yeast Candida mycoderma sp. and analysis of organic phosphorus hydrolysis ability显示文摘Orthophosphate is an essential but limiting macronutrient for plant growth. About 67%cropland in China lacks sufficient phosphorus, especially that with red soil. Extensive soil phosphorus reserves exist in the form of organic phosphorus, which is unavailable for root uptake unless hydrolyzed by secretory acid phosphatases. Thus, many microorganisms with the ability to produce phosphatase have been exploited. In this work, the activity of an extracellular acid phosphatase and yeast biomass from Candida mycoderma was measured under different culture conditions, such as p H, temperature, and carbon source. A maximal phosphatase activity of 8.47 × 105± 0.11 × 105U/g was achieved by C. Mycoderma in 36 hr under the optimal conditions. The extracellular acid phosphatase has high activity over a wide p H tolerance range from 2.5 to 5.0(optimum p H 3.5). The effects of different phosphorus compounds on the acid phosphatase production were also studied. The presence of phytin, lecithin or calcium phosphate reduced the phosphatase activity and biomass yield significantly. In addition, the p H of the culture medium was reduced significantly by lecithin. The efficiency of the strain in releasing orthophosphate from organic phosphorus was studied in red soil(used in planting trees) and rice soil(originating as red soil). The available phosphorus content was increased by 230% after inoculating20 days in rice soil and decreased by 50% after inoculating 10 days in red soil. | 19 | Chromosome doubling mediates superior drought tolerance in Lycium ruthenicum via abscisic acid signaling显示文摘Plants are continuously affected by unfavorable external stimuli,which influences their productivity and growth.Differences in gene composition and expression patterns lead homologous polyploid plants to exhibit different physiological phenomena,among which enhanced environmental adaptability is a powerful phenotype conferred by polyploidization.The mechanisms underlying the differences in stress tolerance between diploids and autotetraploids at the molecular level remain unclear.In this research,a full-length transcription profile obtained via the singlemolecule real-time(SMRT)sequencing of high-quality single RNA molecules for use as background was combined with next-generation transcriptome and proteome technologies to probe the variation in the molecular mechanisms of autotetraploids.Tetraploids exhibited an increase in ABA content of 78.4%under natural conditions and a superior stress-resistance phenotype under severe drought stress compared with diploids.The substantial differences in the transcriptome profiles observed between diploids and autotetraploids under normal growth conditions were mainly related to ABA biosynthesis and signal transduction pathways,and 9-cis-epoxycarotenoid dioxygenase 1(NCED1)and NCED2,which encode key synthetic enzymes,were significantly upregulated.The increased expression of the ABREbinding factor 5-like(ABF5-like)gene was a pivotal factor in promoting the activation of the ABA signaling pathway and downstream target genes.In addition,ABA strongly induced the expression of osmotic proteins to increase the stress tolerance of the plants at the translational level.We consider the intrinsic mechanisms by which ABA affects drought resistance in tetraploids and diploids to understand the physiological and molecular mechanisms that enhance abiotic stress tolerance in polyploid plants. | Shupei Rao Yuru Tian Xinli Xia Yue Li Jinhuan Chen | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 2 |
| 20 | The coloring mechanism of a novel golden variety in Populus deltoides based on the RGB color mode显示文摘Compared to flower color and red leaf mutants,the mechanism of yellow leaf formation in woody plants is more complicated and less understood.Poplars are common and widely distributed perennial trees.Here,we obtained a golden leaf mutant poplar variety(JHY)and compared it with its original green leaf poplar(Populus sp.Linn.‘2025’)in terms of phenotype,pigment content,the transcriptomes and metabolomes.Through transcriptome sequencing,we found that the chlorophyll degradation genes,and the genes in anthocyanin metabolism in JHY were up-regulated compared to L2025 and the carotenoid synthesis genes were down-regulated.Further based on HPLC-ESI-MS/MS technology,16 differentially expressed anthocyanins were identified,14 reddish anthocyanins of which were significantly up-regulated.According to these results,we proposed a coloring mechanism of JHY based on the RGB color mode.The yellow color of carotenoids and the red color of anthocyanins overlay each other,combined with a reduction in chlorophyll,turning the leaves golden.This study systematic analyzes the causes of golden leaf formation through the omics integration approach,which will provide reference for the breeding of golden leaf trees. | Yuru Tian Shupei Rao Qianqian Li Meng Xu Aike Wang Hechen Zhang Jinhuan Chen | 2021 | Forestry Research2021,1,1: | 2 |
